One of the cutest places I’ve stayed. I love that all the cabinets and switches were labeled so you know exactly where things were. The screen porch was very nice, so we were able to sit down in the evenings without fear of mosquitoes nibbling on us. And there were even night lights in the bathrooms, that’s an extra plus for me. It’s on a beautiful street, very quiet. Grocery stores and restaurants were just a short five minute drive up the road. Ample parking and easy to find. Added bonus was the adorable dog and kitty that came and greeted us. I really wanted to take that little fat cat home.

Comfortable, beautifully decorated, thoughtfully provisioned and immaculately clean … we absolutely loved our stay here! The view from the living room and kitchen is amazing, especially at sunrise, and the location is unbeatable. There is so much to do within walking distance. We can’t wait to come back!

Words can’t say enough about the location. Right across A1A is the ocean, the unit is located on the 2nd story. Plenty of room for 4 people and a great apartment layout. The bathrooms need remodeled but everything else was absolutely fantastic. This area will definitely be on our visit again list! Vickie is a fabulous host and set everything up well and provided all the details we needed for a comfortable stay! We stayed the month of January 2025.

Richard is very responsive. Location is good, close to the beach and restaurants. The house is basic and older, but very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

This is our second visit here and we absolutely loved it again! The location is great, the view is spectacular from the balcony, parking is easy, Noah the host is wonderful as well. It is one of the only AirBnBs we have stayed at where the decor, amenities, and the quality of the linens/towels etc feel like home or a nice hotel, which is so nice. I love the elevators and the luggage carts too, which make it a breeze to get in and out. FYI the pool is not heated, but it is huge and very nice/clean. We def feel safe there as well. We can’t wait to come back again!!

We loved the location!! Short walk to so many things. The beach is nice and clean and the Resturant’s were awesome! The recent bathroom update is very nice too!! High ceilings make this place feel way bigger than it even is. I would highly recommend staying here!!!!

Craig's place was outstanding. Super clean and more luxurious than we could have hoped for. Privacy and security were top notch. Great area!

It looks just like the pictures! Clean and spacious AND QUIET! OMG, it was so quiet. Nice to sit on the back deck and relax in the evening. Beautiful space with water views. Across the street from the beach. Walking distance to a little breakfast place.

This is a nice home in a PERFECT location. Literally about a 2 min or less walk from a beach! We enjoyed the sunrise every morning. The home is also within about 20 mins of anything you need, Walmart, dollar tree, Walgreens, liquor store, etc! We found a great spot in Daytona, Andy Romano Park which had FREE PARKING & a splash pad for the kids but also a very family friendly beach! We really enjoyed our stay! Bill was an excellent host!

If you want to be literally on the beach…this is the place! Great for a couple families, spacious. Beautiful sunrises and we had a full moon and it was beautiful to walk on the beach at night.

We had the pleasure of returning to Melissa & David's absolutely perfect beach house for the second time in 2 years. This cute little house with great access to the beach had all the amenities we needed for a cozy, comfortable and relaxing vacation. We're already planning our next visit. 5 stars!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Anna’s house and trip to Palm Coast. There were no surprises at all with the house; everything was as we expected. Very clean and equipped as advertised. Anna left us some warm personal touches that made us feel right at home! Neighborhood is very quiet and there are nice paved sidewalks and trails all around to enjoy. This was our second trip to this area and Palm Coast is a really nice place to stay to experience this area of the Atlantic coast . Anna’s house fit our needs perfectly and I highly recommend it to stay. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you again Anna for everything.

Stayed here with the kids and it was a great stay! The neighborhood was peaceful for walks in the morning and surrounding areas had great food and coffee. Right over the bridge was the beach! The house was extremely clean and spacious.

We stayed here for the Daytona 500 race. It was a comfortable and peaceful stay. I loved how all the amenities we needed were provided. Each room was comfortable for my family. Loved relaxing on the back patio too. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

We stayed at Ricardo’s for a month. The place was wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet. We saw plenty of wildlife even though we were in a neighborhood. Ricardo was always responsive. It is located close to st. Augustine and Daytona beach. We spent some time at Flagler beach which is really close. We will stay here again!

Sue was an attentive host right from the get-go!. Very pleasant to deal with, prompt communications and very helpful. The condo WAS florida, from the decor, to the views, accessibility to the beach and sounds. It was clean, cheery and we loved being able to sit on the balcony. The beach was clean and perfect for little kiddos. Not only would we return, but we highly recommend.

Greatly enjoyed our stay. Loved the location. Literally less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool and club house were great too. Stayed with 2 small kids and they loved it. The condo was spacious and had most of what we needed. Only complaints would be it could use a deep clean and some of the kitchen stuff could be restocked. Overall though I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

We enjoyed a wonderful 3 day getaway in Donna's condo in Ormond Beach! The location was perfect - our balcony and bedroom looked directly out over the ocean and we could hear the waves with the windows open...exactly what we were looking for! It was extremely quiet and peaceful in the condo community and on the beach. Lots of great shopping & restaurants nearby, even within walking distance. We took a day trip up to St Augustine (a beautiful 1 hour drive up the coastline) and enjoyed taking in the sights and dining options there as well. The condo itself was meticulously clean, very cozy with comfortable beds and furniture, lots of extras like nice toiletries, extra pillows & blankets and beach supplies (chairs, towels etc), and a well-stocked kitchen & pantry essentials. The laundry facilities in the unit made it easy to launder wet swim clothes & towels. Heated community pool was a big plus. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. We will definitely stay here again!

Douglas’s Hammock Beach condo was perfect for our annual conference held on site - lovely terrace and ocean views for morning coffee, very quiet and private after a long day too - highly recommend, hope to stay again next year!

What a great location! Very short, convenient walk to quiet beach. Also a short walk to pools. We chose the quiet pool because we have teens, not littles. The condo is clean, functional, spacious and really had everything we needed for our stay. The balcony with the table was wonderful. If you’re looking for a quiet vacation with downtime for family, this is it.
