Salil was an amazing host! This weekend we surprised my boyfriend and flew in his brothers / best friends from all over the country - Salil’s spot was the best spot to celebrate. We did a RiNo bar/beer crawl and this was the PERFECT location to do so. Everything is walking distance - from bars to really good food/dining (plus shopping for me while the boys did their own thing!). Salil had awesome recommendations of local places that I hadn’t even thought of even though I live in Denver! Sleeping for everyone was ideal, super comfy beds, kitchen was spotless, and the massive balcony offered even more space for us to hang out. With his place offering multiple stories, we could be as loud as we wanted on the main floor (also utilizing Salil’s awesome sound bar) & didn’t have to worry about the people who wanted to sleep being bothered by any sound. Definitely reccomend Salil/his place for any celebration or vacay whether you want a cozy stay in or want to hit the town!

We had an excellent stay at Chris's place. It was clean and comfortable, and importantly it was walkable to the RiNo district which was fun with excellent bars and restaurants. Great place.

comfortable beds, large kitchen, in a multi-tiered living space. the floors a nooks are eclectic but worked well for our family of two adults, one toddler, and an infant. the pack-n-play worked well and was comfy for the baby and there are plenty of bathrooms throughout. it was a good basecamp for being in the area, and the garage for the car was a nice plus.

We loved staying at Leila and Alex’s place. Is was spacious, well designed, and had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the deck in the evening and it was so great to be able to park in the garage. The location was super convenient. We would definitely stay there again!

This townhouse is spectacular! The place is spacious, immaculate and well stocked. Location is perfect. You can walk to many restaurants, shops and activities. The host was very responsive. Rooftop deck was a wow. Highly recommend! We will certainly be back to visit.

Leon’s place was absolutely beautiful and in a prime location. The home was exactly as pictured and very comfortable. The neighborhood was also quiet and peaceful! Restaurants and activities were nearby and Leon’s recommendations were helpful. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again. ❤️

5 Stars – Wonderful Holiday Stay! We had an amazing Christmas stay at this beautiful Denver home! The layout of the main area was spacious and perfect for our family of four, and the rooftop hot tub was a highlight—such a great spot to relax after a day of exploring. The location was fantastic, just minutes from downtown, which made it easy to enjoy everything Denver has to offer. The host went above and beyond to make our stay special. They even set up a Christmas tree for us, which added such a warm, festive touch to our holiday. Communication was excellent from the start, with thoughtful responses to all of our questions and extra attention given to ensure the space was allergy-friendly. The home was spotless and had everything we needed, including an espresso maker, which was a big hit! This place felt like a home away from home, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, well-appointed, and conveniently located spot in Denver.

John’s place was exactly as described with beautiful areas near and many restaurants and bars in walking distance, as well as, being very close to downtown. We really enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend anyone to book with John.

Our children enjoyed the stay, and loved they could bring their dog.

Excellent location. Had a couple issues during check in but very responsive and helpful resolving the issue. Unit was quite well stocked and worked well for our week stay in Denver and exploring the RiNo area.

We had a family emergency and needed to book a place within 6 hours of same day check in. Tammy was very accommodating and made sure house was ready for check in. The house is immaculate, very well decorated, and very clean!!

Laura’s place was great! The location and space were perfect - we could not have asked for anything more. Highly recommend.

This is one of the best Airbnb properties I’ve stayed at. Very spacious. Hosts are very friendly and have lots of food recommendations, but there is also a large kitchen with everything you need to cook as well. The rooftop has a beautiful view of the mountains in the distance. Can’t wait till my next trip to Denver so I can stay here again!

We LOVED this spot! Was the perfect size for my boyfriend and I to spend a few days in Denver. The area felt very safe, and we walked everywhere. Near by bars, bakeries, and restaurants! The space itself was very cozy, and the backyard was so nice to enjoy a coffee in in the morning, or hang out with a glass of wine in the evening. Justin was lovely and responsive, immediately offering recommendations etc. They even had a little personalized welcome sign up for us which was a lovely touch.

This was a great place to stay. The townhouse had everything you might need. The furnishings were lovely, and the view of the mountains from some of the rooms was really beautiful. The townhouse has access to a pool and tennis courts. Since we were there in the winter, we did not use them, but we certainly will next time we visit. The townhouse has a large balcony with an outdoor dining table that overlooks a grassy area. The location could not be more convenient. The townhouse is close to a major highway with easy access to central Boulder or to points north and south. We rent Airbnb's quite a bit, and we can add that Christie is an exceptionally good host. She is responsive and accommodated us in ways that she did not have to do. Excellent rental!

Place was great, was just as described. Didn’t get to take advantage of the great rooftop area. Really only got to rest our heads there from all the activities we were doing. Alex’s suggested spots were spot on. That wooden spoon place was great. Was close to many other options as well. If steps are a challenge for you maybe not the right spot. You get the early morning sun waking you up with the array of windows. Great sunrise from the roof top. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay here for Thanksgiving week. We were able to cook a full Thanksgiving meal in the beautiful kitchen, although I had brought some of the utensils and pans needed. Love the gas stove, and oven even has convection mode. We had our sons, who live in Denver, over to eat dinner each night, which was so fun. We took some beautiful walks around Sloan Lake which is a couple blocks walk. Overall, we had a great visit.

Bogusia’s place was amazing! I felt right at home, it was perfect for me & my cat’s 4-night stay. Her place had smart-home features, including the door lock & thermostat (which i was able to change myself, a HUGE plus, as i get cold easily & prefer to keep the temp warm), as well as a bidet (my first time using… I’m def a fan, lol). There was an initial issue with check-in but it was my fault; she answered my call immediately & resolved the issue within 1 minute. Her home was warm, cozy, & beautifully designed. The couches (& soft velvet couch covers) were so comfortable, I actually slept on one the couches my 1st night (by accident, after I dozed off). The bed was also very comfortable; she had lots of different pillow & blanket options, as well as an alarm clock. The home was clean & tidy, and she’d clearly planned for items guests may need — there were all sorts of travel amenities provided. I could not be more pleased & grateful for her & the home exceeding my expectations!

I loved walking through the neighborhood here with my dog. The yard was a perfect spot for little paws to romp around. So many friendly dog owners in the neighborhood. Proximity to the entire city was awesome. Kitchen was stocked with tools I needed for cooking and storing. Two of the bedrooms were in the basement but had their own heating controls which made it so cozy. Such a dream stay. Partial Mountain view from the rooftop. There were so many sliding glass doors to let the outdoors in if you’d like. This is a great spot for a Colorado summer or winter. I already tried to book it again for 6 months from now but it’s already taken. If you see it available, snag it while you can.

Kirstin's place is absolutely clean and a real pleasure to stay in. The townhouse is much roomier than it looks from the outside. The beds are extremely comfortable! One of the few airbnbs with simple to use and functioning heating / AC. The place has everything you would want for a longer stay (full kitchen / washing machine etc). Clean bathroom with good shower. Everything is new. Parking in front of and behind the building, garage for medium sized cars (I'd guess Audi Q5 and smaller).

The place was as described and had everything we needed. It is centrally located to so many great things in Denver, and it’s easy to park and get in and out. For future renters: this is one of those airbnbs that’s probably not been lived in (only short term rented), so there are some finishing touches that are missing like hand towels or tissues etc, but not a reason not to stay since it has other great things like a huge TV, big couch, nice kitchen, and great rooftop. Fyi, the unit shares a wall with the neighboring unit and the layout is: the bunk room is on the basement level (downstairs from the main level), the living room and kitchen is on the main level (which is about 6 steps up from ground level). And the 2 other bedrooms are upstairs.

Teresa's place is amazing! It's exactly as advertised in the listing, but somehow even better! The airbnb is so well stocked and so comfortable - we felt right at home throughout the entire stay. Teresa is incredibly nice and super responsive. It's clear that she wants her guests to have a great experience and takes pride in having an amazing home. I can't recommend staying here enough!

I really enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb. The space was beautiful, clean, and had everything I needed to feel comfortable. The rooftop hot tub was definitely a highlight—the view was stunning and made the whole experience feel extra special. It felt much more private and relaxing than any hotel or Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Definitely worth it, and I’d love to stay here again in the future!

Dane’s place was really fantastic! The central location is perfect for providing easy access to anything one could possibly want to do in Denver. The place itself was spotless and clean when we arrived. There were no shortages for items such as towels and sheets. The place has a great capacity to support larger groups (We had six) and is well decorated to feel both homey and lived-in. Dane has provided a very clear instruction manual to help navigate the TV and other entertainment pieces. The listing is also accurate upon arrival, no surprises. Speaking of Dane, our group really appreciated his responsiveness. Dane was extremely friendly, helpful, and timely with his responses which greatly enhanced our experience. Although we did not run into any issues with the place, we were confident Dane was ready and willing to help us if need be. Dane also provided us with heads up updates on Check-in, Check-out, etc. Overall, we would highly recommend booking here if traveling to Denver!
