Very comfortable apartment in a central location, 5 mins walk from bars and shops. Private parking space was a bonus. Apartment clean, bright and well equiped. Double bed was exceptionally comfortable with plenty of storage for clothes. Self check in using digital key pad so no requirement to carry keys when out. Enjoyed a lovely few days and would book apartment again.

Buscando un lugar tranquilo es perfecto, es cierto que estuvimos en Marzo y no sé como será en el periodo estival. El alojamiento es lo que se ve, para dos personas y un pero le pondría al sofá (para mi gusto nada cómodo). Por lo demás no me defraudó porque es lo que se anuncia y con la anfitriona nos coordinamos bien la llegada y la salida

The apartment was great. There was 5 of us and the place was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. It is super close to an enormous amount of good restaurants. Parking was about three blocks away but it worked out great since we had a large van. I loved the place and its surroundings. I would stay their again.

Private compact 5th floor flat set 2 streets back from 5 min walk to sea. With fabulous uninterrupted panoramic view of Mediterranean sunrise (March) Definitely would recommend

This place is perfectly located for a weekend in Benidorm. 2 decent sized bedrooms and a really good powerful shower. The balcony space is large. Host was responsive and check-in very smooth and flexible. Strongly recommend.

Es war eine herrliche Woche in Arenals del Sol. Alles hat den Angaben entsprochen. Die Kommunikation mit Raimondas und Svetlana war unkompliziert. Wir würden definitiv erneut buchen.

Huoneisto oli aivan ihana, ja isoista ikkunoista avautui suoraan upea merimaisema. Majoituksessa oli 5 makuuhuonetta ja iso yhteinen tila, joten paikka soveltuu hyvin useammallekin perheelle ja sukupolvelle. Tulisin mielelläni uudelleen. Rosa oli todella ystävällinen ja kaikki sujui hyvin

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Alles hat super geklappt und die Kommunikation sowie die Hilfsbereitschaft waren ebenfalls super! Die Wohnung liegt in einer kleinen Anlage mit Gemeinschaftspool, die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und angenehm und das Parken an der Straße ist absolut Problemlos.

Josefina, la madre de Alejandro ha sido una anfitriona estupenda, pendiente de todo incluso hasta antes de nuestra llegada. El apartamento está muy bien ubicado y limpio. Fiel a las fotos. Como en casa. Además Josefina siempre dispuesta a cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Nada más llegar nos recomendó sitios para comer. Ubicado cerca de las playas, comercios y restaurantes, además tiene cerca el Palmeral que es muy bonito. Fue muy amable siendo flexible con la entrada y salida, además de tener la amabilidad de acercarnos a la estación en su coche 🥰. Recomendable 100% y estaremos encantados de volver.

Pasamos unos fantásticos días en el apartamento de Gregoria. Muy tranquilo con las comodidades y espacio adecuado para nosotros. Todo estaba muy ordenado y el apartamento estaba muy bien equipado (cocina, salón, habitación...). Además, ella siempre estaba accesible para cualquier duda o problema que pudiésemos tener (que no los hubo). Recomendaría encarecidamente su alojamiento a futuros huéspedes.

We stayed here for the whole of February. We were given clear instructions and greeted by Mayte at the apartment. The apartment was as described. Extra linen and towels provided and a washing machine. There was lots of essentials in the apartment such as wahing powder, washing up liquid, cleaning products, dishcloth, tea towels, hand wash, bin bags, tin foil etc....all extremely useful. Nice touches like cosy blankets. Within walking distance to all restaurants and about a 15 min walk to the port and beach. Handy spar shop opposite. A bit of road noise but couldn't hear it in the bedroom at night due to little conservatory which blocked the noise. Had a very enjoyable stay.

We had such a chilled week staying in Victoria’s amazing apartment. The view from our private balcony was stunning. Our first Airbnb abroad and we couldn’t have picked a better place. We will certainly be back 😊 When we had an issue with our taxi transfer the couple who run the small mini market next to the apartment were very helpful and organised a new taxi transfer and they were also very reasonably priced in their shop.

The large apartment is in a fantastic location for the beach, restaurants and local shops. These amenities are all within a few minutes walk. The apartment is large and spacious and very well equipped whether you’re staying for a few days or a longer period of time. It has a large terrace so you can enjoy the outdoor lifestyle Spain offers. From the beginning of the booking until our departure Angela has been very helpful and quick in replying to us. Giving us clear instructions on how to find the accommodation as well as recommendations on local restaurants. We would have no problems in recommending Angela’s apartment as somewhere to book if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Oliva. We will definitely be back.

Очень довольны выбранным жильем. Близко от аэропорта. Автобусная остановка рядом. Магазин под домом и рынок 5 минут. Очень чистая квартира и постельное белье. Есть все необходимое фен, утюг, посуда, микроволновка, плита, духовка, холодильник. Все новое. Закрытый двор. Хозяин очень отзывчивый. Любой вопрос ,в любое время суток решает за минуты. Близко центр и пляж. В следующий приезд не будем искать другое жилье. У хозяина есть другие варианты жилья. Очень рекомендую.5*

El lugar estaba muy bonito, tal cual como se ve en la fotos! Segundo ha sido un anfitrión genial, se ha comunicado en todo momento con nosotros

WOW! What a fabulous apartment. not sure the photos did it justice. the apartment is approx 30 -40 minute walk from Torrevieja itself, but it is just across the road from a beach, and in season may have more open in the location. This apartment is a new build, and the complex itself is still unfinished, but other than a little builders dust we were not disturbed at all. There is integral access to a car park but we didn't see this facility. We would love to return to this apartment in season.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour sur Alicante, l’appartement est bien situé avec Tram et Bus à proximité, petite boulangerie au coin de la rue, Le château n’est vraiment pas très loin. L’hôte est très sympathique, les informations sont claires. Je recommande vivement ce logement 🤗✨

Todo excelente, la atención de Pedro fue rápida, y eso que yo llegué tarde a Alicante. Todo reluciente y el jacuzzi es excelente. Muchas gracias Pedro, volvería feliz.

Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber, Badewanne etwas klein aber dafür kann man den beheizten Pool und Whirlpool benutzen. Kommunikation war hervorragend. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Carmen en haar man zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De ruimte is vanwege het ontbreken van een keuken, net even anders dan een andere ruimte. Maar het bed is subliem en de plek is perfect. Een dikke tien van ons!

The closest place we’ve had to a 5 star hotel yet!! Absolutely beautiful - real wow factor! Tasteful decor, scrupulously clean and soooo comfortable. Little touches really make a difference- coffee & biscuits provided, a hairdryer in each bathroom, spare loo rolls, extra pillows, quality shampoo & conditioner- all these things make a place stand out from others. The place itself is huge, we came with our 2 teens so only used 3 of the 4 bedrooms, was great to all have our own bathrooms. Quiet 2nd floor apartment with lift- felt very safe. About a 10min walk from everything & a handy supermarket just next door. We spent our days exploring lovely Alicante, walked everywhere, lots of great places to eat & drink even out of season. Great recommendations from host Marisa 😀 all in all a wonderful couple of days, can’t recommend this place more highly! If you’re thinking of booking do it! 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
