She was a great host. Went to welcome us & made sure we had everything we needed. She was so sweet! The farm house was beautiful & the views were espectacular. We will be definitely coming back.

We loved our stay. The house is great for a larger group. Wonderful living space and fun game room! Having a hot tub was also a plus. The location is wonderful and is very private. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Margie was great. She introduced herself to my son and I right when we got there. The accommodations were excellent. Beds were super comfy and everything was very clean. House sits right on a small lake in a very nice neighborhood.

This property is beautiful and the hosts were so kind and accommodating. They are super responsive and offered great suggestions on local restaurants and how to navigate getting to and from the city. They are super hospitable and the house is even nicer than you can imagine. We will be back.

My mum & I came to town for a long weekend getaway for some hiking. What a lovely historic home!! The rustic cabin set back on this farm was just perfect to relax. I especially enjoyed the cats and horse! The fruit was a nice touch and having breakfast items and other food items in the fridge was great! Patti was very responsive and we enjoyed ourselves. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough positive things about our stay at Culpeper Oasis. Our hosts were extremely thorough and responsive, and the house was absolutely gorgeous! So beautifully decorated and well appointed, with tons to do. What a perfect setting for our Gal Pal Getaway! Many thanks to our hosts…we will be back!!!

Teresa and Jeff were INCREDIBLE hosts! We stayed at their property for our anniversary weekend and they made it so special for us. Everything was as described AND MORE, I truly could not have asked for a better anniversary weekend! Teresa and Jeff were so kind, the place was so peaceful, and it was such a pleasure meeting them. We saved this spot and hope to come back every season when we can to experience the beautiful views and wonderful hospitality. I cannot say enough kind words about these two!

We stayed at Raquel’s place after visiting a winery in Linden and headed to D.C. the next day, so it was convenient! The basement was private and exactly what we needed for the night. We took advantage of the ping pong table which was fun. Thanks! Would stay again!
