We stayed here for one week in December and enjoyed it very much! The apartment is clean, cosy, quiet and you can even see the sea from the terrace. The only downside was the shower which was only lukewarm. Apart from that, we can highly recommend the place!

Це просто чудове місце з надзвичайно гостинним господарем! Я зупинилася тут разом із двома дітьми, і Джованна приємно здивувала нас, залишивши два самокати для прогулянок по набережній. Я безмежно вдячна за такий милий жест! Крім того, вона приготувала для нас молоко, велику тарілку свіжих і смачних фруктів та хліб. Будинок перевершив усі наші очікування – він значно кращий, ніж на зображеннях. Місце неймовірне: тихе, розташоване на березі моря з виходом на прекрасний пляж із пологим входом у воду. Територія дуже доглянута, з зеленими насадженнями та пахучими кущами. Ми з дітьми були в захваті і обов'язково повернемося сюди знову! Хоча ми рідко відвідуємо одне й те саме місце двічі, сюди просто не можна не повернутися.

Our stay at this lovely house in Cyprus was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The house was beautifully decorated, clean, and well-maintained, making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. One of the highlights was the spacious living area that opened up to a stunning view of the surrounding landscape. The location was ideal, situated close to both the beach and local attractions. We appreciated the recommendations from our host, who was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. They made sure we had everything we needed, which truly enhanced our experience. In summary, I highly recommend this house for anyone looking to explore Cyprus. It offered a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and charm. We can't wait to return. Best Monika & Gita

We had a great stay we are a family of 5 with a disabled 7 year old the villa was walking distance to coral bay you do have your cross a busy road but it was fine we walked mainly at night as it was very hot during the day the walk was pram accessible The pool was lovely and cleaned daily in the morning plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas Simos brought us fruits and olive oil throughout are stay and was easily contactable if needed also one week into our holiday had the luxury of the cleaners coming in to freshen the villa up and change the bedding which was a lovely added extra which we haven’t experienced anywhere else we have stayed being higher up on the hill there was a lovely gentle breeze which helped with the heat a little overall we had a lovely 2 week stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back again it was perfect location and perfect villa Thankyou so much

Super Lage, direkt am Meer, näher geht es nicht :-) !!! Da nimmt man auch die fehlende Geschirrwaschmaschine in kauf. Appartment hatte alles ausser Fenster im Badezimmer zum lüften, der Ventilator bracht sehr lange zum entlüften. Bisschen ringhörig, was halt der Baustil auf der Insel ist, somit hört man die Nachbarn.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for quick access to the beach for a quiet morning swim or Paddleboad. It was also walkable to eat out every night. George and his son Julian were the perfect hosts, checking in occasionally, we felt like we made friends for the future.

Our Host Rox, is very responsive and friendly. The house is very spacious with a nice outdoor area. The house sits an easy 5 minute walk from the beach and some good restaurants. We had a very enjoyable stay

I just returned from a fabulous stay at this villa in Latchi, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! Located just 200 meters from the sea, this property offers both convenience and comfort. The villa itself is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities you could possibly need. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights after days filled with adventure. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with plenty of plates, glasses, mugs, pots, and pans, making meal prep a breeze. To our delight, the owner had also stocked the fridge with essentials like milk, bread, butter, eggs, and juice—a lovely touch that made us feel right at home. The outdoor area includes a dining table and chairs, recliners, and a BBQ—ideal for enjoying meals outside in the beautiful weather. The location is fantastic! Latchi port, along with a variety of restaurants and bars, is within easy walking distance. Can't wait to be back there again!

An excellent property within a beautiful peaceful part of Famagusta. The roof terrace was super with great views and excellent relaxation. The location of the property was within a few minutes walk to cafes, restaurants and access to a beach. A convenience shop is literally across the road from the property. The shop owners were very friendly and most helpful. The temperature in July was between 35-40 degrees C. The air conditioning was very effective (the fan was extra helpful). A couple of minor recommendations: (1) the fridge was too small to keep fresh food (e.g. fruit would go off within a couple of days if left out; (2) it would have been very helpful to include a blender in the kitchen as fresh fruit and vegetable were wonderful to consume; (3) unfortunately, due to the heat and humidity, ants were everywhere. Especially where any food was present.
