The house is amazing, you have access to the beach right in front of you, only recommendation for anybody is to bring your own food from a local supermarket as there is an hour drive off road(4x4 recommended) after reaching san juan, the place is very private, you have the beach for yourself, the house is very clean, enough rooms, and spacious. Local housekeeper was very useful as he can go buy you items at extra cost while you enjoy your time, final score 10/10.

Jeffrey is a great host, He's super helpful and communicative. He make sure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. I had a good time starting at his place. The place is the newest one, it's clean, comfortable and pretty quiet. Especially for me, I want to get away from the noisy and busy life. Thank Jeffrey, thanks the sweet cake for my birthday.

We stayed at CasAnika for three weeks and had an amazing time! The house is spacious, clean, and cozy, with a beautiful terrace and a well-equipped kitchen. The Wi-Fi was great for remote work, and we loved the pool area and the friendly dogs and cats. Tony was a fantastic host, always helpful and full of great tips. The location is quiet, private and ideal, within walking distance to Maderas and Marsella beaches. We rented a scooter for trips to town but rarely needed to go as the area was so peaceful. Highly recommend!

Our stay in San Juan del Sur was great The house was clean, and we loved having the pool in the backyard. The location was perfect just a two minute walk to the beach and only a 10-minute drive to nearby restaurants. Vicente, Doña Celia, and the security guard were very friendly, always available to answer any questions and ready to help with anything we needed. While the house could use a little remodeling, it was a fantastic place, highly recommend it!

Erg fijn verblijf met een prachtig uitzicht. Het gezamenlijke zwembad is erg fijn en het restaurant is van goede kwaliteit. Bij de receptie wordt goed Engels gesproken en het inchecken ging ook erg snel en soepel. Vanaf de locatie ben je met 10 minuten in het centrum van San Juan del Sur en in 30 minuten bij de stranden Maderas en Hermosa. De supermarkt is 5 minuten rijden. Kritiek op het verblijf is dat de afzuigkap niet werkte in de keuken en dat het douchewater niet warm wordt (dat is het geval bij bijna alle huisjes op het park Villas del Palermo), desondanks was ons verblijf fantastisch.

Un séjour exceptionnel! Le logement était encore plus beau que sur les photos, avec une vue à couper le souffle. Tout était impeccable, très propre et confortable. Nos hôtes ont été incroyablement accueillants et chaleureux — ils nous ont tout de suite mis à l’aise, nous ont bien conseillés sur les choses à faire dans la région, et se sont assurés qu’il ne nous manque rien tout au long du séjour. Une expérience inoubliable, je recommande les yeux fermés!

Nuestra estadía fue excelente desde el primer momento. Katie y Alex estuvieron siempre atentos, escribiéndonos para asegurarse de que todo estuviera bien y que estuviéramos disfrutando. Su atención al detalle y amabilidad marcaron una gran diferencia. Al llegar, doña Angelita nos recibió con mucha calidez, nos dio un tour por el lugar y estuvo siempre disponible para cualquier cosa que necesitáramos durante nuestra estancia. La ubicación es perfecta: muy cerca del pueblo, lo cual nos facilitó movernos y explorar, pero al mismo tiempo está en un vecindario muy tranquilo, ideal para descansar. Sin duda, recomendaríamos este lugar y volveríamos felices.

Fue una maravillosa experiencia, la casa está mucho más linda en persona de lo que las fotos muestran, limpia y completa en su totalidad. Su cercanía y privacidad en la playa es lo más genial. Volvería muchas veces más!

We had a very nice stay at Casa Pocahontas and felt right at home. The house is decorated with a lot of love and is located about 10-15 minutes walk from Playa Maderas. We spent a lot of time in the open living area with the huge terrace. A great place to relax, read a book or watch the wildlife in the jungle. The kitchen, bathroom and bedroom were well equipped. There was even a yoga mat and blackrolls. If we had any questions, Sebastian was always available and due to the keybox the check in/out was very flexible and uncomplicated. We can only recommend the Casa and would definitely come back again.

Very good experience, the beach is beautiful, the view and the weather are ideal for a vacation and relaxation, perfect for being with family, a cozy and peaceful place.

Mi estadía con mi familia fue excelente, con una increíble vista a Playa el Coco, perfecta para descansar y disfrutar del paisaje. Jugar billar y con la vista era un espectáculo. Sin duda alguna un lugar que me gustaría volver.

Casa Makai was a true jungle paradise! The house itself was beautifully designed, even better than the photos, with comfy beds and a well-equipped kitchen. The outdoor space was amazing, perfect for relaxing in the hammock. It's a short 10min walk to Playa Maderas (great for surfing) and 3 min walk to Buena Vista Surf Club (excellent yoga). Laura was a fantastic host, very accommodating. Highly recommend!

This place was perfect, very short walk to the beach, pool and restaurant. The house and kitchen had everything we needed for the months stay. And chelsea was an amazing host that was always there when we had questions.

Nuestra estadía en esta casa fue simplemente increíble. La casa es muy cómoda, linda y con una vista espectacular a la playa. La atención de Yorlenys fue impecable, siempre atenta y respondiendo en todo momento. La cocina estaba completamente equipada, lo que nos permitió preparar nuestras comidas sin problemas. Los cuartos eran muy cómodos, y la atención del señor Emiliano y su esposa Eveling fue de 10/10. Nos ayudaron con todo lo que necesitábamos y, para nuestra sorpresa, al momento de irnos nos encontramos con que Emiliano había lavado nuestros vehículos por iniciativa propia, un detalle que realmente apreciamos y que merecía una buena propina. Otro punto increíble fue que, aunque la hora de salida era a las 11 a.m., Yorlenys, con su amabilidad, nos permitió quedarnos hasta el final de la tarde. Esto nos dio la oportunidad de disfrutar todo el día en la playa y regresar a la casa a bañarnos antes de emprender nuestro viaje de regreso, lo cual fue un gran plus. Recomiendo este lugar

truly a work of art. The serenity of the jungle combined with the open kitchen design made for the perfect backdrop for our stay. It was comfortable, full of natural amenities, and perfectly located for all of the activities we engaged in. Victoria was exceptional from booking through departure. we will certainly be staying again and remain friendly in the interim. don't look anywhere else... if you are looking for a beautiful home in Playa Maderas, this is it.

Mi familia y yo disfrutamos mucho la estadía: La cabaña es más grande que como se percibe en las fotos, tiene cocina equipada, cuartos amplios con aire acondicionado, la terraza linda para el desayuno o cena al aire libre, ducha con agua caliente, parqueo amplio, los muebles limpios y cómodos, está dentro de un bosque que escuchas todo el tiempo pajaritos y monos; hay guardas de seguridad siempre, vecinos tranquilos. Llegas a la playa caminando unos 10 minutos, al caminar vez crustáceos, estuvimos en el terreno privado frente a la playa, usamos la barbacoa para comidas calientes y asados, también cerca hay cafetines si quieres comprar alimentos o bebidas, la playa es limpia y tiene olas tranquilas, nuestros niños felices todo el tiempo. Definitivamente un lugar para desconectarse y recuperar energías. Volveríamos indudablemente!. Ramón muy amable y comunicativo siempre, gracias por todo.

Definitivamente recomendamos esta casa, es muy espacioso, muy limpia y moderna, tiene excelente vista y la pisina es muy comoda, limpia y la temperatura del agua muy agradable. We definitely recommend this house, it is very spacious, very clean and modern, it has an excellent view and the pool is very comfortable, clean and the water temperature is very pleasant.

Great place to visit if you like nature walks on the beach.. if your looking for a place to relax get always and not worry about any noise or traffic this is the place to be.. ocean is about 400 ft away.. Lester the care taker and his wife are so wonderful and lovely people.. make sure you ask Lester to take you for a ride around the coastal..

What a lovely beach escape! The design of the house is amazing with nautical inspired architectural features. The views from the back terrace are WOW - you get 180 degree view of beach, cliffs, surfers and beachgoers. Looking for amazing sunsets? This is the place. The infinity pool overlooking the beach is 10/10. The semi-private beach is spectacular and if you’re into surfing - there are breaks 100m (Maderitas) to the right and 1km to the left (Maderas). There are plenty of food/drink options at both beaches (you simply walk on the beach to get there). The bedrooms are excellent - everyone loved how cozy and cool the rooms were without needing to turn on the A/C (yes, there are split units in each bedroom). The house comes staffed (2 people) and they were excellent (green egg BBQ and cook!). The house and property were always kept clean and tidy. If it’s been rainy in the area, make sure your vehicle is 4x4. The definition of a perfect stay. Thank you, Leo!
