the host very responsive and easy to deal with. The home it self is so spacious and great, got many beds provided which great for family and friends. The house environment also nice, eventhough this area arw guarded area but the guard is so friendly and the safety also secured.

Me & my friends will definitely come again. Charis was so beautiful serene with waterfall & talapia pond. The host was very kind, they gave us the fish for foc for our bbq nite. The most amazing thing was i left my handbag at the gazebo during check out & contacted the pic abg udin. I just realized i left my handbag 30mins later! They found it & kept it until i return to Charis. Such a responsible & kind hearted person! Thanks to Fathin & team for a lovely gestures & hosting. Tqsm!

Our stay at this Airbnb was fantastic! The house was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and enjoy. One of the highlights was the karaoke setup, which made our stay even more fun. The location was peaceful and private, perfect for a quiet getaway. The room was clean and tidy, and the kitchen had all the basic appliances we needed for a comfortable stay. The house stayed cool and breezy, so air conditioning wasn’t necessary, though it did get a bit warm in the afternoon. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. For its price, we really got a good value for our money. The unit is very convenient for a small family luke ours as it’s equipped with basic appliances. Carmen is a spectacular host - responds fast, gives accurate and useful info prior to check-in and check-out. Location is nice, except during our stay, it was noisy even up to midnight because of the ongoing construction around the hotel. There were not alot of options for dining and activities in the hotel, but there are convenience stores. The kids enjoyed the heated pool, and Grab fares are pretty cheap too! It was hard to book a Grab ride if foggy, but the hotel has a shuttle service going to the nearby mall. Kudos to Carmen for being such an awesome host!

Second time staying with Julie - same time of the year last year! 1st time: I arrived at night, so it was dark and the designated parking lot was hard to locate. Towels were not provided then but I guess it was a housekeeping mistake at the time, but not a bother as I had brought my own towels just in case. The route to the unit was not the easiest as you have to go round an alley through the back pathway instead of through the "front" of the driveway. It was rainy season then and the second time, so the pathway can be damp and muddy and slippery due to the grassy pathway. 2nd time: I arrived during the day and the parking was much easier to locate. Towels were there this time, but it was still rainy =( What I loved most about Julie's unit is that it is super cozy. It reminds me of a country side cottage which is exactly the vibe I was looking for when I found her ABNB. Despite the difficulties the first time, it was worth the second trip and I will definitely return again each year

Great stay as the there is still one long table being placed at the balcony, it is good place to have some chill chit chat session with the friends. The location is very near to the famous chinese restaurants at Gotong Jaya as well

Decent, basic accommodation. Spacious and very clean. Very simple check in and out procedures, minor checkout cleanup requirements. Condo is Airbnb friendly. Convenient location with plenty of food options and convenience stores within walking distance, 7-11 and brewhouse just downstairs. While this unit is not facing the main road, modified vehicle noises can be still quite loud. Can do with hotter water from the water heater. Also wished the TV was a smart TV.
