EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS! This was a last minute change of plans from a cabin further out of town. Needed something closer and this was far better than we could have imagined. It was quaint, clean, and super private and peaceful in the backyard. Host had fantastic amenities waiting for us. Everything was perfect! Will book again when visiting this area!

It was a great and private property that accommodated our larger group. Very peaceful and is as described.

The property was in a nice/safe neighborhood. It’s easy to get into the property and access to the garage was a bonus. The home was clean and had plenty of space and amenities. Would stay here again.

If I could give this place a 10 star review I would!!! This is by far the best Airbnb I've stayed at in a long time. This place was CLEAN and had no bad odor like most Airbnb's do. If you have a chance on this Airbnb grab it without hesitation!

Sally was absolutely Amazing! She was responsive and kept great communication throughout the whole process! The listing matched the listing and was absolutely beautiful and felt as if it was home! I would definitely rent from Sally and Paul again and will definitely recommend them to others.

The house was perfect for us! I love the neighborhood and all the beautiful craftsman style homes. The beds were both very comfortable and the couches comfy! We look forward to staying in late spring when the trees are leafing out and the crepe Myrtles are blooming!

Josh was a great host! Very responsive and accommodating! Highly recommend you stay here house is great and located in a nice neighborhood!

We enjoyed our stay! House was pretty and well taken care of & our dogs loved the yard area throughout the trip. Responsive and communicated often. We can’t wait to visit again!

This place was great to stay at and pet friendly. The home didn’t smell like pets which was a big plus. We would stay here again if we come back to Fort Smith.

Diana’s place is in a very neat historic building and is walking distance to great food, beverages, and entertainment. It is priced better than a hotel and is way more spacious.

This was a great stay for me. Everything was clear and Betty was very responsive. The house was clean and well kept.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this Airbnb! Very nicely decorated, had all amenities with attentive hosts. We would absolutely recommend staying here and look forward to possibly doing so again
