We chose this place to stay because of the close proximity to our family members home. The apartment was nicely decorated, clean, and very inviting. We had others staying above us, and didn’t even know they were there. The hosts promptly accommodated a last minute change with us removing two guests. We have already shared the listing with friends who will be in the area soon. Thanks for the great stay.

We were in town for a swim meet at the GAC. Barbara’s place was perfect! Very quiet environment for great rest and well stocked kitchen with everything that we needed for a week of cooking heathy meals AND she had fresh herbs growing on her deck that she said were available for us to snip and use! Parking on the street was super easy and convenient. Would highly recommended!

Please note that it is located directly across the street from the Cannon Baller Baseball stadium. When there is a game, you will hear all of the PA system announcements clear as someone sitting next to you. It was not that annoying though.

We love this rental! We stayed all week for a swim meet at GAC which is a short drive from the rental. I walked to the grocery store twice and there are a few restaurants in that area as well. There were a few minor issues with the rental and Kristen was very responsive and made things right. We will definitely be staying here again.

Cathy's home is so lovely, inviting and comfortable. It is decorated impeccably and very well stocked (kitchen, bathroom). Nice touches like extra blankets in the bedrooms and living room. My husband said this was one of his favorite Airbnbs (and we stay in them often); so much so that he wondered if we could rent longer term if we are back in the area for an extended time. Cathy went above and beyond as a host and we would most certainly stay again.

Jenn was responsive, helpful, and proactive. Her space was overly accommodating - she really thought of everything! We enjoyed our time and look forward to returning. Also, it was decorated so cute, which was an extra plus!

Great place for two. Very clean with a sizable bedroom. The host left snacks and there are two decent restaurants in walking distance. If I ever go back to Winston-Salem this will be the first option to check. Thanks for a great stay!

The house is a well designed and thoughtful AirBnb. Simple, neat, and to the point. The neighborhood was a little bit of a surprise and backed into a noisy road. Thoughtful earplugs were abundant and black out curtains everywhere.

Five star place in every way. Super clean. Nice layout. Classy host helpfully stocked toiletries and snacks and is great communicator. Well appointed kitchen with top notch pans etc.

Super clean and cozy place with no sign of prior visitors. Very thoughtful touches throughout including laundry detergent and bottles of water. About a block from a beautiful park. If we ever need to stay in Statesville again, would rebook without hesitation!

So relaxing and definitely felt like a home away from home.

We enjoyed our stay so much! We love the house! The surroundings are beautiful. We even caught some fish in December. Most of our time was spent purely relaxing, and this was a perfect place for that.

This house was great! Great living room with lots of space for seating for hanging out. Great bedrooms! (Only complaint is to bring your own pillows as these are the tallest, hardest pillows ever 😂)

We had an amazing time! The house was absolutely gorgeous and if we had any questions the host were super responsive! The house made us feel at home and the host left treats that made the stay that much better! We’d definitely come and stay again when back in Greensboro!

There are moments in life where you cannot describe perfection! Came down for a business trip and my mind was blown as I felt like I was just walking into my home. Would highly recommend this property and this host!! Just not while I need it! lol! Thank you so much for everything

We felt right at home. Beautiful space that even seemed a little bigger than the photos. Was great to be near walking/biking paths. Kathleen is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend and hope to return.

Great space and location! It was great having two full bathrooms and the updated kitchen was a bonus for cooking/prepping meals. Highly recommend.

Eli's place was just what we were looking for. Simple, free of clutter and in a safe neighborhood. Parks we're close so that was nice with kids.

Thank you for another great stay in Greensboro! Our commute to the Tanger Center was easy and close to walk. Bottom floor location kept street noise to a minimum, corner unit was quite. It was our 2nd time staying at Jamie's place and we will return again!

Book with Karen! The charming DT condo is safe, clean, organized and relaxing. I loved the reclining chair! Karen is an effective/timely communicator which removes the unknowns that travel presents.
