Our group of 4 (mother/ daughter week) had a memorable, special time at Nick’s home. Situated a golf cart ride away from the airport (4 minute drive at best), we quickly learned lots of locals know the “blue house!” The home provides everything a small group or family could want to best enjoy the quiet island. Our group chose to use the provided grill many evenings. The location is close to the “touristy” area near cruise ships, where excursions depart, and there is a lively lunch scene and shops. For a more local, slightly more upscale feel, it is just as close to a quaint road where several must- visit restaurants are, the museum, some trinket stands, and the local fish market lie. We strongly recommend tours with B&R Watersports. Ask for Franky. He doubles as a local host for the home and will stop by with water, charcoal or to fix any small issues. He’s a gem. The hosts were exceptionally responsive, impressively so!— and their love of the island was very apparent and genuine.

The host is amazing and friendly. The place is clean, safe, and close to everything. I was traveling with my family. We had a wonderful time. It is a highly recommended place to stay if you are traveling to Grand Turk.

Loved that the beach was pretty much empty the whole time. Saw so many different wild animals, including a sea turtle, sea urchin, anemone, and lots of fish (including barracuda!!) and shark, as well as an osprey with a fish in its talons (!!) Navigating food was harder. Glad that we brought rice and beans. We shopped at Sunny Foods (better avocados and mangoes) and the Safeway ( more like the stores in the US). Was glad to have the full kitchen at Sea Sun to cook. That said, we enjoyed eating at the Ridge Cafe and having a drink and a a swim at the Sandbar Loved the pool, the outdoor shower, and the bedroom ac. Would def stay again

We had an amazing vacation at flamingo villas. It was so easy for us to settle in and relax. The property is exactly as shown. It’s two floors with the kitchen, living room and 1/2 bath on the main floor and a patio door to the porch and stairs to the small shared pool. The pool is small but it’s cleaned daily and it was enough for our two boys. If you’re concerned about the size of the pool don’t be, the ocean is just steps away. Access to the beach isn’t the best but once you hit the sand it’s worth it. You can walk the beach to a less rocky area in less than a minute. The kitchen offered everything we needed to prepare our meals and a table for four. The living space is spacious with a love seat and oversized single chair with a tv. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms each with its own patio and direct access to a 3 pcs bathroom. There are beaches, restaurants, bars and shops a short walk in either direction. I recommend renting a golf cart to explore the whole island.

This place is an absolute gem! The location is up on the ridge, the sea is a 5 minute walk away, donkeys amble past the garden gate, the only noise is the mockingbirds and the occasional car. It was so peaceful. The villa feels like it is very new - brand new everything, TVs in every room, amazing outdoor kitchen by the pool, and a complimentary bottle of wine and waters! It’s a short drive to the lighthouse which is a great spot for sunset, it’s a short drive to two supermarkets. Can’t wait to go back for another peaceful weekend.

I had a great time staying here. The host was helpful and the accommodation was clean and comfortable with all the amenities you would need. This is a great option in Grand Turk.

We had a great time at Villa Turkquoise on Grand Turk over new year's 2024/2025. We loved laidback Grand Turk. Great diving. The villa was perfect for our needs - pool, jacuzzi, beach. Very well set up for home cooking too - we ended up staying home most evenings - and the Graceway store was surprisingly well stocked.... would have no hesitation in returning.. And a word of thanks to DJ who handled the rental day-to-day. He was great, really communicative, and a pleasure to interact with.

Wow! We were here only for a few days, what a beautiful place! The house: loved it. Charming and easy beach vibe, spacious and well equipped. Open concept living and kitchen space was great, and the front deck was our favorite spot to relax. The beach was absolutely beautiful and just steps from the house. We'd walk over for a swim without towels and chairs...just a quick stroll to and from the house! Bedrooms: large and spacious, the beds are comfortable. Clean bathrooms are a major deal for me and happy on that front too. Location: Groceries, liquor stores, and restaurants are all walking distance, super convenient. The kitchen has everything for making your own meals and that's always great. Rent a golf cart if you can, highly recommend. Kathleen helped as needed and communication never a problem, gave us pointers to make the most of our time there. Overall, a real gem. Landed back home in a snow storm and missing that beautiful beach already...can't wait to visit again!
