Fabio was an amazing host. Incredibly kind and helpful! He waited for us at the Airbnb and showed us all in detail. Thanks for the goodies lefts for us!!! He was of great help to find public transport into the tourist sites which we really appreciated!! The house was just ABSOLUTELY impecable, very modern (a rare find in Rome!!!!) and soooo spacious!! There were 8 of us and we never felt on top of each other! It takes a bit of time and knowledge to sort out transport but once done, it is very easy to get into the city. We took the bus 31 towards EUR Magliana metro (if you get up early you can use their $1.50 euro carpark) and then metro it very quickly everywhere. The only issue is that the buses were unreliable but once on the metro it was SUPER EASY! Thanks so much Fabio! We highly recommend this Airbnb to all!!

Wow, what a place. Claudia's house is like a little oasis of calm with breathtaking views over Rome. We stayed with our friends with 4 little children amongst us and it couldn't have been better, the children loved playing in the ample garden and spent ages down in the little play area. The communal spaces outside were really lovely, it was just a shame the weather didn't allow us to use them as much as we would have liked! Inside, the house is spacious and great for multi-family living. Grazie mille Claudia, for allowing us to share your little piece of paradise.

I visited Chalet Marmont for the second time. First, alone. This time, with my family: a baby, a child, and four adults. Both times were unforgettable. A spacious house with a backyard is a rarity in Rome, and this one has a unique decor, full of history and very well preserved. Although a car is needed to reach the historic center, it’s well worth it if you’re looking for privacy, warmth, comfort, beauty and attention to detail. The renovation they did to the place turned it into a true work of art. Additionally, you can count on the friendliness, attentiveness, and proactivity of the host, Mario. He was always available to help us with the most diverse requests. The market, just a 5-minute drive from the house, is excellent and has everything you need for great meals. It felt like the old Airbnb days, where you could experience local life and connect with real people, not just a company. Staying here is truly special.

Giovanna and Riccardo are amazing hosts! Their house is simply gorgeous and huge! Filled with small decorative details and vintage items that give the entire space unique and cool atmosphere, and a home feeling! The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms are cute and share a bathroom, and the entire house is super comfortable and convenient for a family vacation! The pool is big and so much fun! The yard and its surrounding is huge, offering many hidden seating spots and ovens for a cook out. So you are welcome to swim, chill, tan, eat and relax outside. Giovanna gave us excellent tips and was always so responsive and welcoming. We had the perfect finish for our Italian vacation, so peaceful and relaxing stay..,the perfect place to stay just outside Rome.. thank you so much , can’t wait to return or to host you someday at our home in Tel Aviv. We absolutely loved staying at this villa, we had such amazing holidays with our family of 5. The surroundings are beautiful, the house is great and so comfortable. Alcide who cleaned the pool for us every morning was so friendly and helpful, and Gio (the host) was always available for any questions or recommendations. We will be surely coming back every year! Dream place!

Très bon séjour à Palidoro. Daniela est une hôte accueillante et réactive. La maison est idéalement située pour visiter Rome puisqu'à quelques minutes à pied de la gare amenant dans le centre de la ville pour très peu cher. Cet avantage peut néanmoins constituer un inconvénient dans la mesure où les trains circulent à proximité immédiate de la maison jour et nuit ce qui rend l'environnement bruyant et l'utilisation des bouchons d'oreilles assez conseillée en cas de sensibilité au bruit. Malgré tout, la maison est propre, jolie et fonctionnelle et permet un séjour très agréable!

Een prachtige plek. We werden bij aankomst rond 16 uur hartelijk ontvangen door Nicola en haar man Andrea. Doordat het namiddag was kregen we van hen een wijntje en voor dat we het wisten was het middernacht. Een aankomst zoals wij niet eerder meemaakten. Het huis is ruim, mooi, compleet en in perfecte staat. Sta je in de keuken je best te doen een Italiaanse maaltijd te bereiden, dan hoef je niet bang te zijn mis te grijpen: alles is voorhanden en van uitstekende kwaliteit. Het zwembad heeft bijna olympische afmetingen en wordt schitterend omzoomd door glooiende grasvelden die goed zijn onderhouden. De tuin heeft een zodanige omvang dat je iedere dag wel op een ander plekje kunt ontbijten. Dat zorgt ervoor dat je steeds kunt genieten van een ander indrukwekkend uitzicht. We kregen allerhande tips van Nicola, variërend van bezienswaardigheden tot de beste winkels in de buurt. Ons verblijf was er een om nooit te vergeten. Deze plek is een absolute aanrader!

It’s a beautiful spacious villa that feels very safe and secure. It’s a great spot for proximity to the Vatican however, it’s further from the centre of Rome and to other attractions than we had first thought. Meaning we spent a fair amount on Uber’s during our trip, I’m sure there are buses nearby as another option. The host was very responsive on check-in and check out and when there was an issue with the boiler meaning we had no showers for an evening it was fixed swiftly. The only real frustration we had was the additional charge of €160 to heat the pool for 2 nights, as even after agreeing to spend the money it was never warm enough to swim comfortably which was the main reason we selected this villa for the kids to be able to swim. Overall we had an enjoyable stay and loved our city break in Rome. Yours truly the Lewis’s.

la casa era molto bella l’unica cosa è che ovviamente andandoci d’inverno quei confort di cui potresti usufruire l’estate non li hai, ci sta… comunque sono stati davvero gentili non ci hanno dato un orario preciso per lasciare la casa ci sono venuti incontro. la casa è grandissima e c’è tanto spazio noi eravamo 15 persone e sembrava fossimo pochissime persone dentro casa per quanto è grande 😊 ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa splendida struttura e non possiamo fare a meno di elogiare l'ospitalità del nostro host, una persona davvero super alla mano, gentile e sempre pronta a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. È stato attento a ogni dettaglio, assicurandosi che non ci mancasse alcun comfort durante il nostro soggiorno. La struttura è davvero bellissima e non osiamo immaginare quanto possa essere bella in primavera o in estate. È dotata di tutti i comfort immaginabili: sauna, jacuzzi super igienizzata, una piscina meravigliosa e un barbecue perfetto per pranzi e serate all’aperto. La casa è impeccabile, pulita e ben equipaggiata con ogni elettrodomestico necessario. Abbiamo soggiornato con degli amici e un’altra coppia e gli spazi interni sono molto ampi, comodi e accoglienti. Inoltre, la posizione è ideale: a soli 3 minuti c’è un bar con tavolini all’aperto e a 5 minuti un supermercato grande e ben fornito. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare per un nuovo! C&A

La casa di Francesca e Vittorio è un paradiso a pochi km da Roma L' interno è curato nei minimi dettagli, soprattutto la stanza padronale ,magnifica veranda coperta dove abbiamo goduto di colazioni indimenticabili, esterno con piscina pazzesco,vi sembrerà di essere nelle campagne londinesi. La cucina è un sogno , super attrezzata , la vista verso l' esterno al tramonto vi farà dimenticare di tutto! Consigliato per chi ama la campagna e la natura, la cagnolina Elisabetta ci ha fatto compagnia per tutta la durata del soggiorno, check in flessibile, host amichevoli! grazie di tutto siamo stati benissimo!

The Villa was really big & comfortable. Maurizio answered every communication within minutes. He was flexible with changes in arrangements and was always friendly and patient. We were a family group and found it easy to get into central Rome with underground trains every 5 minutes. Only 6 stops, took about 12 minutes. Thanks Maurizio for a lovely stay.

We really enjoyed our Christmas and New Year week at this place. We were a company of 4 adults and 4 children and the villa fully matched our expectations. The layout of the house is really comfortable and provides enough space for privacy and at the same time for spending time together, like the room with the fireplace. The territory is green and has everything to relax: swimming-pool, table tennis, places for playing with the ball and BBQ. It is also within a short drive from Rome historical center- Piazza Cavour, which has a convenient underground parking from where it is possible to explore Rome. Flavia and Giuseppe are always in touch if needed and the communication is easy.

We celebrated my 40th Birthday with 15 friends and had such a wonderful weekend. The house is big, with private bathrooms for every couple, with 2 kitchens (the downstairs kitchen is excellent for joint cooking etc.). Hanging out by the pool was super nice. The near-by lake is very scenic and the proximity to Rome is great for those who want to do sight-seeing. Edoardo was a great host and easy going. tiny point: we could not find firewood for the pizza oven. Other than that we had a beautiful weekend! Thanks

Alles van aankomst tot vertrek is heerlijk verlopen in dit prachtig gerenoveerde huis. We hebben genoten van het prachtige zwembad dat heerlijk verkoeling bracht tijdens de warmere dagen. Ideale uitvalbasis om bv Rome en Tivoli te bezoeken en achteraf tot rust te komen op het platteland. De tuin is hemels en biedt zoals de advertentie ook beschreef 100% privacy. Wij komen heel graag nog eens terug! Heel sympathieke gastheer en -vrouw Bedankt Alberto en Daniela voor jullie gastvrijheid!

Vi boede to familier i huset med rigeligt plads til stor og små. terassen er værd at fremhæve med sin smukke udsigt. Vi nød poolen og den smukke have på forsiden af huset med endnu en flot terrasse. Køkkenet var mere end fuld udstyret - der var alt man kunne tænke sig. Francesco og familie var meget venlige og hjælpsomme og var svarede på alle vores spørgsmål meget hurtigt. En helt igennem dejlig uge i vidunderligt hus og smukke omgivelser. Området har meget at byde på. Der er rig mulighed for naturoplevelser lige om hjørnet. restaurant og Indkøb ca 3 km. Vi kommer gerne igen en anden gang. Vores varmeste anbefalinger.

Wir waren vor kurzem erst bei Luigia & es war ein wunderschöner Ort/Urlaub um vom stressigem Alltag zu Hause abschalten zu können! Die Unterkunft war unfassbar- es war sauber, wunderschön & Stilvoll eingerichtet und man hatte alles was man eben so braucht☺️ Der Haushund Gino, war ein unfassbar toller Hund, einer der schlausten den wir kennenlernen durften und er hat uns die Tage die wir in der Unterkunft geblieben sind oft versüßt! Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich ein perfekter Ort um abseits von vielen Touristen Urlaub zu machen und einfach zu genießen Danke für die schöne Zeit, wir kommen definitiv wieder 🤍

It is a huge villa with an excellent view of the mountains of Umbria (awesome sunrises!). Well equipped with actually everything you may need for your long stay. What we liked the most were the grapes that could be eaten straight from the vine. There are plenty of other fruits in the garden (if you come at the right time of year, of course). Last but not least, Jacopo was an excellent host, quickly responding to all our questions and inquiries. Thank you!

Wir waren mit unseren drei Kindern in Christians wunderschönem Haus und haben die Ruhe sehr genossen! Der Garten und der saubere, große Pool waren natürlich das Highlight. Alle vier Schlafzimmer haben Moskitonetzte und Klimaanlagen, sodass wir kühl schlafen konnten. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche waren vorhanden. Christian war die ganze Zeit erreichbar und hat immer sofort reagiert, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Sein Freund Alberto hat uns beim check in empfangen und uns alles erklärt. Er kam auch alle zwei tage, um den Pool zu überprüfen. Das Haus liegt total ruhig in mitten der Natur und ist mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen (zwar Schotterweg, aber gut zu fahren). Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses schöne Haus mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus von Fabio sehr wohl gefühlt. Toll ist natürlich der Pool, der wunderschön mit Blick auf den Olivenhain liegt aber auch durch die Sonnenschirme ausreichend Schatten bietet. Dass es so viele Bäder und klimatisierte Räume gibt, macht den Aufenthalt sehr komfortabel. Die Fotos entsprechen der Realität. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und wer das im Urlaub sucht, kann hier den perfekten Urlaub verbringen. Um in ein gutes Restaurant gehen zu können, muss man mit dem Auto fahren. In der näheren Umgebung sind Orvieto und der Bolsenasee sehenswert, aber auch Rom, Siena und Assisi sind für einen Tagesausflug erreichbar, wenn man die Autofahrten in Kauf nimmt. Das Einchecken ist unkompliziert und flexibel.

Federico is an excellent and extremely helpful host. The villa is wonderful and the setting amazing. There is a huge amount to see and do within 30-40 mins drive, a fabulous lake with a beach, umbrellas restaurants etc..........amazing gardens and archaeological sites (including a 300- 700 BC Unesco heritage site), beautiful villges and towns and great food. The house is air conditioned and a lovely place to cool down after a day of sight seeing. The pool was a lovely way to refresh after a busy day before heading out to the local village of San Martino (10-12 mins away by car) and one of its many restaurants. We enjoyed our stay, the lovely house and gardens and the Lazio region and this specific part of it....well worth a visit.
