Owner was very friendly and responds quickly for any questions we may have. He introduce Mr Marian who is the owners brother-in-law have arranged 7 seater vehicle which we engaged for 3 days to go around in Srilanka including Tricomalee, Mirissa beach and Kandy the places to be visited must. Though the Villa is 1 hour far from Colombo but I recommend for the guests who wants to stay in quite location. It can accommodate 8 people easily. Thank you so much.

Gorgeous villa with an amazing view of the lake and lots of space for four couples. The housekeeper, Dileep, was so proactive and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed and offering drinks. We had an amazing barbecue on the last night and the food they cooked for us was always incredible, some of the best we had in Sri Lanka! The downstairs is open to the outdoors so expect some wildlife (geckos and mosquitos) - overall, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay with comfortable rooms and a pool with a perfect temperature!

Very beautiful and spacious villa. The host is very very good. She cares about you and ready to help. The villa has everything as mentioned in the pictures and perfect for couples and family.

The place is close to the airport! Dinal is very kind and he picked up us from the airport! The place was clean and very quiet! It was a nice place to first arrive!

This villa was a very pleasant place to wrap up our trip. Pool was lovely and very clean. All three bedrooms were beautiful and clean and luxurious feeling with modern touches. We were very comfortable here. house was wonderful, we would stay here again.thanks for the team ❤️

Best villa in Bolgoda area! Thank you for the fantastic service provided during our stay. The villa is a masterpiece of elegance, boasting spacious rooms, modern amenities, and exquisite decor. We were unable to find the location when we got there but Anill(Care Taker) was really helpful he literally came to where we were and guided us. Sri Lankan Breakfast was brilliant. Villa has a magnificent view and just views the serene water beneath the lovely sunset. The Villa was amazing. Hope to come back soon. Thanks Ayesha for consistently checking on us! ❤️🤩

Our stay at Randina Villa was simply unforgettable! The breathtaking lake view set the perfect backdrop for our getaway. The villa boasts four spacious rooms, each equipped with AC and attached bathrooms, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The owner was exceptionally helpful and kind, always ready to assist with anything we needed. We also enjoyed the cook-on-request service, which provided delicious meals that added to the experience. The peaceful ambiance and well-maintained facilities made it a perfect retreat. I highly recommend Randina Villa for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable escape!

Really nice host and really nice place. Worth the money

We arrived the airport at night, this house comforted us after a 20min driveway. Although it is so dark around that we could see nothing(it is a villa in a big and green garden), we surprised by the warm house very soon. We are 2couples, we have 2 rooms with individual bathroom and a shared yard. The beds and bathrooms are big and clean, hot water was provided only in one room but the cool water was also warm enough. There are nature calls of little bugs and birds. This villa offered us a comfortable rest after long flight, and a good start of the journey.Thank you!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem traumhaften Haus! Von der ersten Minute an wurden wir herzlich von Ashan und Nimal empfangen, die uns mit einem Willkommensdrink begrüßten. Die beiden waren unglaublich aufmerksam und freundlich – jederzeit hilfsbereit und mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Gastfreundschaft: Ganz spontan zauberten Ashan und Nimal ein köstliches Mittagessen sowie ein BBQ mit landestypischen Zutaten, das wirklich keine Wünsche offen ließ. Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend – unsere Wünsche wurden nicht nur berücksichtigt, sondern übertroffen! Das Haus selbst ist sehr gepflegt, die Außenbeleuchtung schafft eine traumhafte Atmosphäre, und der kleine Pool war perfekt für eine entspannte Abkühlung. We had a great time at the villa. It is very close to the airport and was a great place to settle in to our Sri Lanka trip. The caretakers are super helpful and the food they prepared (to order) was wonderful! The pool is well maintained as well. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet neighborhood but still close to great restaurants and public transportation. The host was very hospitable and responsive, providing helpful recommendations and ensuring I had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Peacock Villa within the Waterland Hotel was spacious, beautifully fitted out and had a lovely, breezy veranda surrounded by the canal and greenery. It also has a great private plunge pool. Location is just a short tuk tuk ride away to restaurants and shops, and an easy ride to the airport. A great entry or exit point. The host was friendly and responsive, and the team onsite were very kind and accommodating which we really appreciated. Fantastic stay, highly recommended. Thank you.

The Villa is stunning, even more beautiful than the pictures! The outlook from poolside was beautiful, we watched the monkeys playing in the trees while enjoying a lovely breakfast and throughout the day were visited by peacocks, iguanas and many different birdlife. What made this holiday an amazing experience was the excellent services of Chadima. Chadima is highly intuitive of what level of attention you prefer and always highly respectful of privacy and would always check before coming in the kitchen. Chadima prepared breakfast every day, asking for our preferences the night before. We also enjoyed some dinners and a lunch prepared by Chadima which were all excellent. Chadima is super proud of using the highest quality ingredients and would be at the fish markets in the early hours of the morning to get the catch of the day if fish was our choice for dinner. We also enjoyed a great fun cookery lesson with Chadima. Excellent & professional hospitality service - highly recommend.

Kenji & Nisha was a very helpful and responsive host. Everyone who stayed in their place loved the place. Definitely worth the money. Their in house staffs are very helpful and respectful. Will definitely recommend this place to everyone. Worth it!
