My Friends and I only stayed for one night. The place is really nice and is fully stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms. We wished we were staying longer to take advantage of all the kitchen ware. The location is close to everything, the beach, restaurants, and downtown. We loved the roof top deck! Would definitely go back if it was available again.

Spacious and safe place to stay. Kitchen is clean with plates and bowls. The private parking spot is great. The owner is nice to communicate. Love to stay here! Highly recommended to a family vacation!

This was the cleanest most comfortable rental we've ever had. Quiet, comfortable, ceiling fans, new windows and very oretty interior. Great pillows too which is rare. No outdoor space but the bay is 4 doors away. We didnt have a car which might have been a challenge to park but the Circuit took us everywhere we coukdnt walk!

Jessel and team go to great lengths to ensure a great stay! Place had everything needed and some. Would definitely recommend. One thing to note for prospective guests, is they ask for a copy of your DL or ID to be sent via the app. From a security standpoint you should never. They also have you sign an electronic rental agreement. Both of these are not mentioned in the posting as a requirement. Just fyi as I was not comfortable sending my DL. With that said, Jessel was flexible as they mostly need a verification of the address and name to match up with the rental agreement. I sent mine redacted to not include my DL #. Parking for this listing was street and was not an issue finding something close by.

I had an amazing stay at this property! The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the beach, shops, and a great selection of restaurants. The space itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. Everything felt fresh and inviting from the moment I arrived. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made it so easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

Everything was super easy to get to, and there are a couple of great food spots nearby too. The place was really clean and tidy, and we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Staying at Carlos’s place was perfect for us. The place was spotless and the neighborhood pristine. Shops and restaurants were in walking distance with a nice variety to choose from. If we had questions, Carlos was easy to get in touch with. I’d definitely stay here again.

The place was very nice, as advertised. The one hiccup was a brief interruption of the on-demand hot water that Dawn got fixed as soon as I emailed her about it The location is un-matched, in a very quiet neighborhood near shops and restaurants in my favorite part of LA. Highly recommended!

Aaron was always responsive and friendly. The house is spacious and had an equipped kitchen. Everything went well!

Great stay that matched pictures and description. The place was clean, bed was large and comfortable. The kitchen had tea and coffee and lots of pots and pans for cooking. I also liked that the TV already had streaming services signed in for guests. Only issue is that the street you turn into and park is a little hard to find at first but once you know what to look for it’s fine. Also the water pressure in the shower could be better.

We had a great stay at The Tiny Tiki. Looks like the photos: small and very clean. Cozy for two adults, but room enough to feel comfortable. As mentioned by the host and others, the bathroom is VERY tiny. Not ideal for larger folks, but worked for us. What is ideal is the location. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach. We would stay at The Tiny Tiki again.

With 3 kids, I’ve become a germaphobe when it comes to them. I felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Truly immaculate!! The open space and cleanliness of it all made me feel so good about our stay. Communication was on point with any questions that we had. Really clean apartment, spacious and equipped well. Conveniently located, just 15mins from airport, Venice Beach is close by. Overall a pleasant stay!

This downtown Hollywood apartment was the perfect stay! The space was incredibly clean, well-maintained. The complex itself was great with amazing extras like pool and gym. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. The location was great, with easy access to restaurants and parking included. Highly recommend!

Booked for my husband and his friend for a book show. 2 bedroom perfect, price was better than hotels and everything worked out great. Space was great. Everything you could ever want without leaving the building. Host was very responsive and great to work with even though she was out of the country at the time! I’ll definitely book again if they need the same attend that show again.

Nice place. The building is very confusing. My girlfriend didn’t feel very safe in the garage, since there’s drug consumption and lots of dark corners. But to be clear: This is not the Mona’s fault!

The location is fantastic—perched perfectly for amazing views. That said, it’s still Los Angeles, so I’d highly recommend having a car. Checking in can be a bit tricky if you're driving, but the provided instructions are clear and helpful. The amenities are top-notch, and the layout of the place is very well thought out. The dimmable lights add a cozy, welcoming vibe that really makes the space feel like home.

The apartment is spacious and cozy, providing ample space to sleep and relax — a great pied a terre for visitors looking to get around the city's various corners. The building is clean and the heated pool and hot tub are welcome additions. The bus stops outside the building, but a parking spot is available upon request, making it a convenient jumping-off point. Maxime herself was proactive in making sure we were comfortable, reaching out during our stay to ensure everything was going smoothly and that we were satisfied with our accommodation. I'll definitely be checking in again next time I visit the city.
