This house was fantastic! Just a little slice of quiet and fun away from the hustle and bustle of the tournament we were in town for. The house was spacious and had more than enough room for the 10 of us staying. The pool was warm and there were tons of goodies provided for the kids to enjoy in there. We will definitely stay again!

Our stay was an amazing escape and exactly what we needed to get away and relax and even look for a home of our own in the area. Allison was an amazing host going above and beyond with everything from early and late check ins, providing additional info for the area, and generally caring about your stay at her property. She was extremely accommodating and responsive. We absolutely will be back when our house hunt continues or we want to get away again.

Absolutely beautiful location and home. Had all the amenities described in perfect running condition. The home was very clean and we had everything we needed. We felt right at home. I am looking right now to book it again for the summer! We went in winter and enjoyed the snow.

We had a great time at the Meadow View Cottage. You are greeted with a lovely home, then comes the pool and the final touch is the hot tub and the lawn. The property has a great layout to spend lots of times outdoors. Our family enjoyed cooling off in the pool and played lawn games and took advantage of the hot tub while gazing the stars. The location is also perfect if families would like to visit Bellingham or Birch Bay. Just some minor details to consider: Face & ID verification and rental agreement are needed before you arrive at the property. We also requested a high chair and a travel crib in advance but they arrived later on. The property is private but the owner is living right next door, so it is not a complete privacy. The owner was kind enough to clean the pool while we were out. Some of the furniture in the house is not kid friendly especially if you have young kids.

Beautiful home. It is a lot bigger and even more beautiful in person. The fenced side yard for the dogs made it very helpful if you don’t mind the snow during snow season. Beautiful spacious kitchen. We had 6 people in total and it was big enough, did not feel crowded. Not too far from city, about 10 minutes and it was a nice little drive. Would love to stay again next time.

We had a get together with cousins big and little and had the most amazing time! We loved the warm pool to make it feel like summertime despite all the snow. Plenty of space for all of the kids and adults to spend time together. Everything was clean and as pictured!

Niki & Jason's house is very clean and very comfortable. The hot tub was nice after a day of skiing. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. The beds are super comfortable! The only thing that was off was that there is no foosball table and the office/twin room has no curtains for the sliding door.

Steve & Peggy's home in Matawa was neat, clean and uncluttered and easy to settle into. The three bedrooms are spacious, there's a larger central area open to the kitchen. Easy to park in the garage. A nice view of the river from the home. We didn't cook but the coffee pot was perfect! A short walk away is access to the Priest Rapids Recreation Area. There is a level trail along the river. We walked this both days we were there. Nice walk, birding opportunity and easy exercise. If you go north, the trail is paved. Going south the trail becomes gravel. Both directions are good. Communication was great, emails questions were answered promptly, and we had check in information a few days ahead. We left a pair of shoes, and Steve and Peggy have been great arranging a way for us to pick them up. Very kind and easily arranged. We would be happy to stay here again and recommend this listing. Absolutely beautiful location with a heated indoor pool and hot tub. Julia is very proactive and gives very helpful and detailed instructions that made checking in and out easy. We didn't have any problems on our trip or with the place. The condo itself is especially great for families as it is well stocked with games and puzzles and was very convenient for our family of 5. Would come back again and highly recommend Julia as a host.

The condo was a perfect home base for our trip to Westport with our infant and toddler. We especially loved the heated pool, which is right across the parking lot. The beautiful beach is a very short walk through the complex. We also loved seeing deer right by the pool!

Perfect place to stay at Lake Chelan for a weekend during winterfest. The location was perfect and we were so close to all of the festivities. Beautiful views from the balcony as well. Very comfy bed and clean environment! We also loved our little welcome gift we got on arrival.

My kids and I had a wonderful stay here! The space was very accommodating for cooking meals which I appreciated very much. Super clean everything. Plenty of towels, blankets and toiletries if we needed them. Would love to stay again!

Great spot to stay! Hanna allowed for a late check out after a show at The Gorge! Total life saver!

David was amazing and his place was so perfect For a friend weekend. We didn’t know it was only one bathroom for a place that slept 8 but it worked out just fine and we all had an absolute blast. Would highly recommend! This is a convenient and highly accessible unit for a weekend at the Gorge or any weekend getaway!

The condo was just as described, it was comfortable and accommodating for our group. The views are great, and we enjoyed walking to the lake and to town. Note that the TV is not a smart TV, so bring your own device if you want streaming.
