Great place to stay for a long weekend, very closed to Sam’s Club convenient location for nearby local restaurants and private parking garage for your vehicle. Felt at home with my small family.

Very comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed our week stay over the holidays, the hosts were very easy to get in touch with and would reply very quickly. The WiFi was extremely fast and they provided lots of helpful information about the surrounding area and townhouse.

Lovely spot, responsive host, the caretaker, Isaac, seemed to have a sixth sense for our comings and goings and was always ready to open and close the gate for us. Felt safe and peaceful and had everything we needed!

I've been enjoying Cerritos Beach for years and we always enjoy staying at Villa Cerritos. it's a great location that is convenient, family friendly, and safe. there's always staff on hand if you need anything and the units are always clean. thanks again for another great vacation!

Yoshy was a GREAT host. He was available at all times as needed. We experienced a little hiccup and Yoshy did everything within his power to make things right. Yoshy went above and beyond. As we all know things can occur whenever and Yoshy handled our situation very well and professionally. Yoshy place is amazing and very clean makes you feel at home. Minutes away from the beach (walking distance). Mannys Beach House is right there. Very fun atmosphere. Some of us within our group were first timers to Rocky Point and they loved their experience. We will definitely be going back and if Yoshy’s place is available we will gladly stay there again. Thank you very much Yoshy for being such a GREAT host! 🤗

A truly amazing place. Private beautiful coast line, calm water, very pristine and beautiful. The location is very remote, it is a commitment to get to it! About an hour drive from SJD on a very rough road, get a 4WD rental! But, once you arrive it is absolutely worth the adventure. When we drove in I guess the road was in really bad shape after a big rain storm in the fall, but it was being regraded as we drove out, huge improvement. Tyler was a great host, very helpful and responsive. Issac, the on site manager is also super helpful, kind, and responsive. The house is minimal and spacious. A well stocked kitchen for all cooking needs. The beds were comfortable, everything felt clean, and well cared for. My only criticism is there is only a small love seat in the living room area, it would be nice to have a larger couch in a house the can host 6 people, especially for chilling out at night and watching a movie. Regardless, we hope to return one day!

Great experience all around! We stayed at another place Chuck manages closer to town and Manny's Bar a couple years ago. He keeps his standards high and is very professional. Highly recommend!

I stayed a few nights to attend the Hawk Watch festival and explore the area. Jan's place is gorgeous and I will choose it again if it is available when I am in Tubac! I had a little trouble getting in because I arrived in a rainstorm and I couldn't get the lockbox open, but when I reached out to Jan she called me back right away and arranged for her neighbor/friend to let me in. Jan also said she'd be replacing the lockbox, so the next person shouldn't have trouble. It's a lovely property and I had no other issues! One thing for guests to note: during my stay, coffee was not provided, but I knew this ahead of time so it was not a problem.

Wow! What an incredible vacation we had at Leonardo's AirBNB. We saw dolphins, porpoises, seal lions, pelicans, jumping fish, and a WHALE right from the porch. You cannot beat the porch view and direct access to the water. We brought our own beach chairs, paddleboards, kite, binoculars, and camera and had the time of our lives! We loved how quiet it was, with the ocean viewshed completely uninterrupted. The sunrise and sunset views from here are unbelievable. The space itself was lovely and kitchen well-stocked with pots, pans, oils, spices, etc. so we stocked up on food at the new Walmart nearby. We loved making food at home as well as walking the 5 mins down the beach to Manny's for amazing food & drinks & live music. We also LOVED the new bowling alley down the street. We were worried we wouldn't be able to fit our truck (Toyota Tacoma with a double cab AND extended 6-foot bed) in the garage, but there was ample room for our big truck AND another (smaller) vehicle. 10/10 stay.

Omar is such a nice and responsive host. So accommodating! Easy check in. His place is literally on the beach. Very comfortable and private. His place is so convenient to the Malecon (5 minute drive) & to Manny's ( 2 minute drive). His place is stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, towels (not beach towels), plates, pots, pans, silverware, knives, garlic press, potato peeler coffee pot and appliances. You do need to bring your own spatula, coffee, creamer, sugar and spices. The oven top is a tad smashed in which doesn't allow you to use the front large burner, but the other 3 burners work fine. The TV works and we enjoyed a couple of movies through Netflix and Amazon Prime- which was nice they were already connected and ready to use. Comfy outdoor lounge chairs. Would prefer more outdoor shade, but it's ok. Had a party of 4 and our one pet, but this place easily accommodates 9- this includes using the 2 comfy living room sofas. We enjoyed our stay and will return soon.

We loved our stay here! We were traveling with two young children. We messaged the hosts when we booked if they could provide a pack and play and other items to accommodate our traveling crew and they did, even checking in to see if we needed other kid-related items. They left a basket of toys that our kids enjoyed non-stop, which eased our stay as well. The patio and the evening shade it provides is clutch, and we couldn’t get enough of the wildlife in the backyard. The rental is so well stocked it immediately feels homey and useful. The massage chair is a trip! So nice after busy days. Overall, a lovely place to stay with friendly, accommodating hosts. We would stay there or rent from the hosts again in a heartbeat.

What a wonderful intro to the desert- Ken’s place was a lovely spot to sit and absorb the desert and mountains. So many spots to sit and we spent every moment we could outside. House is spotless and love the desert decor - everything we needed and more.Must admit his marguerita glasses were put to great use. Ken is a remarkable host who responds quickly. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back!

First off, what a well designed and comfortable feel to Sabrina's place. This was our first stop of your road trip/move cross-country and it was the perfect place to take off the shoes and relax. Highly recommend taking time to step out in the private backyard on a clear night and take in the beautiful night sky filled with clear stars. Lastly, felt right at home or even better actually, with the kind and much appreciated hospitality during our stay.

Islas Del Mar is a beautiful location just 15 minutes from Rocky Point and all the tourist hot spots. We went during a quiet time of year so only had a few neighbors during our stay which made it even more peaceful than it already is. The townhouse was spotless and had everything we needed from pots and pans to extra towels and bed sheets. The only downside was that the jacuzzi was not in working condition so we couldn’t use it which was a big bummer since the pool is not heated and the water was too cold for swimming. We will definitely be coming back!

What can I say - what a wonderful experience from start to finish! The casita was attractive, tastefully and comfortably furnished, with beautiful views of the mountains from the side and back of the home. There were multiple sitting areas both inside and outside, with one of us gravitating to the patio off the kitchen and the other one of us drawn to both the enclosed porch area and the sitting area outside the back of the home. The beds were top quality and comfortable and both my sister Helen and I slept very well all week. Host Ken was thoughtful in anticipating questions by providing a very clear and thorough guide on how to operate the various electronics and WiFi as well as all the other necessary nuances of the home. In addition, he was VERY responsive in providing quick answers to any questions we had throughout our stay. We highly recommend this property and would definitely love to stay again in the future!

Jeff was a responsive host. Condo was right on the water. Very quiet area. not very touristy. Just make sure to check the tide schedule if you want to swim. The restaurant he recommended was very yummy.

We had a wonderful stay. The townhouse was perfect. Everything was super clean. The beds were comfortable with extra pillows and blankets available. It was so peaceful and quiet. The view from the backyard was stunning! Flying in from Michigan to visit family. This place had everything we needed. My parents stay in the park right next door so the location was perfect for us. It was close to all the restaurants and stores. We will definitely stay again!!

We had an amazing stay at Jane’s apartment! The space was spotless, tastefully decorated, and in an ideal location. Jane was incredibly responsive and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed—her hospitality truly made us feel like family. From the comfortable bed to the well-stocked amenities and thoughtful touches like fresh towels, everything was taken care of. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tubac!
