Our stay at Irma and Danella’s Airbnb in Mexico was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, their warm hospitality and attention to detail made us feel right at home. They were incredibly accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a seamless and enjoyable experience . The property itself was absolutely immaculate — beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that elevated our stay. The serene and stylish decor provided the perfect retreat after days spent exploring. The location was fantastic, offering convenient access to all the attractions we wanted to visit, while still providing a peaceful and relaxing environment to unwind. Villa conforme aux photos. Logement bien équipé, ménage 3 fois par semaine. Très belle piscine, le luxe d'avoir une plage avec bain de soleil personnel et plage très peu fréquenté. Très bon accueil de Alberto et Damian. Succulent repas proposé par le chef Beto. Lieu calme, très bien situé pour visiter la Riviera Maya. En bref, un séjour de rêve. Merci pour tout, nous sommes enchantés de nos vacances

So wünscht man sich ein Ferienhaus: Gleich beim Eintreten fühlt man sich wie zu Hause. Alles ist blitzsauber - Haus und Pool. Die Küche ist sensationell ausgestattet und alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Management des Ferienhauses ist praktischerweise gleich gegenüber- stets ansprechbereit, hilfreich und sehr freundlich. Mit den bereitgestellten Rädern kommt man schnell ins Stadtzentrum, wo man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants findet. Für einen ruhigen und familiären Aufenthalt mehr als empfehlenswert und deshalb in allen Bereichen volle Punktzahl. 👍👍👍

Christopher's place is a truly fabulous apartment, situated in a great location near to the entrance to Playa 38 and some fantastic restaurants on Calle 38. It is a block away from Quinta Avenida, so great for access to shopping etc, but remains quiet and calm. The apartment is modern, exceptionally clean, with high quality linens and furnishings. The provision of a washer and tumble dryer is a brilliant bonus. The bedrooms are more spacious than in the photos - with huge superking beds and air con in every major room. The balcony extends along the living room and master bedroom, complete with comfortable seating and a grill (and the views!). What really makes this Airbnb stand out however is the attention to detail by Christopher and his team - from first communication and throughout our stay. Response times were exceptional and communication so welcoming and proactive. We can't recommend this apartment highly enough for anyone wishing to stay in Playa Del Carmen. FANTASTIC!

Had the best stay in my Mexico travel history. Have to go through 2 seperate secure checkpoints to get access to this neighborhood inside the neighborhood. All the homes are brand new. Positives: safe, had 2 small minor issues that were immediately fixed- they weren’t the owners fault just a drain was clogged and immediately fixed and then new toilet needed a fix and was done with ease. Cons: was so new that it’s difficult to find without coordinates but it’s far worth it. I don’t think there were any cons honestly. They don’t let randoms and strangers in unless you set up and approve it. It’s extremely safe and far better than resorts and hotels overall: Will probably do annual trips and group vacations here from now on.
