We loved our stay at Raul’s. The apartment is spacious, the neighbours were very welcoming, and the bedding was so comfortable. The security is great; multiple locked entry points before accessing the apartment. We used Raul’s recommended contact for transfer to and from the airport for smooth arrival and departure. The transfer was very communicative and we felt very safe and cared for. Note: -the pool does not get much sun as it’s between concrete buildings, it was mostly shaded & not heated so we did not end up using it -Physical keys must be used to access the apartment and only one set are given; so this could potentially be difficult if you’re travelling with a group who is on different schedules as we were Overall we loved it, felt super safe, and had an amazing vacation :)

Angel’s place is great if you want somewhere close to beaches without the fuss or price of an all inclusive. I stayed there with several friends and it was great to have a kitchen and living areas where we could all hangout instead of separate hotel rooms. We could comfortably walk to several beaches or catch the bus just outside the neighborhood. We felt very safe the whole time as well. The only potential drawback is none of the appliances are fancy or state of the art but that’s not what we were looking for. Angel made our stay very comfortable and provided many resources from booking tours to finding reliable transportation. He was very kind and always responded quickly. He went above and beyond to help us out and made us feel very welcome in Cancun.

La entrada fue excelente, doña Laura super amable y nos dio varios consejos de restaurantes y como llegar a los buses facilmente. El internet funciono perfecto todo el tiempo. El A/C enfriaba perfecto sin ningun problema. Las camas son comodas y limpias. Baño limpio y con agua caliente. El lugar esta ubicado en una calle super tranquila y bastante segura pero bastante centrico ya que hay oxxo y el mall las americas cerca. Definitivamente volveriamos sin dudarlo! Seria un plus que tuviera lavadora pero hay una pequeña pila y lugar para tender los vestidos de baño.

Me encantó el departamento. Estaba realmente muy limpio y acogedor. Ernesto fue muy amable al estar al pendiente de cualquier situación o duda. Recomendado 100% En definitiva me volvería a alojar con el.

Amazing location, in the heart of North Isla Mujeres, which is where all the tourism happens. The place was exactly as advertised, maybe even a little bit better. Pretty safe and clean.

Great place, great hosts, great stay overall. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean. Everything was easy and the hosts were a pleasure to communicate with if we ever needed anything. Highly recommend.

Mike es bastante atento y pendiente de todo, el alojamiento es limpio y tiene todo lo necesario. Nos la pasamos muy bien.

Me encantó fue muy fácil de encontrar nos dio una entrada temprana lo cual fue muy agradable ya que veníamos cansadas del viaje todo muy bonito limpio nos sentíamos como en casa tenía varias cositas ahí mismo en la casa lo cual nos resultó útil como casero las cafeteras está perfecto para alguna familia que quiera visitar

We really enjoyed our stay at Alex’s place. He was a very responsive host, who messaged me before I got to the island and stayed in touch the entire time and also sent helpful pictures and videos for our stay. The location is great with the most beautiful view.

Thank you for having us. The Jonathan’s place was one of the nicest and cutest we’ve been in Mexico. It’s very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. For the very first sight it’s well maintained. There is a cute front yard. Jonathan also let us to do late check out as our flight was late in afternoon. Highly recommended for staying there!

Mami place was beautiful so clean the beds were all comfortable breathtaking views in condo and on rooftop pool. Def will be coming back!! 10 out of 10 🙌🏾

Fantastic Stay in Cancun! We had an amazing time staying in this two-bedroom, two-bath apartment! It was spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed; with everything we needed to feel right at home. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, pots, pans, and more. The highlight for us was definitely the balcony facing the ocean. The view was absolutely priceless, and we spent time just enjoying the ocean sounds. The swimming pool area and beach were fantastic for relaxing or taking a dip. We arrived earlier than expected, but our host Nancy was very thoughtful and allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment while it was being cleaned before check-in. The location couldn’t have been better! Supermarkets, stores, and restaurants were all within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area. Communication with the host was easy, she was always responsive. We highly recommend this place in Cancun! We will definitely come back.

Un lugar súper bonito y céntrico, con las mejores amenidades, sin ninguna duda me volvería a hospedar con ustedes

Having always done All Inclusive Vacations, we were nervous about venturing out to the airbnb concept for our trip to Mexico. Right from the start, Eduardo was super responsive with any and all our questions! He gave us advice for transportation options etc! Our arrival was seamless, the security at the condo building was friendly and very helpful! They gave us our keys and directions to our condo. Inside, we found the condo to be exactly like the photos. AC and wifi worked great. The location has security throughout the complex so we felt safe regardless where we were. We were steps away from the pools from our apt and the beach is directly off the pool. I would recommend taking coolie cups/cooler bag to take down with you (we never thought of it until we were down there). There are a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies right outside the condo!Transit is super easy to use! No rental car needed! Airbnb vacations from now on for us!

Departamento súper agradable y cómodo, te siente como en casa , hellen siempre atenta y súper amable. Condominio bonito, albercas amplias, limpias y zona agradable ( aunque, el personal del condominio guardias y de más… súper payasos me incomodaron en algunas ocasiones, no te dejaban están agusto en la alberca ya que todo el tiempo están sobre de ti viendo que haces y que no haces, el guardia de la caseta nefasto, nada agradable el tipo.) Perooo yo recomiendo mucho a hellen y su departamento por que sinceramente te siente en casa tiene todo lo necesario para pasar tus días agradables y ella y su hermana heidi pufff súper amables y atentas, excelentes personas. Tip: los camiones que ella me recomendó, súper te llevan a la zona hotelera y súper barato, súper seguros, nada complicado ir y venir. (. Ruta R2 15 Nichupté . )

The location was great. Supermarket in the mall right across the street. Mall food vendors - were quite good. OXO market right next door. Pool access was easy. Only issue was if you wanted to go on the beach and use chairs and umbrella it cost 350 pesos each time - unless you brought your own. The unit is a bit dated but was very quiet and safe. Paulina was very responsive anytime we had questions. The beach access was great and on an absolute beautiful stretch of beach. Definitely would recommend this place.

Great location, right on the beach, convenience stores next door, supermarket and mall across the street. Walkable to many restaurants, busses run up and down all the time.

The appartment is nice even better than what you see on their ad. The location is perfect, close to everything, 10 minutes to the my favorite beach (Forum), 10 minutes to the Cancun Town, inside the building you have a lot of services, convinience free parking just in front and also public transportation just in front, overall is great value My only recomendation but only if you are 4 or more than 2 in the appartment is to get a bigger and taller table in the balcony if you want to eat together otherwise you will eat 2 by 2 in the kitchen or stand it anywhere in the room. The host will not provide it
