الله يعطيكم العافية شقة نظيفه ومرتبه وحسيت اني ساكن في بيتي ماقصرتو معنا كنت باخذها يوو لكن من جمال الشقه اخذتها اسبوع كامل حسيت اني في بيتي شكراً

السكن جدا جميل ومرتب ونظيف ومطابق للصور والوصف وحقيقي حسيت اني في بيتي .. عبدالكريم كان سريع الاستجابه ومتعاون الله يعطيه العافيه والموقع جميل قريب من المطار ويبعد 7 دقايق ولكن يعيبه مافيه جنبه مطاعم وكوفيات قريبه .

صراحه مكان روووعه مستحيل اسكن ب غيره بس تجربه تدمن عليه اوف يا هو موقع يا هو شراحه و نضافه شي فاخر من الاخر

تجربه جميلة ومسكن ممتاز كما هو بالصور وابو محمد جدا محترم ودايما كان علي تواصل

شقة رائعة تجمع بين النظافة، الموقع المثالي، والأثاث المريح. تجربة مميزة مع مضيف محترف وهدوء يضمن الراحة، أوصي بها بشدة!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Imaad’s Traditional Home. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and supported. Imaad, the owner, is an incredible person who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. He was always quick to respond to any queries or issues we had, making us feel comfortable and at ease. The house itself is in an ideal location, just two main roads away from the Haram courtyard, which made our visits extremely convenient. It was perfect for those looking to be close to the holy site without sacrificing comfort. Additionally, Imaad had recently invested in a new washing machine and dryer, which was a great addition and really made a difference during our stay. Overall, our experience was amazing, and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back in the future. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy, well-located home with an outstanding host.

Tareq was a fantastic host - very friendly and helpful. His first floor apartment has everything you need for short or long stay and is very comfortable.

Overall 10/19 stay, exactly matches the listed pictures and prescription, pristine cleanliness, optimal location near most restaurants and hotspots, and a responsive host. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

It has been an absolute pleasure living here for 11 months. Abdullah and his family must be given praise for making my stay here so convenient and comfortable. He is readily available to address any concerns. If you are looking for a safe and comfortable stay in Riyadh, look no further. Do yourself a favour and book this apartment. The apartment looks exactly as the pictures and my stay has been perfect with no complaints.
