The Villa was amazing, even better than it photos! Also, the staffs were amazing, they were always available for us during the trip. Great experience and a great place, I would go again anytime and recommend to everybody!

Yen was an amazing host during our stay in Ninh Binh. The room offered a beautiful view of the limestone karsts, which made for a peaceful and scenic environment. The Airbnb is located in Trang An, a peaceful area that's close to popular spots like Hang Mua Cave and the Trang An Boat Tour, making it a perfect base for exploring the region. Yen also provided a flyer with recommended activities in Ninh Binh, which was incredibly helpful! Before we left for our sleeper bus to Sapa, Yen thoughtfully gave us snacks for the journey, adding a personal touch to our stay. We highly recommend staying here—100%!

If you want to be away from crowded places, this is the place to be. It’s close to Bai Dinh pagoda and extremely peaceful. It’s approximately 20 km from Tam Coc and 11 km from Trang An. We used Grab sometimes and other times Thanh helped us get around. Thanh is one of most responsive hosts that we have met. His recommendation for the local tours were out of the world and I would highly recommend taking a tour with him where he will take you to the most non touristy places. He also helped us book our tickets to our next destination, provided us the cars as needed and our stay free of any worry. We were very well taken care of. The only thing that I would say is that the breakfast spread and the vegeterian items on the menu could have been better. We will definitely come back here next time. Thank you Thanh and family. P.S: because I had a knee and back issue, I found the height of the bed lower than usual but that’s just me. My husband was absolutely comfortable with the bed.

We had such a fantastic stay here. It’s located in a beautiful mountain hamlet and makes you feel very immersed in the unique landscape of Ninh binh. All of the major Ninh binh attractions are relatively close and we never had trouble getting a grab when we didn’t feel like biking. That being said, being able to rent motorbikes and bicycles from here was one of the best parts of the stay. The room, accommodations, pool, food, and customer service were all very great as well! 10/10 would stay here again and recommend to others.

Staying at this Airbnb was an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and at home. The host and her family were incredibly kind and caring, always checking in on us, helping with our itinerary, and even booking our bus from Ninh Binh to Sapa and Grab rides when needed. The place was super clean, cozy, and homey, with a great heater and a perfect location near the main street—walking around was such a joy! They also offered bike and motorcycle rentals, which made exploring even easier. A wonderful bonus was the free breakfast, which felt homemade and comforting. They even provided laundry services, making our stay extra convenient. This wasn’t just a place to stay—it felt like family. We’re beyond grateful for this experience and will highly recommend it to friends. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you for everything!

Wir konnten etwas früher in unser Zimmer einchecken, im Zimmer war alles super, schön groß! Die Lage war perfekt mit vielen Restaurants und Bars in der Umgebung, aber trotzdem ruhig. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten waren mit dem Toller gut erreichbar (Roller konnte man im Airbnb mieten für 150.000 / Tag). Hat uns gut gefallen!

Super environnement, la nature est incroyable et les hôtes sont chaleureux et toujours à l’écoute. C’est un endroit qui en vaut la peine si on aime la nature, les animaux et se balader. Les alentours valent la peine d’être visiter et de surtout s’y perdre en scooter (pas cher et le meilleur paysage) !!! Je recommande!

Love the place in the country side. Close to all the attractions and downtown. You can rent motorbike or bicycle from the airbnb. The airbnb food is ok. They adjusted it to better fit westerners taste buds. You can easily bike to downtown to get more food. Love the staff!! They are super friendly and helpful. They can help you with anything you might need

We loved Lê’s house at the Athena resort, it’s in a beautiful setting, so peaceful, away from the town and we were able to cycle everywhere from it. Ninh Binh has stunning scenery and Lê’s place provided a lovely haven to explore from each day. It’s a huge bonus also having the facilities of the resort to use! Thank you.
