The location of the condo was super convenient to the pool. Loved that it was on the bottom floor and the back door was close to the bbq area, pool area, and playground. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location! It is a Wyndam timeshare location so they try to sell you on a marketing speech, but if you deny deny deny, you’ll be fine! The place is just like listed. Anna did a great job communicating and helping out when there was an issue in Wyndam’s end. Thank you for helping out!! Very responsive and helpful.

we had such a great stay and Paul was the perfect host! he gladly shared tips about great things to do. The place is perfectly located if you have a car. Everything you need within a short distanse. And best of all, Kahalu beach is just a short walk away with its great snorkeling and surfing possibilities. I would highly recommend to stay here!

Fantastic stay here! Great place and location, close to so much in Kona but still peaceful and relaxed. Rony was exceptional host: proactive, friendly, and flexible.

Beautiful (views of well manicured golf course & OCEAN), quiet, well provided amenities (pool, tennis/pickleball courts, comfortable beds, & beach, kitchen, bathroom, laundry necessities). Igor was great with communications and was so so helpful!!! Location was about 12-15 minutes south of downtown Kona but with still very convenient to airport, Costco, and grocery stores. Highly recommend!!!

My b son and I really rnjoyed our stay. We daily shopped the Wueens mall gourmet market and enjoyed meals on the lanai with takeout. Dim lights on the near by street and beautiful tree canopy were in the foreground of our views of two volcanoes. The pool and hot tubs were great. It was close to the best beaches and totally stress free. Thank you Carol!

Great base for traveling around Kona and the Big Island. Lots of space. Good lighting and comfortable living room. Host was responsive when we arrived and unit had not been cleaned. Second bedroom is in loft space so sounds from whole unit can be heard (not great for light sleepers). Appreciated beach chairs etc but they could use an update. Has a/c in all rooms but temperature regulation in various spaces was somewhat difficult.

A slice of heaven! Everything you want when you come to Hawaii. A quiet, private beach, a nice swimming pool and tennis area. Kind, friendly neighbors. Public beach next door with lots of surfing and snorkeling activities. Restaurants only a few miles down. Our family loved this place....hurry up and book!

Hosts were very welcoming and responsive. Great location with many walkable restaurants. Close to ocean, but not really a swimmable beach but beautiful. Very quiet location.

Absolutely LOVED the unit! Will come back! AC was perfect & unit was very clean and big! We even got a late check out! Amazing place great host. Read this review if any one before mine may have discouraged you! BOOK IT

Wonderful place to call home on the Big Island!

Tim was incredibly helpful and provided clear instructions. He even considered our group, which included a little one, so we could check in early and check out late. His place is conveniently located right next to Kona Inn Shopping Village, making it easy to grab a bite to eat. We had an amazing time during our overnight trip back from Hilo.

Nico and Sarah’s place was great! You’re steps away from a small beach and the view from the balcony is amazing. Hearing the ocean views at night was really relaxing. The AC was powerful and kept it nice and cool inside. Very clean as well. The hosts were very accommodating with early check in and later check out for our 2 year old.

It’s very convenient that this property had free AC. It was also nice that we were able to cook full breakfast every day. That helps save a lot of money. Also great location!

I loved this place. Stayed here a week with my mom. The balcony is large and the view is amazing. Despite there being a pool from the apartment next door, noise was never an issue. It was a five minute drive to the downtown. The pool area was relaxing. Jason was very responsive and kind. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Chris was super proactive and responsive. The instructions he gave were very clear and easy to follow. His property was perfect for me as a solo traveler and it was in a very central location in Kona - a lot of restaurants around that you could walk to. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place, as described, very clean, all amenities you could need. Host was very flexible and responsive. Having a grocery store and some basic restaurants so close was great. We went snorkeling on a boat charter out of the nearby bay which was very convenient. Having a community pool and hot tub right next door was also very nice, and only a little noisy with kids using the pool on occasion. Would definitely stay here again.

Space was exactly as pictured. This was probably the best equipped airbnb we have stayed at: snorkels, boogie boards, kitchen & bathroom supplies, beach & bath towels, coolers, even stuff for littles. We loved the privacy on the lanai. The location was walkable to the local restaurants & shops, but just far enough to feel the island calm. And the bed off the living room was like sleeping on a cloud.

This condo came highly recommended by friends and it did not disappoint! The condo is well equipped and very clean. It is completely updated and has a spa like master bathroom. The beds were so comfortable!! The unit has central air-conditioning which was greatly appreciated! Excellent location…an easy walk to a convenience store and several markets. Great snorkelling is also available close by. Brenda is lovely! She provided helpful information to ensure a comfortable stay and a great island experience. The private balcony with an ocean view was amazing. We were able to walk across the street to see the sunset every night! The ocean waves also allowed us to watch surfers throughout the day. We would stay at this specific condo again when we return to the island!

Loved this spot, from the great location and having the town so close by it made this oh so walkable. The place was clean, looked just like the photos, and has great amenities! Would stay again!

Condo is located right in Kailua-Kona and is really convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, downtown and the beach. Complex is quiet at night which makes it great for a relaxing getaway. We also really appreciated having some beach and kitchen amenities such as beach chairs, snorkels, umbrellas and in the kitchen there was coffee, some seasonings and cooking oil.

Good location if you are looking for easy access to all that Kona has to offer.

This condo is located in the Kona Islander Inn, which has ample amenities (pool, hot tub, laundry) and parking. The location can’t be beat, and it’s very affordable. Other reviews commented on parking as on site is limited, but I found a spot outside instantly. The condo itself is very clean, linens pristine and the bed was comfortable. The patio looks out on the pool and it’s a perfect way to wake up with coffee - the cardinal that lives in the tree adjacent to the condo likes to fly into the sliding door in the mornings was unexpected, though! Great communication and super nice hosts made it easy to see myself coming back here when I’m back on the Big Island. Go for it!
