Matthew and Sarah’s place was beautiful. They really put time into making your stay comfortable. They are very responsive. Our top requests were a warm pool and comfortable beds. We had both of those. The pool water temp was amazing. We all slept so well on the comfortable beds. We had so much fun as a family of 6 riding around on the golf cart when we went out for dinner or to the beach. You will not be disappointed if you choose one of Matthew and Sarah’s properties. Thank you for the lovely stay.

We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back! The house was very clean and met all of our family’s needs. The location was perfect with the pool being right across the street and only a short walk to the beach. Becky was a great host and very accommodating. It was the perfect location to spend the holiday week with our family.

If you are looking for a cozy condo about a minute walk to private beach access, then look no further! Ciara’s place is perfect for a group of four or a small family. Restaurants are also within walking distance. This is our second time staying here and we will definitely stay again!

Beautiful place on a beautiful beach.

The condo is exactly as described. Everything was made easy by Blane. 1 problem with the new water heater, recently installed, we had while there and he promptly had it fixed. Otherwise, no issues at all. The best view ever. We are already planning the date to stay here again this year!

We had a great stay. Price was great for the location and very well situated for our needs this trip and family of 5. The amenities at the property were as described. Would highly recommend and will ourselves consider this location again for future Florida visits in this area.

It was exactly what we needed for our trip to PCB!! The house was pleasantly stocked with pretty much everything you could think of. It was the perfect size for my dog to roam and was a very short walk to the beach, which is an added bonus. We felt very “at home” the whole time !

Chuck was a wonderful Airbnb host. The Plantation was a home away from home for us and our 2 dogs. The pontoon boat rental was so much fun and you can’t beat the bay view from the backyard. We will be back again. :)

My sister and I enjoyed our stay! The air bnb was clean and tidy. Nearby restaurants, bay, grocery store.. all walkable distance. Family friendly area. Easy drive to public beach access with free and paid parking options.

Jeff provided an excellent stay for our group, from restaurant recommendations to tourist attractions, he took care of us. All of us had a great time, the location was perfect, and check-in/check-out was a breeze!

We loved this house and the back yard for our little dog was perfect. Can’t ask for a better host than Yubeiri! She is super responsive and accommodating. She made sure the bathrooms and kitchen were equipped with soaps and necessary paper products upon arrival, which was very thoughtful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely home! My family had a wonderful time at January’s place. We were looking for accommodations in/near PCB that kept us from the spring break crowds but still had a lot to offer. St Andrews didn’t disappoint. Everything is walkable from the house. PCB was a quick drive away. We also made it to Rosemary Beach and easily could have visited Destin if we had a little more time. We loved it so much we extended our stay a day. January’s home is very clean and cozy, and she’s a responsive and accommodating host. Her guidebook is a great reference to all the area has to offer as well. I’d definitely recommend her home if you’re looking for a more low key PCB experience. Perfect for a family of 3 or 4 :)

We loved our stay at Danielle ‘s place! The location was very beautiful in a really nice area! It was extremely easy to get back-and-forth to the beach even with all of our stuff!! The rooms are huge and there’s plenty of room to spread out across the house! We also loved the rooftop view as well. The kitchen was great and had plenty of space for us to cook nearby. Some really cool restaurants were nearby and it was a short ride if you wanted to drive into downtown Destin for more to do!

We loved staying here! We had a large group, and this house was perfect! We never felt too on top of each other and it was so nice being two blocks from the beach. Taylan was so quick to respond and was flexible to help us have the best time. We really enjoyed working with Taylan and hope to work with them again! 10/10 experience

We absolutely loved our stay at Miramar Beach and at this Airbnb! We felt right at home there. Also, we loved how close it was to the beach and restaurants. Definitely recommend!

Great place

We had a wonderful stay at the townhouse. It was clean and nicely decorated. It feels like home and not a rental unit. It has great amenities that we all enjoyed, like Alexa speakers in every room and a large smart tv with multiple streaming options. Right outside there is a nice pool and the beach is in walking distance from the community. The exit from the community leads you straight to public beach access. There is a lovely patio in the back with table, chairs and a grill. If the weather wasn’t so chilly we would have spent more time there. Elvira was very responsive and accommodating. I would love to book this place again when the weather is warmer.

Second time staying here with Jessica as our host! Somehow it got even better with a brand new remodel. Quick and easy beach access and a nice pool! Would highly recommended booking and staying with Jessica.
