Booked last minute- was very pleasantly surprised! Even better than photos! Location was easy to find (drive in late at night) very easy to check in. Very walkable to everything- beach was a few blocks! Great location to get to the middle of town in no time at all. The private patio space with the hot tub was so amazing after a beach day. I will for sure be booking this place again! Also Liza was super helpful and easy to reach if I had any questions. Book here - it’ll exceed expectations!

Our family of four, loved Shari’s place and we’d definitely stay again. It’s one of those good-vibes Airbnbs where you can tell a lot of love goes into the setup and maintenance. We loved the hot tub for relaxing together — under a beautiful magnolia tree — and my partner and I were able to take a couple work calls in privacy in the spotless studio. Also, everything just works … coffee works, all the TVs were easy to use, and it was easy to get in and out. Thank you for a great stay Shari!

A magical sanctuary! We loved every minute of our stay and the only negative part was that we had to leave. The location is epic- walk anywhere, restaurants, beach, UCSC, downtown, coffee shops. The hot tub is totally private and the place has a very homey feel. The lot is beautiful. Would stay here again.

We absolutely loved the location, the balcony and front porch looked directly at the ocean. The kitchen was fully stocked and loved having the laundry available. The backyard was closed in to let our dog out in the early morning. We will definitely be back.

The house was easy to find and near the beach, as advertised. It felt like home and was accessible to nearby restaurants. Gabriel responded to our questions quickly and was friendly. My wife had crutches and found the house easy to get around. The neighborhood was great and close to beautiful views . Definitely a high recommendation !

What a gem! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The surrounding redwoods are beautiful! The home was very cozy with attractive decor. It was both comfortable and clean. The location was great and close to State Parks, Roaring Camp redwood forest steam train and a shopping center. SC is about 20 minutes away, so convenient as well. The host Lynn was courteous and friendly which added to our positive experience. Hope to be back again sometime! Thank you!

Great place to stay. Walking distance to shops and the beach. Spacious house that is well kept. Amazing host. Gia put out dog friendly supplies for our stay. She also had a high chair for our one year old. The space also came with many beach accessories. We would love to come back in the future. I would recommend this place for a larger group or family with children.

Honestly, above and beyond cozy! Surrounded by giant trees and the kitchen is loaded with everything needed to make meal after meal. Enjoyed our day at the Boardwalk, but looked forward to coming "home". Tamara was always quick to reply with courtesy, and the beds are comfy. We didn't wanna leave!

Denise's place is a spacious cottage in a creekside, vineyard setting. The location on the more rural section of Watsonville Road is very convenient to all the wineries around Morgan Hill & Gilroy. The location is also an easy location to drive over beautiful Mt Madonna to the Santa Cruz area (about an hour), or an easy drive up the 101, Monterey Rd or Santa Teresa Blvd to the San Jose area (about 30 mins in light traffic). Denise is a responsive, friendly host who has done a good job of remodeling the cottage. Although the cottage includes amenities such as a fireplace, laundry facilities, and parking right outside the front door, the real selling point here is the very nice deck at the back of the cottage that looks out to the trees, the hillside, and Uvas Creek - which was flowing quite nicely while we were there.

We had an amazing stay at this house. It was even better than the pictures, which is always a pleasant surprise. The home was impeccably clean, and it felt very well cared for. The linens and bedding were of high quality and super comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful and cozy getaway.

Grace's cottage in the Seabright neighborhood is a bright, clean, new space that is a perfect nest for a stay in the area. Isobel, the host, is attentive and extremely communicative with details. I loved the sunny abode, King sized bed with generous linens, warm heat for winter months, books (!), and very clean, new furniture. Thank you both Grace and Isobel for making my stay delightful.

This place is beautiful and a great peaceful getaway. It is just far enough away where you can't hear any street noises or people, but it isn't far from a few restaurants. We hope to revisit soon!

James’s place in Capitola was really lovely. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer! He offered a lot of special touches that made it feel like home and you can tell he cares very much about his guests experience. Except for the shampoo, I really enjoyed my stay. Wonderful location (took me a minute to find it), very unique and right where you can access all the lovely things that Capitola has to offer. I defintely recommend this lovely cottage to anyone wanting to stay in this area.
