apartamento acogedor, vistas impresionantes, la estancia fue comodisima. playa cerca y parque para los niños. zona para pasear y disfrutar del mar. los mejor el balcon donde poder disfrutar de un aperitivo viendo el mar y donde puedes ver el atardecer.

Juan's place is amazing. The area itself is quiet and relaxing, and there's a very nice gym 15 minutes walk from the apartment. There's some very good restaurants around the corner too - Juan was very responsive and answered our questions immediately. The technology and equipment in the apartment is very modern, which is a nice touch. It really felt like we were the first to stay in this place, it was so clean

El piso de Juana es más que un simple alojamiento. Todo está hecho con el más cuidadoso detalle que te hace sentir que estás como en casa. La decoración con tema marítimo es ideal para la zona y los detalles son tan sencillos como especiales. La vista es impresionante, por la noche la luna llena aparecía en la ventana y la podía apreciar desde la cama. Durante el día el sol no incidía directamente a través de la ventana por lo que el el apartamento se mantenía fresco e iluminado. La zona es muy tranquila, ideal para descansar y desconectar. El apartamento estaba impecable y tiene a disposición sillas, sombrillas y toallas de playa e incluso sombreros para el uso de los huéspedes. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar. La comunicación con Juana fue siempre directa y asertiva. Estuvo pendiente y fue proactiva al momento de la llegada y la salida. Recomiendo este alojamiento con los ojos cerrados. Y yo, sin duda, repetiré!!!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Maria. l'appartement est très bien situé avec une jolie vue sur la mer. Il est fidèle à la description faite sur l'annonce et bien équipé. L'endroit est calme également, nous avons très bien dormi. Le wifi fonctionne particulièrement bien. La communication avec Maria était très facile. Toujours disponible, nous sommes arrivés tard et tout était bien expliqué pour que nous trouvions facilement l'appartement. Elle était aussi reactive pendant le séjour quand nous avions besoin. Nous remercions chaleureusement Maria et espérons revenir quand nous le pourrons. Merci également pour le kit de bienvenu avec de très bons fruits locaux et autres !

Es war eine herrliche Woche in Arenals del Sol. Alles hat den Angaben entsprochen. Die Kommunikation mit Raimondas und Svetlana war unkompliziert. Wir würden definitiv erneut buchen.

We stayed here for the whole of February. We were given clear instructions and greeted by Mayte at the apartment. The apartment was as described. Extra linen and towels provided and a washing machine. There was lots of essentials in the apartment such as wahing powder, washing up liquid, cleaning products, dishcloth, tea towels, hand wash, bin bags, tin foil etc....all extremely useful. Nice touches like cosy blankets. Within walking distance to all restaurants and about a 15 min walk to the port and beach. Handy spar shop opposite. A bit of road noise but couldn't hear it in the bedroom at night due to little conservatory which blocked the noise. Had a very enjoyable stay.

Очень довольны выбранным жильем. Близко от аэропорта. Автобусная остановка рядом. Магазин под домом и рынок 5 минут. Очень чистая квартира и постельное белье. Есть все необходимое фен, утюг, посуда, микроволновка, плита, духовка, холодильник. Все новое. Закрытый двор. Хозяин очень отзывчивый. Любой вопрос ,в любое время суток решает за минуты. Близко центр и пляж. В следующий приезд не будем искать другое жилье. У хозяина есть другие варианты жилья. Очень рекомендую.5*

Die Kommunikation mit Nicolás war gut und er hat schnell geantwortet. Er bot beim Check-In auch direkt an, sobald Fragen oder Probleme aufkommen, jederzeit auf ihn zukommen zu können. Die Check-In Zeit konnte flexibel mit ihm besprochen werden. Die Unterkunft selbst war grundlegend sauber und hatte alles was benötigt wurde. Die Unterkunft ist etwas hellhörig, war jedoch nicht problematisch. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Josefina, la madre de Alejandro ha sido una anfitriona estupenda, pendiente de todo incluso hasta antes de nuestra llegada. El apartamento está muy bien ubicado y limpio. Fiel a las fotos. Como en casa. Además Josefina siempre dispuesta a cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Nada más llegar nos recomendó sitios para comer. Ubicado cerca de las playas, comercios y restaurantes, además tiene cerca el Palmeral que es muy bonito. Fue muy amable siendo flexible con la entrada y salida, además de tener la amabilidad de acercarnos a la estación en su coche 🥰. Recomendable 100% y estaremos encantados de volver.

Très grand appartement confortable et bien localisé. Beatriz a été très réactive à nos sollicitations. Notre séjour s'est parfaitement déroulé.

Had a great time. Pablo was very helpful and responsive and the place was as described. Really in the centre of everything and very close to the beach. Looking to go back.

Eva was a great host and person. She was on time and made check-in easy in person and very flexible. Place was spacious and comfy, explained everything and made checkout simple and on time. Will stay there again in the future.

Logement propre et très bien rangé. Hotte réactif, manque juste un peu de soleil dans le logement et sur la terrasse c’est le seul bémol avec le vis à vis … Le reste était parfait, le jacuzzi est vraiment un plus !! Couple avec deux enfants en bas âges Très bien

Great stay, lovely place and well thought out and fully equipped kitchen. We travelled with a 2 year old and literally had everything we would need down to the plates and cutlery for kids. Hot tub was great with a nice garden space. We all enjoyed our stay and would deffos look to book this place again on our next visit

Heel fijn verblijf gehad. Lieve behulpzame gastvrouw, flexibel met vertrektijd. De buurt is een beetje verpauperd maar niet onveilig. Soms wat gehorig. Kroeg op de hoek maar last van gehad. Verder was het uitmuntend, heerlijke bedden en douche. Alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Dicht bij openbaar vervoer. Ik zou het iedereen aanraden.

Many thanks to the hosts of Easy Houses Lourdes and Roman - they replied to any questions within minutes and booked our taxis throughout the week with no problem. Apartment was in an excellent location and stunning views. Felt very safe in this lovely new Gated building. Supermarket a 10 minute walk away and the shopping trolley was fantastic made light work of carrying back our provisions 🍷🍻🧊🍎🥖 Lovely clean beach across the road and we used the tram into Alicante on several days - very cheap and convenient. Would definitely recommend 5 ⭐️

Köszönjük a lehetőséget, hogy ezen a csodás szálláson tölthettünk pár éjszakát. Nem csak szép de kivételesen jól felszerelt, mintha otthon lettünk volna. Biztonságérzetet ad a privát parkoló a mélygarázsban. Ha akarnék se tudnék belekötni semmibe, minden szuper volt! A terasz és jakuzzi is tökéletes! Autó mindenképp szükséges, hogy kényelmesen közlekedj. Remélem visszatérünk ide mihamarabb ☺️

La suite está espectacular, todo impecable y súper cómodo. Pedro es magnífico, responde en plazos muy cortos y es súper atento. Sinceramente merece mucho la pena la estancia, esta todo muy cuidado y con un mobiliario de calidad muy cuidado.

Le logement proposé par Pedro était parfait. les instructions pour trouver le logement était claires et précises. Pedro nous a permis d'axe de logement dès notre arrivée le matin à Alicante. En entrant, le logement était très propre et respirer la propreté avec un petit carnet qui contenait les indications pratiques et bonnes adresses à proximité. Pedro a toujours répondu instantanément à mes messages et à mes demandes. le logement est très beau pratique et correspondait parfaitement à la description et aux photos. il y a plusieurs arrêts de bus accessibles à pied en seulement 5 minutes. Dans toutes les rues autour du logement, le parking est gratuit. il faut un peu tourner pour trouver de la place. les coussins et la literie sont propres et confortables. Lors de notre prochain voyage à Alicante, on reprendra le logement de Pedro. Merci,
