I cannot fault this property. My wife and I had a wonderful weekend, the place looks even better than in the photos. The tiny house is chic, cosy, modern, has an incredible sound system, extremely comfy bed, proper little coffee machine, the hot tub was always hot, there was fresh fruit, herbs and flowers from the garden provided - these hosts really go the extra mile! We loved meeting Jeremy and Rae to greet us when we arrived. They recommended the coolest little secret beach ⛱️ they were super relaxed about us bringing our dog. We would love to come back. This is definitely a place we will highly recommend to our friends and family. We feel so relaxed and restored. Thanks you two!

You cannot beat falling asleep listening to the ocean. Our stay at Mary Ann’s was extraordinary. The space was exceptionally peaceful and very clean. We were instantly comfortable and the location is incredible- just up the hill from the beach. The Kitchenette had everything we needed to cook meals. Grateful for the breakfast provided by Mary Ann, very happy we got to meet. I hope we can stay again in the future.

Booked the barn to sleep my family of 6, however only 3 of us ended up travelling to Auckland over Easter. My 2 year old LOVED the animals on the property, it was fun to go pet & feed them in the mornings. My 16 year old, loved the arcade machine. It truly is as described. I found it to be peaceful and cosy with all the amenities a family would need. Plenty of things to do on/in the property. I hope to book again in future so those who missed out can enjoy this slice of paradise. Comfy beds, and enough room for everyone to have their own space to relax and unwind. Very peaceful and beautiful area. We stayed for one night with two younger kids. We really appreciated being away from the city and being able to decompress after a long travel to get to NZ. The place is near a lot of good eats too and a very walkable neighborhood. I got small run in the morning, which I appreciated I felt I was in an area that I could do that. Kids enjoyed the big TV.

Thoughtful hosts, wonderful property

Our daughter was getting married at a local venue, and the location of Lichfields Cottage was perfect for the bridal party's preparation for the big day. The cottage was comfortable and clean, and Kirsty provided a very useful list of local amenities and was responsive yet remained discreet. Thank you Kirsty for your kindness and we enjoyed our daily visits from the dog and the chickens. A wonderful distraction for our nervius bridesmaids.

We stayed for three nights whilst attending the music festival a few minutes down the road. The van provided everything we needed including the most comfortable bed imaginable. Alex and Jo were very kind and helpful. A lovely stay. Thank you.

Our wonderful and attentive hosts, Sabrina and Jay, made for an excellent stay at their beautiful farm stay..the upstairs home-away-from-home was very well appointed and clean, with state of the art furnishings, outdoor patio view, and abundant supplies. VERY highly recommended to anyone with a good history for past AirBNB stays.

Agata's apartment was very clean and comfortable. He met us on arrival and was very warm and friendly. The views of the rolling hills and water from the apartment were breath-taking - very therapeutic to say the least. Ideal place for a getaway from the busy hectic city stressors. Very peaceful and quiet - ideal if you're looking for a place to rest and reflect.

Great spot for a relaxing break with stunning views. Exactly as described and cosy during the storms. Baths were a nice additional and there were lots of nice touches with the muffins and the milk. Perfect for unwinding whilst not being too far from the city. Thanks for a great stay!

Absolutely amazing property. We loved every bit of our time here. The property was amazing, the kitchen was relatively well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. There's a little play house for my son and he absolutely loved it. There's also a sandbox and trampoline outside for the kids. The fun part was feeding the animals and collecting the eggs from the chickens in the morning, which was a new and exciting experience for all of us. The surroundings were amazingly lush and green, and quintessentially New Zealand, with perfect views of sunrise and sunset every time. I'm personally super jealous that the hosts get to live here full time. Check-in and check-out were fairly smooth and the hosts were super responsive and helpful. Cell reception is a bit spotty, so make sure you download offline maps to your phone and get your check-in instructions while you still have reception! We would definitely stay here again.

A large airy fabulous modern house for 5 of us ( there was going to be 7 and there is room for that many )attending a wedding nearby We had 2 nights in the house First one we just enjoyed the place and ate in A rural retreat

We absolutely loved staying in the cute caravan! It was super calm and almost felt like the only neighbors were some adorable chickens. Cozy bed, nice shower and beautiful nature wherever you were looking🌿 Donna was super kind and always happy to help, if needed. Would definitely recommend if you want to escape the city for a bit 🔅

Absolutely delightful stay at Lavender Hill. Very spacious, clean and tastefully decorated! Trisha was very helpful; providing local recommendations & offering animal feeding and farm tour sessions! Make sure to pop by the retail to learn about their amazing products! Would have loved to stay a couple nights more if we could!

Four of us stayed in Neil and Ruth’s beautiful 2 bedroom Airbnb … from the moment we walked in we felt super comfortable and relaxed. The views were stunning! The entire places was well equipped with everything we could need and more. We were very touched by the little delicous treats left for us as they were completely unexpected… Neil and Ruth are just incredible hosts! We would absolutely go back given the opportunity…

Anette and Keith are amazing hosts. They were there upon arrival and greeted us with open arms. Beautiful place to stay if your looking for somewhere that is quiet and peaceful but not to far away from shops/supermarkets etc. When we checked out they took our kids to go feed the alpacas and sheep, which they loved. Would definitely come back and recommend.

We had a really nice stay at the Seaview Cottage. It was very peaceful and a great home base for little day trips around the area. Deb was a great host and the house felt like a true home away from home. All the special touches and details made our honeymoon stay feel extra special!

Very nice and quiet place, clean and full of light areas inside, comfortable sleeping. Fully equipped kitchen with lots of things for breakfast and cooking, excellent devices throughout. The weather was just perfect, so cannot say anything about the aircon as it was not needed, but the double-glazed windows suggest that the place is well-protected against less friendly conditions. The host provided us with valuable info and was very easy to communicate with. Many thanks to Jason - it was a wonderful time!
