We enjoyed our stay, the location is beautiful, right next to the sea front, with plenty of routes for the dogs if you don’t want to drive. However we strongly recommend venturing out to see the local area. Fair warning, if you’re cash conscious make sure you bring your own goods like sauces and rice etc, the shop is a 2 minute walk, but easily has a 50% mark up on most items. Avoid the fish and chip shop on location, and go to Sams! Also there is a 5 minute drive for Greggs, Starbucks & Lidl. All in all a great stay and Cindy was very helpful and transparent about everything. We will stay again.

We were a group of 12, and every one of us agreed this is the best holiday house we've ever stayed in. We loved the location, right by the beach and a short walk into town, but at the end of a cul-de-sac, so quiet and safe. We loved all the many books and musical instruments in the house - we felt very at home! We loved the beautiful sea views from 3 bedrooms, and the comfy beds, and the well-equipped kitchen. Our children loved the wide range of toys and the games console. The host made us feel very welcome. We felt it was very good value for money, and we would really like to come back and stay here again.

Such an amazing property in a great, central location. The house was very clean and has everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Julie was a great host with good communication.

Great stay at sunset lodge, so good we extended it! Lovely spot within easy reach of some lovely parts of North Devon, nice spot on the site at Mullacott with good facilities on site, good food at the Depot and a small shop with essentials. Hot tub was a great bonus as well! All in all can’t recommend enough!

I cannot begin to describe how lovely our stay was. Tristan is the most amazing host we have ever had at an AirBnb. He was responsive to questions, helpful, caring, and just so sweet. He even helped us back our giant rental van into the garage when we arrived. We had a perfect welcome basket upon our arrival and staples left for us in the fridge, so we had everything we needed for a delicious breakfast the next day. The house itself is even nicer than pictures show. It’s beautiful, modern, and clean. The beds were very comfortable, and having three full bathrooms and an additional half bathroom was amazing, especially for a party of 6 people. The location was perfect, the ocean views were gorgeous, and the home was so comfortable that we didn’t want to leave. Any time we visit Lyme Regis in the future, we will always stay here!

This is a great Air Bnb- spotlessly clean, well equipped and in a great location for exploring the Dorset coast line. It was such a peaceful setting and the thoughtful little extras made it even more enjoyable (the most delicious chocolate brownies!). Perfect for couples or families.
