Gorgeous place. The design is chic and felt luxe yet homely. friendly farm cats and goats that the children loved playing with. Hot tub was excellent and warm, loved the fire pit and the log burner. Junction in pub which is a 5 minute walk was amazing - great home cooked food - and the best pies ever!! Sarah was charming and had great recommendations for anything you could possibly need. seriously considering returning in the summer also!

Loved staying at this lovely house. it was a real home from home. We were in Leeds to visit an elderly relative who is receiving palliative care in a hospice. We just needed somewhere that we could meet, relax, take the dogs and Joanne's house was perfect. Being able to let the dogs out in the enclosed back garden and walk them on Yeadon Tarn was particularly handy. I can highly recommend and would definitely love to stay there again.

Stayed for a weekend in August 2024 for a birthday celebration. Mixed ages from 9m to 70 plus one cocker spaniel. We all had a fantastic time, especially the spaniel! The house and gardens are beautiful and we went for a walk each evening around the wetlands. House is superbly stocked with top quality items ie pots and pans, massive fridge freezer, surround sound, games etc. We have stayed in many AirBnbs as a family but all agreed this was one of the best. We would love to stay again someday. Carolyn and Steve were excellent hosts, always on hand to help with any questions and even allowed a much earlier check in which was appreciated. If this place is available, book it!

This was our second time staying here and as previously it didn’t disappoint. The location is quiet and secluded whilst being close enough to Harrogate and knaresborough with plenty of good local walks. The house itself has everything you could need with plenty of space for a large family gathering, as well as a very well equipped and spacious kitchen/diner. Hope to visit again soon.

Beautiful lodge, with everything we needed. Amazing place to spend Christmas, so relaxing and just what we needed. Can’t fault anything and would love to return ☺️

This house is as beautiful as looks on the pictures. Very, very clean and tidy, and the decor is very stylish. We loved our stay and would highly recommend. 5 stars for the hosts for this amazing house and thank you again for putting out the birthday banners :)

Great communication. Good location with some nice eateries locally and easy access into Leeds. Dedicated parking is a bonus. We stayed with an infant for a wedding in Leeds and it was an ideal base.

Stayed here for the night very clean and tidy when we first arrived we got a bit lost but host responded straight away and guided us

Edris was a fantastic host. He went above and beyond. We felt very welcome and had more than we needed. The chocolate treats to go with a cuppa were very much appreciated as well as the blueberries. We felt very much at home with lots of cuddles from Sunrise (the cat). We had full use of the kitchen and living area, with a very comfortable bed. The bus stop was right outside the apartment, making links to the city really easy and accessible. Edris was quick to respond to messages and was lovely to chat to. We loved our stay!

What a wonderful stay we've had, and what a wonderful host Simon have been, absolutely outstanding 👏🏽 went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a great one. The best nights sleep I've had in any airbnb, super comfortable! Beautiful countryside view outback, quiet & peaceful location. The home was spotless too. Simon made us feel at home away from home - from the decor & design to the amenities, everything was perfect. The home was well equipped with everything we needed, and the bubbly & snacks! Thank you for everything, and for letting us charge the car up! We're looking forward to our next stay!

Great little apartment. just what we needed for an overnight stay. Tea and Coffee a nice touch. previous reviews mentioned lack of a bathroom mirror, this has now been rectified. heating easy to adjust as required. it is on a busy road, but this would really only affect people staying on the sofa bed in the lounge area. 5min walk to local pub and 15min walk to nearest village. would stay again.

A really lovely apartment, perfectly located on Yarm High Street. Gareth was a brilliant host, very responsive, the apartment was just as in the pictures would 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ recommend & will definitely book again 🎄

Beebole Cottage is a cosy cottage full of character, well equipped, with added extras such as milk, shortbread biscuits, oil to cook with, salt and pepper, tea and coffee. It has an easy heating system, wood burner and a sunny place to sit in the garden. It’s off the beaten track with good walking and easy access to all parts of the Dales.

Good views from accommodation, good walks right outside & really nice place to stay & explore Definitely stay again.

We adores our stay with Emma in the Dales! It was the perfect place from which to explore the surrounding area! The house is so cozy and we enjoyed the fireplace immensely. If we come back to the area we will try to stay here again :) thank you!

We had a lovely 2 nights here. It's a great location with beautiful surrounding countryside. Beautiful views at the short walk to Digley reservoir. Holme Moss Summit spectacular. The accommodation was great - everything as described/ as the photos. Really nice to hear the sound of the river. We'd certainly consider staying again.

Had the best few days staying at Glasshouses. The house was absolutely perfect for us. Beautiful, spacious and perfect bedrooms, immaculate bathrooms and bed and bath linen, the finish throughout the house was immaculate and the living area and kitchen met all our needs for lovely chilled evenings where we were able to cook easily in the evening after our days out and about exploring. The recommendations provided by Katie were really very helpful. We had a fantastic sunny walk from Glasshouses to Pateley Bridge, breakfasts at Wilding Riverside Cafe, coffee at Wildish, hot chocolate at Cocoa Joe’s and a really lovely dinner at Olley’s - all from reading through Katie’s guidebook. Thank you - it made a real difference for us. The house is a perfect location and we visited Fountains Abbey, Brimham Rocks, Ripon, Saltaire - just the best, most peaceful and friendly place to venture out from. Thank you for the much needed rest and recharging in your beautiful place. We will be back!
