Hi, We had a great time at storybook cottage. Everything was excellent. Only have one comment. We would have like to use the spa. We attempted twice to turn it on and get it warm up. But we’re unsuccessful. The first day, we turned it on too late. Didn’t realize it takes hours to warm up. Second night we turn it on early in the day allowing it to warm up for about 5 hours. When we realize it turned off and water was still the same temperature. I think you should check the spa. We were looking forward to using it. Not our luck! Best, Janessa S.

Three of us stayed at the property while visiting Joshua Tree for hiking. House was extremely comfortable. We loved sitting at the outside table for meals watching the birds and sunsets. We cooked most meals and kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable and house was decorated tastefully. Jenn was extremely easy to communicate with. House book had lots of great suggestions for local things to do. Location was perfect - quiet and peaceful neighborhood but easy access to the park. Hot tub was a great addition - nice to sit in under the stars. Would definitely stay again.

Place was really awesome when inside. Driving up from the outside you kind of get a weird feeling because you think it’s not what you expected. Once inside and in the backyard you know that it’s just what the pictures showed. Place was really spacious and entertaining for my family and I. The one thing that I would have loved is there’s one room that is attached to a bathroom that is locked from the entrance of the room and the bathroom that would have been awesome if it was available to us because the couch bed is a little old and not that comfortable. Other than that the pool, the slide and the jacuzzi were so much fun. One thing I suggest is maybe bringing your own pest spray because there are a lot of earwigs outside the house and in the house. Overall I would stay here in the future.

The location was beautiful! The kids had fun visiting and feeding the farm animals. The glass (chickens) were very kind and provided us with delicious eggs. The host cared about our comfort and went out of their way to respond to our questions and needs. Being able to enjoy fresh citrus every day was a great plus!

Such a beautiful, cozy cottage. Just as described, fully stocked kitchen, linens, towels and very comfortable beds. Beautiful setting with a lovely view, very private with access to the hot tub and pool. On sight massage and other spa treatments if you so choose were an incredible bonus. Kristin is very kind and professional. You will not be disappointed.

Three friends and I stayed here for a pinball tourney, place was perfect. Angel was responsive and helpful as well. He sent a new hair dryer to the place when the one there wasn’t working. Would absolutely stay here again in the future!

Leticia's place was comfortable to stay at, would defiantly stay again if I was in the area.. the absolute only thing I would recommend is new pillows EVERYTHING else was extremely wonderful. Clean home with everything you would need as if it was your own home, nice front and back yard with beautiful succulents under the covered patio..

The cottage was just as described, the perfect getaway for two couples or a small family. The house had a lot of small extras that we appreciated -- snacks, waters, spices and condiments, and the bathrooms had robes, lots of towels, makeup wipes and q-tips. The beds and linens were comfy and the window coverings kept things nice and dark in the sunny mornings. The cottage is one of three houses on the property, but everything is nicely spaced out providing ample privacy. The house is a quick drive to our favorite wineries and restaurants. The hosts were helpful and fast to respond to questions. We would book this property again!

This is the third time we’ve stayed at this home. Our family absolutely loves it! The host is extremely responsive and accommodating. The home is well-stocked and stylish. The location is beautiful and convenient. We’ve made a lot of good memories here and will be back in the future.

I stayed 2 days in July and it was super hot. The house was nice and the ranch was beautiful and clean. The owner was nice enough to let me throw my daughters first birthday there and I’m grateful. Highly recommend.

One of the coziest places in Temecula. We felt right at home. Our little dog loved sniffing all the surroundings; it was peaceful and wonderful. Thank you, Damien!

Great rustic cabin feel, loved the decor! The hill in the back was just perfect for our kids to play on and sled down, ages 3-12. They enjoyed the game room as well, especially the small “ karaoke machine” haha. The house heater worked great but there were lots of warm blankets too. We sat out on the back deck after clearing snow and enjoyed the fire pit. It was awesome that Rob and Nancy had an extra propane tank on top of the fire pit and BBQ tanks. Not a high traffic area, very peaceful.

The grounds were awesome and we loved having privacy. If you’re planning to cook- grab seasonings too- the place is stocked with pans and everything else you need. Also, I know they are planning to fix (and we hope they do because we are in the area often and want to return) but the wifi right now is not stable. It kicked us off constantly. The longest running session we had was 7min. Normally not a problem except the cell signal is spotty- making working from the location challenging.

A big thanks to David & Veronika for letting us stay at their beautiful place! My gf and I were there for my 50th bday. We wanted to visit Temecula, wine taste, horseback and visit all the great eateries, including the casino. It was our 1st time visiting Temecula. Well let me tell you! Not only was it a beautiful cozy private place, but the views were amazing, including the hot air balloons in the am. David & Veronikas place is very very near great wineries and old town, not to mention the casino. We will be back. Would also like to mention we loved listening to the owls, and nature late night. What a magical place, nestled in the mountains, very private and secluded. Great kitchen and fire. The bed was sooooo comfy. Would definitely return, lovely walks, beautiful nature and Diane and her team were responsive with any messages... x

We were there during a rain storm. That made it even more special. The sound of the heavy rain on the roof, And the wind swept hills with fog. Very pretty.

My family and I loved it here! Very peaceful and a great location to go fishing. Ernie was fast at responding and made everything a breeze. Highly recommend staying here
