This location and place was a perfect fit for me and my family. The pictures and descriptions of the home was exactly what we needed and it fit the description. We all felt right at home. Really nice place to stay, looks just like photos, in a good neighborhood. Had 7 guests and we had plenty of room. Home was very clean and had all the essentials. The hosts were very helpful and responded quickly, and went above and beyond. Definitely would stay again.

My family and I were evacuees from the Eaton Canyon Fire, and I can’t fully express how incredible Andrea and her spouse have been to us. Their kindness and generosity made us feel safe, cared for, and truly at home during such a challenging time. This Airbnb was the first place where we felt settled, and we are beyond grateful for the many ways Andrea went above and beyond to support us. The space itself is serene, both inside and out, and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. It was exactly what we needed.

SUPER CLEAN HOME!!! My family felt very comfortable and secure at this property. Host were super responsive especially when we voiced some concerns about the heating they sent someone out right away to fix the problem. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

Bryan’s communication was great throughout the trip. Home matches the photos and was very clean, comfortable, and warm. We would book this home again! Bring your own kitchen cookware, if you plan to cook. Spa didn’t warm past bath water temp during our stay. Other than that, beautiful place and response host.

Fantastic stay. Such a cute house! Jeanna was incredibly generous and flexible with check-in and out times, which was so helpful when driving in from long distance.

This places was great! Came to spend the weekend with the family and everyone was very comfortable. Most places and grocery stores are nearby within minutes. Would recommend staying here when visiting Big Bear. Yuriy is also very responsive if you have any questions.

We had to extend our stay here due to repairs on our house, but we felt right at home in this beautiful home. Mandy is a wonderful host and we greatly enjoyed our stay.

This has been one of THE BEST Airbnb’s I have ever stayed at. Jennifer is an amazing host, it was great to be able to ask a real quick question and get answers that were not only helpful but quick! This place was so roomy and our whole family enjoyed their stay! We were able to sit and eat and be together even with so many of us there. The rooms are split on the 3 floors, two masters upstairs, one on the main floor and the built bed room and the two Jack and Jill rooms down stairs. Most rooms had access to a balcony which was wonderful as well! Enjoying our mornings out on the balcony with our coffee was AMAZING, you can’t beat the view. We loved it so much we were tempted to stay longer! Definitely will be staying here the next time we come to Lake Arrowhead!

This is a great place. I would definitely stay here again. Dan was wonderful. The cottage is super clean and comfortable. It's thoughtfully decorated and it is functional/fully equipped. The parking was excellent and all went well for me during my stay. I appreciated all of the nice touches and the effective communication from start to finish. Thanks Dan!

It was peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. Host was very response. Easy to check in. Host didn’t bother us during the trip. Went there for wedding with family. It was easy and convenient location.

We had a relaxing time there. Was well stocked with clear labels and directions. Enjoyed the fun Star Wars theme and games. Would recommend to others.

THIS PLACE WAS EXACTLY WHAT WE NEEDED....Everything was perfect. Melanie is a sweetheart and very kind! All the little extras made us feel special. Just wish we had more time to really enjoy the beautiful patio. The beds were heaven! Great water preasure in the showers! (weird but it's a big deal for me ... lol) Will come back FOR SURE! this was probably the most memorable place I've stayed at by far!!! my girl and I loved it and will definitely be back! Nina was a great host and very quick to respond to our questions.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The place was not only nice but also impeccably clean, which made us feel right at home. The tenants were very communicative, always responding quickly to our inquiries, which added to our overall experience. Additionally, the area was lovely, providing a great atmosphere for our trip. We truly enjoyed our time here!

Johann was a fantastic host. He was always responsive to my questions and accommodated to my requests. I noted a small issue with the cabin and Johann made sure to make it right. I would definitely book from Johann again at this property and any other property he has. 10/10
