It was really a pleasure staying with Jeff. We are definitely going to come back. I stayed in many airbnbs and none of them did actually meet the expectations like Jeff‘s did. Thank you very much.

Oh my gosh. No photo or video will ever do this place justice. An incredible structure architecturally speaking, in a beautiful setting, placed sympathetically and in harmony with its surroundings (give or take 90°, eh Laurent? 😉). As is obvious when one walks around, the place is easily big enough to house 15 or more people for any number of reasons. Similarly though, my time was spent here with just one friend and was every bit as rewarding. I have travelled all over Southeast Asia, including Thailand, extensively over the last 25 years or so. Something I’ve learned over the years as I have wandered around the world; ‘Enjoy travelling but don’t forget to arrive.’ The romance and the excitement and the sense of adventure can easily cause one to miss the fact that you have already found what it was that you were looking for in your travels. For me, it doesn’t get better than this. We cancelled all other plans and as I write this review, are waiting to return there tomorrow.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument idyllique dans cette magnifique villa à Koh Samui. L’emplacement est parfait, offrant une vue imprenable sur l’océan et un cadre paisible, idéal pour se détendre. La villa est spacieuse, décorée avec goût et parfaitement équipée, avec une piscine à débordement qui invite à la relaxation. Le service était impeccable, avec un personnel attentif et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs inoubliables et reviendrons sans hésitation ! Un grand merci pour cette expérience exceptionnelle.

Spent 6 great nights at this very comfortable property. perfect for 2 couples. great garden setting right on quiet beach. ocean just steps away. swimming is ok depending on tides but great snorkeling at the high. outdoor shower a pluse! nice long walking/running beach. facility has nice community pool. covered patio was amazing with comfortable seats and fans. Inside had great kitchen. beds and baths were nice, comfortable and clean. second floor bdrm has steep stairs but great upper deck. highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment in a residential area. Very easy to walk to nearby shops & restaurants. We were travelling with a baby so Karla went the extra mile to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Highly recommend this accommodation and host!

An incredible Villa that was perfect for our family. The kids lived the pool, and the place was super clean and fun. Well equipped kitchen, which was not necessary, given the wonderful restaurants in walking distance. Can’t wait to come back!

Great house. Communication was excellent. Heaps of room for four couples. Pool was as in the pictures .The car was such a bonus. Robert and Yaya are great hosts.

Hands down the best villa I’ve stayed at in Koh Samui- and I’ve been over 10 times! The panoramic view from this place is absolutely breathtaking. It makes you not want to leave the villa at all. The villa itself is spacious, beautifully maintained, and comes with a decent breakfast served every day, which was a great touch. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even allowing us a late checkout with no hassle. The staff were amazing too, polite and helpful, from airport pickup to daily cleaning and assisting with anything we needed, they made everything seamless. The location is perfect, just 15 minutes from town and close to all the main attractions, but still peaceful and private. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Samui!

The house is amazing, just like the owners are. We had a very good communication with Pam before, during and after our stay. The house is spacious and lush and it‘s tastefully decorated. The house is secluded in a private estate but still near to beaches and the nearby town. Perfect for family’s or groups up to six friends.

Sunisa and Jean were very responsive and accommodating hosts. The house worked well for us during our visit to Koh Samui. The hosts helped us with shuttles to and from the airport (Grab will not pick up or drop off at the airport) and also helped us rent scooters (which are necessary to navigate the island). Overall we had a positive experience at their Airbnb!

Wir haben die Villa geliebt! Sie ist groß und bietet eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Auch die Kommunikation hat hervorragend funktioniert. Ich würde zu 100 % wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an alle für den tollen Aufenthalt – hoffentlich bis bald! :)

Damien’s place was incredible. Marie and the staff made our stay absolutely amazing. They planned everything and helped us book everything, the local knowledge was invaluable. They were so friendly and helped us when one of our family members had a bike accident. The location was beautiful, a perfect mix of authenticity and villa beauty. Fisherman’s Village is just down the road - a walkable distance - which has lots of restaurants, shops and activities. Thank you very much to Marie, the staff and Damien for making our stay so special.

Merci à Elisa, collaboratrice de Cindy, pour sa disponibilité et sa réactivité durant tout le séjour, que ce soit pour des conseils touristiques ou des problèmes techniques. La vue de la terrasse est magique. Quelques points à corriger tout de même dans la maison: des problèmes d'étanchéité lors des grosses pluies que nous avons subies pendant 4j, de l'eau coulait sur les murs notamment au niveau d'interrupteurs... Les rideaux des chambres sont comme brûlés par le soleil, ils se desagregent et laissent des traînées blanches au toucher, il faudrait vraiment les remplacer. Enfin une forte odeur d'humidité ressort dans certaines chambres, encore une fois dû à l'étanchéité j'imagine, il faut les laisser ouvertes en journée pour atténuer. La piscine mérite aussi une remise en état, de nombreux carreaux se décollent. J'insiste sur le fait que malgré cela nous ne regrettons pas les 15 jours passés dans la maison, mais les avis servent à faire évoluer les choses dans le bon sens aussi

the villa and especially the pool were picture perfect. we reached there exactly around the sunset timing and first view in itself was a sight for sore eyes. it's cozy witha beautiful view and surrounded by nature and wildlife. Vladimir was a friendly and great host. Looking forward to a longer stay here for sure
