George’s place was the perfect beach getaway! The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location can't be beat - just a short walk to the beach made it so convenient to enjoy the sand and surf. The host was welcoming and check-in was a breeze. I had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone looking for an amazing beach vacation. Five stars all the way!

I would go back again and again! I was lucky to get the dates and times it presented and I took it! So glad I did! The waves cleared my mind and the sunset was beautiful. The beach walk was so peaceful and I felt like it was just my personal ocean (hardly no one in sight). Thank you Amber for allowing me the opportunity to stay in this castle! I will be back!

Great house for our family. All adult children had their own bedrooms, kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the rooftop patio. Very close to the beach, just 1 minute walk.

We had a fantastic stay! The place is spotless compared to other Airbnbs we’ve stayed at, the cleanliness here really stands out. For example, inside the cabins, everything was not only perfectly clean but also thoughtfully organized, down to the smallest details. There were plenty of towels and beach items provided, which was really nice to have. The location is amazing, a few steps to the sand. It’s also very practical: there’s a garage for easy parking, plus two private outdoor areas that made the space even more enjoyable. The kitchen is well equipped and made it easy to prepare meals during our stay. Kristin was also flexible and communicative. Overall , a comfortable and convenient place for our family beach vacation! Thank you Kristi !

We will often try to find a “deal” near to, but not exactly on the beach - this time around we decided to find a place right on the beach, and we can say without hesitation it was entirely worth the small uptick in price and that we would do it again and again. The condo is amazing - you are literally a few feet from the sand, with nothing blocking your view or access of the ocean. The beach is huge, with ample space to find your own little comfortable spot, and within easy reach of the condo for snacks and refreshments. The interior space is well laid out, with lots of space, super up-to-date kitchen, and plenty of room to sleep our family of 5. Everything worked as expected and everything we needed was within arms reach. Plus, there’s a “gear room” of sorts with all kinds of games, sand toys, beach chairs, and bikes. We had zero concerns or complaints here - only good experiences. We do want to express gratitude to Daniel, as he is super responsive and helpful!

The home was perfect for our family of 3 adults and 2 children. It was very clean, comfortable and beautifully appointed with a well stocked kitchen and little extras that made our stay so enjoyable. The game room in the garage was a big hit with the boys. A wagon with beach chairs, a beach umbrella was provided along with beach towels, boogie boards and bicycles. The location was great with a short walk to a lovely beach and a grocery store and several restaurants. Our host, Amelia, was so welcoming with her emails and instructions. We all had such a wonderful beach getaway and we are looking forward to returning. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us, Amelia!

We loved our stay. It was a wonderful spot for our family to find peace during a trying time. A few short minutes from a very lightly trafficked beach; we could not have asked for a better place to stay. We are so grateful for the accommodations!

This is a beautiful home in one of the few waterfront properties between Santa Barbara and Ventura. The host was highly responsive and accommodating, and the place was very clean despite some wear and tear. The only cautions I would give to someone looking to stay here are that (1) the pool and hot tub are extremely narrow, (2) the house has no air conditioning, and (3) a large suburban or truck won’t fit in the carport with the gate closed. Otherwise a great place to stay.

The building itself is close to the beach and ocean, so it shows some weathering. However, as soon as you step inside, it's Magical. The place was super clean and had everything you needed to be completely at home. The beds were super comfortable. We did not use the clubhouse so I can not comment on that. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come here again. Roza was so amazing and responsive. She is truly a Super host! Thank you Roza 😊 💓

Beautiful condo apartment, with 2 bedrooms, one with king size bed. Comfortable mattress and pillows. Clean space, well organized. Good response from Ashley. Highly recommend

DeLayne is an outstanding host. The home is beautiful with creative high end architectural details. Architect and owner thought out of the box with many features. Spotless and fresh. Very welcoming and comfortable. Easy to find and is in a safe gated community that is quiet. Home is furnished with all you need in bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen as you were family. The location is ocean front with amazing views of Channel Islands. Surfing is excellent just steps from the house. Have stayed at many beach homes. By far we think this is our favorite. Super fun stay at the Boatel! Shops and restaurants right there, as well as the Island Packers boat landing, where we took a boat to the beautiful Channel Islands.

This home was just as described in terms of the space itself, location, contents, amenities and was perfect for our family of 5 adults and one toddler. The kitchen was equipped with everthing we needed, far more than I've seen in other Airbnbs. It was nice having everyone on one floor and not having to contend with staircases. I love old homes and their character. It, of course, was updated with the conveniences we would expect for today's living, but there was a lot of charm captured with wall hangings of the era it was built in and Rudolf Valentino, its original occupant. My only regret was that our stay was at the end of chilly December and not during the warmer months when we could more fully enjoy the beach, but we knew that when we booked it. We plan to return in season!

This was the best spot for a relaxing weekend getaway. The space had an indoor-outdoor feel with skylights, balconies and a beautiful garden. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary tools and comes meticulously labeled so things were easy to find. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Arlene was easy to contact when needed. The fireplace was great for Christmas and there was even a little Christmas tree. The location was great - just 1 block from the beach.

We picked Tiffany's rental as a jumping off point for our trip to the Channel Islands. Even though weather caused our trip to be cancelled, Tiffany's house was so comfortable and well appointed, we didn't mind our change in plans. It's a quick walk to the beach. Communication with Tiffany was clear and friendly. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, nice kitchen, lots of natural light. We loved it!

Great spot, in particular if you are focused on surfing as the break is right outside the house. Shannon was very responsive as a host and understanding of a couple requests we had. Highly recommend.

Steve's place was great! He is a great host! Very responsive to needs and text! We needed something fixed and he showed up, bought a new part and fixed it very promptly! The location and the beach it's on is great!! Our family group of 8 adults and 5 little kids and babies had plenty of room! He had beach towels, beach toys and a ping pong table, which all got used extensively! Thanks Steve & Sue
