This studio apartment was super clean, had everything you needed. Was in a quiet location but easy access to everywhere within a small walk. The host was very hospitable and always responded, not that I needed to contact him for any problems. We also visited their breakfast recommendation

Brilliant stay at this property. Very comfortable bed in the main bedroom and the sofa bed. Calm and peaceful street so could have a long sleep! 5 min walk to lovely square with many restaurants/bars and 15/20 min walk into central Seville. The property was well equipped including thoughtful touches in the kitchen and bathroom. Very communicative host who readily answered questions and provided us with information about Seville and our local area. Loved staying here and would definitely recommend to others!

We enjoyed our stay at his lovely apartment. The modern touches provided a welcome contrast to the classic surroundings. Jose was quick to respond when we had a bit of trouble getting inside due to the electronic keying devices. The location was perfect. Any of the streets we took were full of awesome views of the history of this city, like old churches, restaurants, shopping places. And it was so close to the major historical places. All in all, we enjoyed our stay at his lovely spacious apartment.

Pilar's place met all of our needs - it was spacious, comfortable, and very well located. The hosts allowed us to check in two hours early, which helped us out considerably. The parking was very close and convenient. The apartment is bright, and when the doors are open in the living room, the breeze and sun flood in. And it's high enough off the street to be insulated from noise (the doors/windows are good for noise insulation too). We stayed during Holy Week, and we couldn't believe the convenience of the location. Many of the processions came just around the corner and down the street. We could see them passing off the balcony. Also, the listing says a paid washer, but it was actually free. This place was perfect for our stay, and we loved it!

Excellent endroit où loger à Séville! L’appartement est parfaitement situé, tout est accessible à pied rapidement. Daniel est très accueillant et nous donne ses recommandations pour profiter au mieux de la ville.

L'appartement est propre, lumineux et bien équipé. Il est situé dans une ruelle calme, à proximité de beaucoup de commerces et de cafés/restaurants. Nous n'avons pas rencontré Nacho mais la communication avec lui a été très facile. Il est extrêmement réactif et sympathique L'arrivée et le départ se font en autonomie, ce qui est pratique en cas d'arrivée tardive ou de départ matinal comme cela a été notre cas. Enfin le chauffeur de taxi recommandé par Nacho était efficace et fiable !

we lived our stat in this apartment. it was in a quiet street but easily walkable to the main sites of the city. the outdoor space was an added bonus and allowed us to relax and enjoy some April sunshine. Susanah was very responsive and easy to communicate with, giving us lots of great recommendations.

We traveled to Sevilla with our 4 month old daughter and this apartment was ideal for what we needed: perfectly clean, spacious, with a functional kitchen. Moreover, it was nicely decorated (identical to the pictures), so it gave a really homey feeling. The crib we had requested was provided. Comfortable bed, burning hot water for the shower. The area is great, as well- close to the important landmarks (an easy 20 minutes walk to Plaza de Espana, for example), but also in a very authentic neighborhood, with lots of cafes, pastry shops and bars, with many families around. The entire area (and city, for that matter) is really stroller friendly, we loved it! The only observation, in case anyone is a bit more sensitive is that the entire apartment has marble floors, so it can be a bit cold (however, we had a bit of a colder weather, I’m sure this can be a blessing on a hot summer day 😀)- I believe some slippers would be useful. All in all, we would 100% stay again!

Had a great stay in Seville! This location is incredible. Beautiful, walkable streets right by the cathedral and a number of amazing restaurants. Instructions were easy, and the place was clean and a good fit for my family of 6. Would stay here again.

This apartment was perfect - nicely finished, extremely clean, and located centrally within walking distance from main sites, close to a supermarket etc. The terrace and pool are lovely for days where you’re not sight seeing. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Magda was the main person we worked with. She was great. Very responsive and helpful. We loved the apartment. It’s a non-touristy area that made it feel more authentic. Everything you want to see is a 20-minute walk. Perfect. Plenty of room. Modern and clean. Lots of steps to get upstairs so know that. Outdoor terrace is AMAZING! Know that the dining area is basically in an outdoor covered deck (so if it’s really hot, cold, wet - you’ll need to gather around the counter in the kitchen on stools). Also, after a rain and five adults for four days, the downstairs had a septic odor. It was tolerable. And one of the toilet levers was broken. Other than these minor cons, we really enjoyed the apartment. Couches were comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water every day for five adults. If you come and it’s good weather, this is a perfect apartment with the private rooftop levels. We really enjoyed our stay here. Magda is a great resource and very communicative.

We had a great time at the penthouse apartment. The views of Sevilla were incredible, and they were incredibly responsive hosts. Would definitely recommend staying in Triana for your Sevilla visit, and enjoy some time in the hot tub while you’re at it!

La casa es muy grande y cómoda para 2 familias con niños. Tuvimos problemas con la nevera y el agua caliente pero Antonio muy pendiente de nosotros. La verdad es que estuvimos muy agusto y cómodos, la terraza de arriba es un gustazo.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit im Appartment von Sofia in Triana/Sevilla. Es eignet sich hervorragend für Erkundungen zu Fuss und/oder mit dem Bus (auch die Hopp on Hopp off Haltestelle ist gleich um die Ecke:)

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Heloise und Thomas von Anfang bis Ende sehr genossen. Thomas begrüßte uns persönlich in der Wohnung und man konnte wirklich spüren, wie gerne er diese Unterkunft mit Besuchern teilt. Super charmante und gut ausgestattete Wohnung! Die Lage ist in fußläufiger Entfernung von vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und öffentlichen Verkehr : Mercado de Feria ( Bar la Cantina , Tapas genießen), Basilica de la Macarena (wir hatten ein tolles Erlebnis von Semana Santa )oder tolle Mahlzeit bei Az-Zait Restaurant. Nochmals vielen Dank für eine wunderbare Woche und wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft , wenn ihr jemals in Sevilla seid !
