Ciara was a fantastic host and always responded quickly. The villa was brilliant for a family of 9 with three generations staying. The pool is fantastic, the amenities were great in the house and it's in a very peaceful location. We got great recommendations for taxis & places to eat and things to do from Ciara and everything was seamless from booking to checkout. Couldn't recommend this location more. We made fantastic memories here!

Great place to relax with family. loved the BBQ options outside! Swimming pool together with the palm trees provide such a nice and relaxed environment. House clean and comfortable, recommended!

Es una casa ideal para pasar unos días en familia o con amigos. Muy espaciosa, muy cómoda, la piscina climatizada, los juegos. Muy recomendable. Volveremos!!

El alojamiento es mejor que en las fotos. Un lugar especial para pasar tiempo en familia sin necesidad de ir a ningún otro sitio. El supermercado está en la acera de enfrente, y también un bazar. La piscina es muy grande y el patio una pasada. Todos los detalles super bien cuidados. Tiene una cocina con absolutamente todo para cocinar y demás. Nuestros perros han disfrutado casi más que nosotros! Ojalá poder repetir!!!

L’allotjament es exactament com a les fots, l’unic que hem trobat a faltar a sigut el forn de la cuina! Ens hem sentit com a casa, molt acollidora i molt neta! La terrassa espectacular! Laura encantadora i molt bona comunicació! Si tornem a Santa Pola, tornarem a aquesta casa!

We had a beautiful stay at this villa. A truly perfect family holiday with so many memories made here. The location is 10/10 just a few mim walk to the main Quesada town, lots of restaurants and shops. The villa is on a huge plot with a large size pool and lovely social seating areas. The villa itself is immaculately clean with all the items and condiments you need. Service from host was excellent and we will definitely return next year - thank you 😃

This place was the highlight of our trip. The place was spotless, well equipped kitchen, beautiful outdoor area and very peaceful. The hosts were wonderful to deal with.

On arrival, I was a little disappointed to find that there was no parking on the premises, and I had to park approximately 100 metres around the corner. Parking on the street near the property operates on a first-come, first-served basis. That said, this was my only gripe—though I may be a little overprotective of my car. Jose was at the gate when we arrived and kindly assisted with the bags and cases while I parked. He helped my wife carry our belongings up the external stairs to the apartment situated above his home. The apartment was warm and cosy, with good views of the surrounding area from the large balcony that wraps around most of the property. The WiFi was easy to connect to, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Steve

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Raul was lovely, friendly and helpful it seemed like nothing was too much trouble for him. The house is spacious, quiet and comfortable. The neighbourhood felt safe and there was a community children's play area in the square at the front of the house with play equipment. The TV has most of the channels available in the UK which was good for the very rainy days we had during our stay. The broadband is fast. It's possible to walk to the local shops on Ave. Sandoval where there is a small Spar shop amongst others. The promenade and beach are at the end of Sandoval which takes about 20 minutes on foot. There is a LIDL, an Aldi and a Mercadona a short 5 minute drive away. We used La Pizza in Santiago de la Ribera a couple of times and their delivery service is quick, cheap and reliable. The pizzas are excellent and very reasonably priced. I would recommend Raul's place to friends and family.

Tuve una estancia maravillosa en Alicante y no puedo dejar de recomendar este alojamiento. Desde el momento en que llegué, Mickael fue un anfitrión excepcional. Su amabilidad y atención al detalle hicieron que me sintiera como en casa. El lugar estaba impecablemente limpio y bien equipado, con todas las comodidades que necesitaba. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de restaurantes y tiendas y el.campo de pedal . Mickael siempre estuvo disponible para responder a mis preguntas y brindarme recomendaciones . Sin duda, volveré a hospedarme aquí en mis próximas vacaciones. ¡Gracias, Mickael, por hacer de mi estancia un momento inolvidable!

Super bon séjour, hôtes parfaits, communication parfaite. Nous recommandons vivement la maison est très bien équipée. Par contre il faut une voiture.

Hemos pasado una semana fantástica en el apartamento de María. La ubicación es inmejorable: en una zona tranquila, perfecta para descansar, y a solo 50 metros de la playa, literalmente a cuatro pasos. Además, el paseo marítimo que la rodea es enorme y precioso, ideal para disfrutar de largos paseos. La zona es muy accesible y cómoda para moverse. El apartamento estaba impecable en cuanto a limpieza y muy bien equipado, con todo tipo de electrodomésticos y comodidades. Los anfitriones fueron encantadores y siempre atentos a cualquier necesidad. Sin duda, si volvemos a la zona, repetiremos. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

Nuestra estancia ha sido estupenda. Maribel es muy amable, no nos ha faltado de nada. El apartamento es muy amplio, ideal para un grupo numeroso, con zonas comunes muy cómodas. Es una zona familiar y tranquila, a menos de un minuto de la playa. Muy bien conectada, para hacer turismo por Murcia y Alicante. Repetiremos :)

La casa estaba super limpia y los anfitriones muy agradables. A destacar tener aire acondicionado funcionando con esta ola de calor. Muy cerca de la playa y de sitios para comer/cenar/tomar algo. Los anfitriones muy atentos y dispuestos a cualquier necesidad. Seguro que repetiremos

Spotlessly clean house in great location Near to supermarket and bars and restaurants but far enough away located in a peaceful, quiet road. Well equipped. Julieta most helpful and responsive.

Wish we had found this place sooner. Martika was the best host I’ve ever had with Airbnb. She and her husband arrived early to greet us, she was flexible with check-in, and check-out and when we had car troubles she was willing to move around the visit to accommodate us. Super quick to respond too! She even provided an extra kindness to help us get to our next place. Highly recommend!! I will always stay with her when I visit Torrevieja. Ojalá hubiéramos encontrado este lugar antes. Martika ha sido la mejor anfitriona que he tenido en Airbnb. Ella y su esposo llegaron temprano para saludarnos, fue flexible con el horario de entrada y salida y cuando tuvimos problemas con el coche, estuvo dispuesta a mover la visita para acomodarnos. ¡También respondió súper rápido! Incluso ofreció una amabilidad adicional para ayudarnos a llegar a nuestro próximo destino. ¡La recomiendo encarecidamente! Siempre me quedaré con ella cuando visite Torrevieja.

Magnifique villa, très bien entretenue, avec piscine privée. Possibilité d'avoir une piscine chauffée, ce qui est vraiment un plus pendant la période hivernale. Aménagement de la villa impeccable, tout est bien pensé pour le bien-être des locataires. Quartier calme à proximité des commerces, des restaurants, etc.... Très bon contact avec le propriétaire, très réactif et aux petits soins. Séjour formidable à deux reprises. Je recommande +++

Maria was fantastic right from the start. She was always responsive and gave full and clear instructions on how to get into the property and where everything was! We’d definitely use the property again and couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

Ana Maria is a very nice, helpful person. She answered very fast for my message and solved the problem even though it was about 10p.m. The house is very comfortable, the pool is great! Our children had a lot of fun there. First few steps in the pool are perfect for 2 years old child. Kitchen was fully equipped, perfectly prepared for cooking. I used it a lot- oven, microwave, gas stove, coffee maker. There was everything you could need like hairdryer, sunscreen, Netflix, even water pampers for babies. Area is calm, but it is close to the supermarket, so you don’t need a car when you need something to buy. For me it was a surprise that shops are opened from 9am (in my country from 6am :D ) The beach is nice, also calm (we were at the end of may there) and with bar where you can buy something to drink. The weather was perfect for holidays with children. Not too hot, a little windy. I recommend Ana Maria as a great host!
