Yuhui was an amazing host. Direction to the place and into the apartment were very clear. The main room and bathroom were spotless. Most important for me is how quiet the room was. I am a light sleeper and it was perfect. The only draw back for me was not having many options for food with in walking distance. I would highly recommend this place for a comfortable, cozy, clean place to stay.

This is our second stay at this property. We occupied two units. There is always plenty of space, and it was clean and ready to go. We enjoyed the little details: plush towels, the “nice” TP, etc :) Thanks for hosting us - we’d come back if you’ll have us.

Fai’s house is very nice and safe, and the neighborhood is quiet. My family has a great holiday here.

My friend and I stayed Maya’s house for 4 weeks during a work project. Fantastic value with great cowboy the city and lots of living space. Definitely a very “lived-in” place versus other stays I have had but was perfect for a long stay! Maya was very friendly and accommodating and would definitely stay here again.

Debbie and Mitch's spacious condo is a comfy and convenient place to stay when in Capitola. My family of 5 (three little kids) felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Check-in was a breeze, and communication with the hosts was equally easy. Our kids loved the assortment of board games, and the variety of sand toys for the beach. The hosts truly thought of everything a family might need for their stay, including a kitchen well-stocked with all the tools for cooking our own meals. But if we wanted to eat out, we could walk to many great restaurants and shops, or take a 3-5 minute drive to even more great locations. We'd definitely stay here again- thanks so much, Debbie and Mitch!

This is an awesome place to stay!! Literally less than 5 mins to walk to heart of Capitola wharf, surfing & restaurants, yet quietly tucked away on the river. They had a canoe and launch site right there at the house, plus we brought kayaks & surf boards. Beautiful, shady, quiet area to canoe/kayak that feels very private, as no public access on river. House fit the 6 of us well. All beds and furniture a bit worn, but super comfortable!! Kitchen has what you need to cook and eat with, but no supplies of spices, etc…You have to provide all, but if you forget, like us, Safeway, Nob Hill, even local liquor store had milk/creamer, condiments, etc…had it all & very close. Car port only fit a smaller car & rest of us used the local lot that was a 5 min walk away if you take the back streets, but you do have to pay daily for that lot. Overall, great trip and great house, the privacy feel yet literally just around the corner from the heart of town was such a blessing for our family get away!

Great accommodations, nicely appointed townhome. Easy access to SF and the Peninsula. Relaxed neighborhood, lots of food and grocery options nearby. The hosts are phenomenally communicative, helped me get some laundry done and no issues with retrieving the glasses I left behind. FYI: Airport is nearby, but earplugs easily eliminated the sound. This is a really nice spot, and I would stay here again!

Wonderful place for co-workers to do some team building while also enjoying the holidays with our staff.

Wir waren mit vier Personen in dem sehr großzügigen Appartement von Aaron. Die Zimmer waren großzügig bemessen, wir hätten hier auch ohne weiteres mit 6 Personen wohnen können. In jedem Zimmer befindet sich ein separates, modernes Bad mit Dusche. Die Betten sind spitzenqualität. Die Küche ist hervorragend eingerichtet und man kann dort mit einer großen Gruppe auch gut sitzen, essen oder sich aufhalten. Die Lage ist auch super.einmali

Fantastic location in Palo Alto near lots of great restaurants and convenient to grocery stores, even without a car. Mike was so easy to work with and responsive whenever we had any questions or requests. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend any of Mike's properties!

Peaceful retreat! This is the best way I could describeLika’s property. My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend. The house was exactly as described, extremely clean and well cared for. From the balcony on the second level in the front we were able to hear the ocean while joying our morning coffee. My only suggestion is to add a few chairs and table as well to the balcony off the primary bedroom. Overall, we could not say ore about how much we enjoyed our stay!

Jennifer was a warm, accommodating, and friendly host. Her home is just like the photos - stylish, interesting, and cozy. The sofa is very comfortable, as was the lovely king bed! This was a top airbnb that we have stayed in - it was great having the entire house to ourselves - no one above or below. There was great natural light, and a great flow to the space. Great to have dishwasher and laundry too! We felt at home and comfortable, and weren't ready to leave when it was time! We'd definitely stay again!

Great spot! Easy to feel safe and right at home. There was easy street parking and a garage to use if you wanted. Easy Uber ride to downtown Palo Alto for dinner

The SOBU loft is THE MOST beautiful Airbnb I’ve ever been in. I felt safe there too. Honestly I can’t say enough good things about the loft. And so easy to walk around great stores and restaurants, great host, everything one needs for a great relaxing visit! Thank you so much.

Spacious, spotless and well-laid out, this was a very comfortable stay in a quiet neighborhood with an easy check-in and out. I appreciated the thoughtful touches and the backyard patio was gorgeous! Henry was extremely responsive and easy to work with.

Overall great place! The host was very helpful when getting us an early check in and the house was great. Everything was clean and new and matched the photos.

Overall, I have great things to say about this place. We stayed for a little over two months and throughout our stay Mony was always responsive. The neighborhood was safe and the home was nice. We requested to extend our stay a couple times on short notice and Mony was able to accommodate. It is nice and spacious inside as well. I definitely recommend staying here if you get the chance. Mony will provide nice local recommendations as well 👍

Overall, this property worked great for our family visit. It was the perfect amount of room for six adults, had great parking, and was close for walking to visit family and a local bar. Clean home and the hosts were so responsive and friendly. Definitely a great place to stay next time we visit.

We had a wonderful time. Would highly recommend!
