If you want to stay in this Seawind Condominium unit look no further. You have found the best location, which is well-maintained. I have rented several other units to varying degrees of disappointment. Laisa's unit was exactly how it was described and the washing machine setup was perfect. We enjoyed our stay and will return in the future.

It was worth the stay, and we enjoyed it. Our Hi-Ace van preferred to stay out to not spoil the parking space, which is big enough, but the gate is relatively narrow for today's big vehicles. There are wide spaces on the sides and in the backyard, which we failed to use for dining out, etc., due to our schedule. The dining table is enough for six people, while the kitchen has only one conduction stovetop. Since we like to cook unprocessed meals at home, the host responded well to our request for more pans. Cool place outside, cooler inside since all rooms are airconditioned.

The unit was neat and the building is just right in front of the main gate which is just beside SM Davao. The host was very responsive. She would reply immediately.

We had a fantastic stay at Gino's place. It was an excellent space for working from home, with a calm environment and a reliable internet connection. Gino was also kind enough to grant us a late checkout. The check-in process was smooth, and we truly felt at home.
