Beautiful chalet, beautifully decorated and spacious. There was a lot of things provided such as toilet roll, teabags, dvds. My son is a full time wheelchair user and found it easy to manouver the living space. The outside seating area is lovely. The chalet site was super quiet, any other holiday makers and locals were very friendly. Will definitely stay again.

Exactly what I required for a quick overnight stay. Not the hosts fault at all but the local pub doesn’t do food so you’ll have to make other arrangements, wasn’t an issue for me though. Will book again if required.

The chalet was just like in the pictures: super cosy, intimate and peaceful. Our dogs loved the beach, and Marilyn made sure at all times that our needs were met to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We really recommend this spot, and we'll definitely visit again in the summer.

We booked the apartment very last minute as a little getaway. The photos looked great and the apartment did not disappoint. It was spotless. Lots of room and just very very homely. I am recovering from an op and this place was just the tonic. The accommodation and added hot tub were just what I needed. 100% would recommend. Harry was on hand 24/7 and made us feel right at home. Set in a beautiful location with lovely surroundings. I will definitely be visiting again and have recommended to friends and family. Thank you Harry

Lovely house, lots of space. The bedroom was a little bit bright as i’m a night shift worker however nothing else bad to say !! amazing team with amazing responses and always there to help when i needed them, would stay again :)

Very cosy home even though it was freezing outside we felt very comfortable and the house was lovely and warm. Great location and we will return when it warms up as we have family who live close by. Exactly as it looks in the pictures.

Great location close to a lovely quiet beach, lovely bungalow with everything that you need for a weekend break. Beds very comfy. The local cafe is really good too! Thank you xx

Perfect accommodation, excellently equipped to a high standard, with attention to detail on everything you would need during your stay, including welcome drinks, cereals and snacks. The views out onto the garden and further to the golf course were delightful, with a secluded patio area and a short walk into the town where excellent there are restaurants and shops. Michael was a very welcoming host, responsive to EV charger questions prior to arrival and providing helpful advice on the local area and best places to eat. We will definitely be returning for another stay - thank you so much Michael.

We had a really great stay for a weekend so we could take our little two year old to the sea for the last of the summer sun. Casey was so quick with messages and information and was flexible for our needs. Highly recommended.

Located in a quiet location and within walking distance to the sea, it was a great place to stay. Well furnished, beautifully decorated and had all the facilities you need.

Elaine was a wonderful host and went above and beyond to be helpful. The cottage is fabulous, tastefully decorated and very well equipped. Perfect location too. A lovely stay and highly recommend.🙂

Comfortable, bright and very spacious apartment. Attractively furnished in retro style. Very comfortable beds with very good quality bedding. Well equipped kitchen. Extremely convenient for public transport with bus stop just outside the property and small, wellstocked Tesco store next door. Generous welcome basket provided.

Great place to stay. Deborah was responsive, friendly and helpful. The space is as described with all the home comforts, a lovely kitchen and everything you could need in a studio. I stayed with a baby and toddler which probably wouldn't be the expected set up but was a great stop gap before we move overseas. It would also be a great place if visiting friends or family nearby but want your own space.

What to say.....really this place has it all, its small, but you dont feel cramped, natural light and those touches that make you feel cared for. Cozy, and close to the town, peacefull with great local dog walks. Really you couldnt ask for more, hope to return soon.

Great location right on the main street in Woodhall Spa. It is a busy road ,but didn't affect us, just worth bearing in mind if you are looking for absolute peace. Was perfect for us as we dumped the car at the back and did everything in Woodhall on foot. Beautifully appointed apartment and exceptionally responsive host. Ate at Kitchinetta both breakfast and lunch, had nice Indian across the road. 30 mins into Lincoln. lovely little break and will be back. Thanks Harriet

The photographs don't convey how spacious the apartment is inside. The accommodation was well furnished, well equipped and immaculately clean. There were small jars of sweets & dog treats to greet us as well as lovely toiletries provided, which was a lovely touch, as well as milk, tea & coffee. The bed was very comfortable which is always appreciated after a long drive. The location was perfect for our needs & our hosts directions made the accommodation easy to find and the apartment has its own dedicated parking space at the rear. It is also dog friendly with a small enclosed garden to let our dogs have a run about. It was our first visit to Woodhall Spa and what a lovely place it is with its quirky shops, eateries and an amazing bakery. There is also a cinema in the woods dating back to 1922 which is still going strong! We would happily recommend this accommodation and look forward to coming back soon as we would love to explore the area more on our next visit.

Lovely flat well furnished and laid out. Everything you need for a stay to explore the area. Tesco Express next door, local amenities and places to eat close by, beach 20-30 minutes walk away and bus stop over the road. Would definitely stay again :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay. Caroline’s directions were clear and she met us on arrival to show us around. The tea/coffee/milk and homemade cake were all very much appreciated. The accommodation is beautifully decorated and comfortable and we enjoyed sitting in the little garden in the morning sunshine. The location is ideal for exploring Old Hunstanton. We walked to the beach and ate out at The Lodge and Caley Hall Hotel and would recommend both
