Very clean place. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable to stay in and family friendly. Shops available nearby but closed early. Need transport to travel to city. Owner came by to give bottled water. Especially for elderly, be careful of the slippery marble flooring.

屋主人很好很和善。这是我住过最温馨的ABNB，房子很干净很有家的感觉。各方面都为房客想到。比如下雨她有雨伞，买东西时她也有准备小篮子，还有小玩具给小孩消磨时间。最重要她还准备了多个多功能插座。还有很多很多。 地点超方便7-11就在后面，附近都有餐馆和cafe。 最重要的是the library bar 走路5分钟就到了。就在尽头转弯处。超赞的。 我和我的家人都住的很开心，强烈推荐。下次还会再来。

Excellent stay. Very clean, spacious, and look exactly just like the pictures. Location is great and near to many famous attractions/ restaurants.

The location was **convenient**, great location bad surround by supermarket, fast food and convenience stores. The host was **friendly and responsive**, providing helpful recommendations and assistance throughout my stay. This Airbnb was a gem! The location was perfect, with tons of delicious food options just a short walk away. We loved exploring the bustling night market and indulging in the BBQ buffet. The house itself was spotless, even beautifully decorated for the holidays, and had such a cozy vibe. We really appreciated how easy it was to check in and out, and the host was incredibly helpful with local recommendations. He even provided complimentary water which was super convenient for our stay. The mosquito racket he provided also made the stay more comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Good 5G Wifi, not much noise except for the motor cycle starting sound around 7 30pm, responsive host, many grocery stores nearby, Night Market and Central Mall is walking distance. Lovely Housekeeper.

Very clean and cute appartment. Kitchen is well equipped. I felt home immediately. Tippy is a friendly host and easy to communicate with. The swimming pool is nice as well. Will definitely come again when I’m back in Hat Yai

It’s was a nice stay , worth the money, booked the unit at last minute but got a very reasonable price yet a spacious room; there is quite some parking at this unit, quite friendly to those who is driving own car. However, there is a bit smelly when you step in the unit, i think is because the ventilation or the water pip issue (i dont know😅）,but definitely is not because the cleaning issue. Overall quite satisfied with my stay.

Loved the accommodation. Room was very clean. You can get very nice view of the sunrise from the rooftop and there's also a swimming pool up there. It's windy everywhere. I spent on the vending machines at the lounge area almost everyday. The amenities were complete. Overall, i really enjoyed my stay and would recommend :)

It was perfect! Came here with my parents for a short holiday. Place was just nice to fit 3 people. A compact and cozy place. Very well kept as it was clean and comfortable. Had a small issue with the towels provided on the first day but it was all sorted out as the host was very helpful and responsive at all times. The location was also perfect as it wasn’t too far from all the main tourist place and yet it wasn’t too busy and crowded. Very peaceful environment! Will definitely book again on my next trip! Clean and comfortable accommodation with private parking, located at the 19th floor of a condo. A big pool is available only at daytime for swimming and relax. The area is very quiet, with a guard at the entrance. Internet is very fast, I did a speed test and it was around 200mbps in download and 150 in upload, very good to work remotely with Italy. Netflix is available for free. I think I will come back again on my next trip to Hatyai.

This place is fantastic! Spotlessly clean and packed with features that make your stay truly enjoyable. It’s fully equipped with everything you need—kitchen essentials for cooking, fast internet, a big TV, and a super comfortable bed. The bathroom is a standout feature, with both a shower and a hydromassage bathtub—such a great touch! The neighborhood is excellent, with a 7-Eleven nearby and Diana Shopping Mall just around the corner. On top of all that, the host was incredibly helpful and caring, even offering free cleaning during my stay—such a thoughtful gesture! If I could give six stars, I definitely would!
