If I could have given 100* I would have done it ! The apartment was amazing , better than how we expected and set up with all we needed for our vacation. The host as been very responsive and nice . The best thing ever is the view and the location ( we’ve saved so much money in taxi as we had whatever we needed in the area ) The beach opposite is amazing ! We went in winter time but we will be back in summer to go to Hi and Ushuaia which are at 1min walk from the apartment.

Great location, the apartment in walking distance to a main street with a lot of bars and restaurants. Near the place you can find a big supermarket. The super high rate of cost/quality.

Great location close to the beach and a big souvenir shop. Make sure to bring laundry washing essentials as these are not provided.

Rudi's property is amazing and clean. Great views and a peaceful environment. Great for families. I would be a return guest for sure if available the next time I am in Ibiza. Benito at front desk is available to assist anytime.

Excelente el piso. Es muy bonito y muy cómodo. Al llegar el piso se encontraba súper limpio y ordenado. Está bien equipado. Tiene toallas y sábanas de calidad y a parte, un detalle que me gustó, es que hayan tenido toallas de piscina también. Me hubiese gustado que en el baño hayan cosas de aseo como shampoo, gel de ducha y papel higiénico ya que lo ponía la descripción... Pero es un alojamiento impecable. Se ubica en una zona muy cómoda y tranquila en la que se puede acceder a cala Tarida andando unos pocos metros. Volveré! Lo recomiendo sin duda. I highly recommend this place. I had an amazing experience with my friends. 5 min walk to go to the beach. Very peaceful place to chill out. The house was very clean and nice. Renato is very friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for a place to have a good time in Ibiza, this is the place to be. The road to reach the house is very beautiful. Das Appartement liegt sehr gut und ist auch für 6 Personen ausreichend groß. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schade nur, dass der Pool erst im Mai geöffnet wird. Die Betreuung durch Nice war super. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We hebben een fantastische week gehad in het appartement van Aude. Superleuk huisje, heerlijke bedden, ruime keuken, prima badkamer en een ideale ligging om het eiland te ontdekken. De muziek stond gezellig aan, dus we voelden ons meteen thuis. Voor het zwembad moesten we wel de straat oversteken, maar was prima om een duik te nemen. Supermarktje is heel dichtbij en heeft een lekkere cappuccino. Enige minpuntje is dat de Wifi heel slecht werkt. ik zou dit aanbevelen om een heerlijke tijd te hebben op Ibiza. en we komen zeker nog een keer terug..

stunning apartment with amazing views. walkable to city centre, beach and clubs. lots of access to local taxis or ubers. Albert was very helpful during the check in process and pointed us in the right direction of all the lovely local spots. He was quick to respond to any questions i had and a great person.

This apartment is a jewel! Fantastic location, only a minute walk to Den Bossa Beach in Ibiza, and around there a multitude of options to the world’s most famous clubs, local bars, restaurants, cafes, shops and supermarkets, all within walking reach. The apartment is very comfortable, in great condition, tidy, clean, with all necessary amenities and plenty of small touches provided by Alex, such as toiletries, pantry snacks and essentials to make you feel extra special on arrival and help to quickly settle just at home. Alex is a truly fantastic, super accommodating and extremely caring host. Great communication throughout, clear instructions and always ready to offer any assistance, help and support needed during our stay. Alex’s apartment is thoroughly recommended to anyone looking for a truly special and convenient place to stay in one of the coolest and most exciting neighbourhoods of Ibiza.

Wir hatten trotz schlechten Wetter einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Marjolin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend und hat uns noch ein Babybett für unsere Tochter zur Verfügung gestellt. Sie hat uns auch einen flexiblen Check In und Out ermöglich.

This villa is gorgeous. The location is prime. There are some good restaurants around the area and a convenience store very close as well. The place is clean and very well taken care of. Looks exactly as the pictures. We had a great time. The only issue I had was the water not going down the drain in the shower fast enough, and I had water all over my floor every time I showered. I let the host know. The good thing is that there are 2 other showers so we managed. I would definitely come back to this villa and 100% recommend it!
