Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Wohnung, wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Gerne wieder.

Thank you for an amazing stay. The communication from Katie and Leon leading up to the trip was great. Check in was easy and we really appreciated being met by Leon who was really friendly and gave us some tips for our stay. The apartment was clean, modern and in a great location to move around the city. We definitely recommend!

Lucie va väldigt gästvänlig och svarade snabbt. Super rent stort och fint boende. Läget är perfekt med bra restauranger och krogar runtomkring.

The apartment was a great place to stay with a young family. The beach and supermarket were within easy walking distance and it was really well connected by multiple bus routes for easy travel into the city. The area is a reasonably quiet residential area with nice relaxed vibe. The apartment was well provisioned with everything we needed including beach equipment and beach towels which was a nice extra. Getting in was relatively simple, we were met by the cleaner to give us the key and she was friendly. Ambrosio was proactive in communication beforehand to arrange everything and was responsive to messages when initially we couldn't locate the person for the key.

Great comfortable apartment right near a beautiful beach with many restaurants. Naty was a great help. She met us at the apartment and made sure we were settled. She provided advice about the local area and checked back a few times during our stay.

We had a super comfortable stay at Saba’s place. The instructions were clear and communication was very pleasant. The apartment was tidy, spacious and quiet. Perfect for our marathon weekend!

Heel fijn huis. wij waren er een midweek met drie personen. Een fijn huis waar je op de heerlijke bank (nu een grote grijze ribbank, zeer relaxed) kunt chillen, zelf kunt koken en fijn kan douchen. Best een grote woonkamer. De bedden waren goed en alles was schoon. De verwarmingsketel maakt wel wat geluid, dus oordopjes 's nachts is aan te raden. Er zijn genoeg winkeltjes en bakkerijtjes in de straten rondom voor boodschappen. Het centrum van Valencia is op loopafstand, ideaal. Pere geeft je op tijd en uitgebreid informatie en bij vragen reageert hij snel en vriendelijk. Het was top!

Malgré nos horaires tardifs ou matinaux d’arrivée et de départ, l’accès à été très simple grâce à la boîte à clés. L’appartement était aussi beau que sur les photos, si ce n’est plus ! C’était un vrai coup de cœur ! Il est situé un peu à l’écart du centre ville (peut être son seul défaut) mais dans un quartier calme et accessible en bus depuis le centre ville en 30 min. La proximité de la plage est aussi agréable ! L’hôte est très agréable et surtout réactive dans les messages. Les informations pour l’arrivée et le fonctionnement des appareils ménagers étaient claires. Merci pour ce séjour ! (que nous aurions bien souhaité plus long)

Anna Maria was a wonderful host. Her place is very well appointed with higher end finishes. It was spotless and everything smelled so good. The location is right in the heart of the town center, which makes walking to everything so easy, with so many cafes and restaurants nearby. She graciously provided many restaurant recommendations, which was super helpful. I would highly recommend this rental. It is worth the price tag for the location, quality and top-notch hospitality.

Perfect place, loads of parking in the area, a short walk to the centre, loads of bars and restaurants in the area but still nice and quiet. Couldn’t recommend the place enough. Booked the apartment same day as the stay and the hosts were so responsive and gave very clear instructions and details on how to find the apartment. 10/10 on all fronts!

Отличный вариант для отпуска. Арендовали жилья для 2х семей. Квартира соответствует фото. Квартира чистая, и просторная для 2х семей с детьми. Отличное расположение рядом с Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciencies. До старого города можно добраться за 20 мин, несколько маршрутов автобусов. Через дорогу находится Город Наук и Исскуств. Рядом находится Торговый центр и большое количество хороших ресторанов прямо во дворе комплекса. Bernardo очень отзывчивый собственник. И старается по возможности помочь.

Wir haben eine Woche mit unseren beiden Teenagern in der wunderbaren Wohnung verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Häuschen liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend mit Einblick in das echte valencianische Leben. Wir haben uns größtenteils selbst verpflegt und hatten dazu alles, was wir brauchten. Den nächsten Supermarkt konnte man in etwa 8 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Wir haben die Lage des Hauses ab von den Touristenströmen und die Nähe zum breiten Strand sehr genossen. Für die Woche haben wir uns Fahrräder ausgeliehen (bei Ruzafa Bike). Valencia hat ein toll ausgebautes Radwegenetz und durch den Turiapark zu fahren ist wunderschön. So waren wir in etwa 15 Minuten in der Stadt der Wissenschaft und Künste und in 25 Minuten in der Altstadt. Die Stadt bietet so viele Möglichkeiten, dass man auch mit Teenagern eine Woche in Valencia verbringen kann. Ich kann die Wohnung von Maria und Jakub allen empfehlen! Vielen lieben Dank für alles!

Had three great nights ! The apartment is very clean and really comfortable. The host is really helpful and responsive. What made the hosting the best was the fact that a plate for food and water was left for my dog! Really appreciated!

Thoroughly reccommend this apartment. Everything you could want, spacious and clean. Generally very quiet (Sarurday nights are more lively in the area and the rubbish collection seems to happen daily in the mornings around 7am). Location is great for getting around with metro and bus stops within walking distance. Communication with Oscar is very good and he is very helpful. There is an app to download to open the street and apartment doors but the details are well comunicated so no problem so long as you have a smart phone with battery/data/reception. Would stay here again.

The apartment was spacious and beautifully furnished, perfect for a large family's extended stay. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, feeling almost brand new. The bathroom was roomy; however, the ventilation could be improved, and the hot water pressure was a bit disappointing. One of the apartment's greatest strengths—its central location—also presents a significant challenge. Situated right above a popular döner shop and surrounded by numerous restaurants, the apartment can get quite noisy. Between the lively chatter of diners below, late-night revelers, and early morning cleanup crews, getting a full night's sleep can be difficult. Despite these issues, the hosts were exceptionally nice and attentive, ensuring our needs were met with excellent communication throughout our stay.

El departamenro de Justo fue amor a primera vista y no defraudo. Ademas de todas las comodidades q ofrece tiene un piano en la sala que para cualquier aficionado (como es el caso de nuestra familia) fue un plus. Justo es muy abierto y bondadoso con su espacio, comparte su hogar y sus bienes como si sus huespedes fueran familia. Te deja su musica, sus libros, sus bebidas con total confianza. Nos recibio con un aperitivo al llegar y estuvo en contacto previo a cada momento. El departamento tiene aire acondicionado en cada ambiente, ban̈os completo en cada habitacion. Lavadora, lavavajilla. Te deja elementos de playa, espacio en sus placares. Tiene agua filtrada en el grifo q parece una pavada pero resuelve enormemente la logística diaria. Se encuentra a distancia a pie de la Ciudad de la Ciencias y el Parque Gulliver. En fin, sin duda lo recomiendo y volveria (es cierto q tiene un tema de olor al accionar el ban̈o principal pero me temo que q un tema generalizado de Valencia y no propio)

Een gezellig recent gerenoveerde studio, gelegen op het gelijkvloers en laat dit je zeker niet tegenhouden. Voldoende privé en goede geluidswerende ramen houden het stadsgeluid buiten. Op enkele meters van een fietsverhuur, verschillende eetlocaties voor alle tijden van de dag, supermarktjes alsook een mercado zijn allemaal in de buurt.

This location and the quality of the apartment was hard to beat! We felt at home, the place was clean, walkable to nearby amenities, and seemed to be a relatively safe area. We had a great week at the apartment and the host was timely and helpful in response to certain questions. I would recommend this place to anyone from any walk of life.

The apartment was beautiful and in an amazing location with easy access to all the sites. Maria was an exceptional host and gave us so many incredible recommendations. She arranged for a private driver to El Parmar for a delicious lunch and then a private boat ride on the waterways of the Albufera National Park. We ended our trip with an amazing dinner at Salgardi with an unbelievable view of the church. All of this was made possible by Maria!!

Eine der schönsten Wohnungen, die wir je gemietet haben! Wir waren zu viert und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Alles war vorhanden, sauber und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Mit dem Bus gelangt man in die Innenstadt, mit der Straßenbahn zum Strand. Gleich um die Ecke ist ein Supermarkt. Es ist vielleicht nicht super zentral, dafür sehr ruhig gelegen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Un Host excelente Juan. Contesta rápido y te ayuda en todo lo que necesitas. El lugar exacto como en las fotos, todo impecable y acorde a las descripciones. El barrio cercano al centro y con mucha accesibilidad al transporte público, supermercados y bares. Mi única pega fue la hora de salida que teniendo en cuenta que se entra a las 15:00h, nos pareció muy pronto que fuera a las 10:00h. Por lo demás todo muy correcto y recomendable. No descartamos volver.
