Hands down the place was beautiful, relaxing, and just convenient to everything. Love that Ponce City Market was close by.

Brittany’s place was great! I absolutely loved it the minute I walked in. The photos don’t do it justice as it was even more beautiful in person. She was responsive and super helpful with any questions/concerns we had. I will definitely be back!

Good communication and easy check in process.

Our stay at the property was truly wonderful, with many positive aspects to highlight. However, we did encounter a couple of minor issues. One was an incident around 1 am when some kids accidentally triggered a fire alarm, which was a bit disruptive. Additionally, we received a parking ticket due to a misunderstanding about our parking pass—despite it being displayed in the window. While these issues were not related to the property or the host, I believe it’s important to mention them. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I would consider rebooking in the future!

The place is in a good neighborhood. Nice place. The beds are comfortable to sleep with. The house is clean. Responsive host. Will be coming back for sure.

It was a great stay at Mary’s! We loved the walkability of the area and the place itself was very clean & tidy. She was extremely responsive and an amazing host!

This was my second time staying at Patricia’s place. It is was once again amazing! The loft is beautiful and is so creatively decorated. You can tell it had a lot of effort and beautiful energy put into it and the good vibes are infectious. Plus there is a bakery downstairs, a rooftop with incredible views, and is walkable to stores. And of course Patricia is just absolutely fantastic and super helpful. Blown away again! Rate: 12/10 :)

Toms place was lovely, the place was as described. It had helpful amenities and lovely decor as well as being comfortable. The neighborhood is also in a fun area. Would happily stay again!

Incredible location, great communication and an amazing place!

Not only was our stay picturesque, Missy and Evan were incredibly nice and responsive. It is a perfect place to stay if you have a large family and the kitchen has just about everything you could need to make a large dinner. I could not be anymore pleased with our stay, if we are in the area again, I would happily stay in this house another time. Thank you for opening up the house to me and my family!

We had an excellent stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for everyone to relax. The location was ideal, close to everything we needed, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe.

I cant say enough great things about Candice and her beautiful home, I wish we would've stayed longer for sure, the kids absolutely loved her playhouse addition! She was very quick to respond when I had questions and needed assistance and fixed concerns immediately. Not far from everything, centrally located but still peaceful and relaxing. The kids loved the fire station next door, we even stopped by one morning to take pictures and learn about the trucks, Candice was so helpful, as well as the house literally has anything you might need for the kids, in the kitchen, the washer and dryer, also the fur babies felt right at home, they have Kennels to use, a dog bed for your fur babies, Bikes you are able to use, (unfortunately we didnt have enough time to use them) literally anything you could ask for a great and family oriented vacation was this house, it was absolutely perfect for our family, if we find ourselves in Georgia again I would love to stay at Candice's place. Thanks so much

Me and my two best friends loved the space. We each had our own room and bathroom. The home was located in a very convenient area made our commute very easy. I definitely felt at home.

Very clean place. Secure check-in to both parking garage upper levels where entrance is located and all points of access to the building. Latch app was very easy to use. Only complaint would be that one of the three shutters was unable to be lowered, but could have easily been a recent guest that messed with it. Condos across the way over the parking garage definitely have view of your entire living room so would recommends closing them if privacy is needed. 10 out of 10 location!

the place we stayed was very nice. it was spacious, quite, and not to far from the city center. The location was also right next a ln amazing strip of restaurants and bars. it felt secure and peacefuk. Minty also has great instruction on how to check in that really came in handy. I will definitely be staying here again next time I'm in town.

Sabrina’s place was extremely clean and quiet! Check in was easy and she was very kind and responsive. She checked in and made sure I had everything I needed. Would recommend if you need a place to stay in the area.

I can’t say enough about how well Nadjia hosted us - especially last minute as our previous Airbnb host cancelled. She accommodated my group and was extremely responsive and helpful. If you want a penthouse view of the city, this is for you. A little construction going on but it was outside the apartment

Charm, cleanliness, accessibility, and comfort all rolled into one! Staying at Jose’s place was by far one of the best AirBnB choices that I’ve ever made. I’d never visited Atlanta, and this spot was the perfect place to experience it for the first time. We walked two seconds to feast at Krog Market and cruised to historical sites with ease. When I visit again, I will definitely be rebooking! Oh…and the beds were heavenly.

Nester communicated proactively prior to the check in with all necessary instructions and the place itself was clean, comfortable, and in a great area to easily get around and explore Atlanta. Many restaurants were within walking distance and generally nothing was more than a 10-15 minute uber ride away when needed
