O lugar era bem localizado, principais atrações próximas e acessíveis caminhando. Apartamento confortável. Só não havia ar condicionado (não nos fez falta pois estava frio, penso que talvez no verão faça diferença) e televisão. Por desatenção nossa, ficamos presos para fora (uma porta com chave digital talvez fosse conveniente para evitar esse tipo de situação), mas Eva nos atendeu prontamente e ajudou a solucionar.

This apartment is great. You won't be cooking three course meals here but otherwise it's well appointed. A bathroom + seperate toilet, great shower, comfortable beds, solid wifi, and aircon in every room make this a great home base. There's no dishwasher and the couch isn't the best, so it's really the best fit if you're using it as a base to explore Vienna, especially because it's < 5 minutes to the underground and right by the market. It's not the quietest place I've ever stayed, but if you close the windows (an possibility thanks to the aircon) you'll get a peaceful night's rest.

Mirella was responsive and helpful. We had a snafu with the key (which had been inadvertently taken from the lockbox) and the Wifi (which was spotty) and Mirella solved both issues quickly, kindly and completely. She was also understanding when we needed to make a last-minute change re: the number of guests attached to the booking. The apartment is very large and able to accommodate a minimum of 6 guests (with three large beds) plus additional guests in single beds. The neighborhood was easily walkable into the center and there are restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, etc. on every corner. The apartment was also very clean. The heat and hot water were plentiful and easy to operate, which was great because we had cold, wet weather.

I appreciate the to-the point explanation about how to use the room and its facility and also the quick responses from the host and furthermore its nice location as to U-Bahn and tram , which bring me to the central area quite smoothly. If I have a chance to visit Vienna again, I definitely book Judith's apartment.

It was my 5th tome in Vienna, and Chris's plays was by far the best of all me previous stays. Maine points: 1. Great location. It is close to everything = (10 min. walt to Opera), and the same time on a very quiet street. 2. It is very spacious. Very often apartment in Europe feel a little claustrophobic,. Chris's apartment is very spacious, with a very big bathroom. It is an open concept apartment, so kitchen also feels very big. Overall I had a great time. Would book it again without a hesitation.

Sehr gepflegte und frisch renovierte Wohnung. Gut gelegen mit Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Ausreichend Platz für vier Personen.

Very clean and cozy. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Vienna but here as it has everything nearby. Definitely worth the money.

What a great place and Eva is a great host. She was always available to message and was very prompt and helpful. She let us leave our luggage because we got in a little early. The space is not big but has 2 nice bedrooms, nice sauna style shower in the bathroom and heated floors in the main area. Perfect place for 4-5 people. The kitchen area is outside but covered, it was cold at Xmas time but it totally works. Washing machine, dishwasher and a nespresso machine with plenty of pods was a bonus for us. A 2 person elevator to the floor and a metro entrance at the building entrance makes getting around beautiful Vienna a breeze. 2 metro stops to the city center and a cool neighborhood with everything. Awesome place, thank you Eva!

Tolle Wohnung in guter Lage. Die Wohnung entspricht sehr gut der Beschreibung. Auch die Fotos vermitteln einen guten Eindruck. Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen. Der Check-in war flexibel, eine spätere Anreise somit problemlos möglich. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, die Wohnung sehr sauber, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

This flat is an overall good choice! Safe and quiet neighborhood. Bright and welcoming flat. Easy walking distance to Belvedere, and lots of grocery markets. Most other sites and Wien HBF around 30 minute walk away. Tram is steps away from flat. Great kitchen, oil, vinegars, salt and pepper, plus all essentials provided. Plenty of towels, and clean linens. Comfortable beds. Cozy and warm during winter/spring. Provided umbrellas which was a plus since it rained both days we were there. Host was kind and helpful and provided a quick response when a problem occurred. Only drawback-Internet was a little slow.

Très bel appartement, très fonctionnel avec toutes les commodités. Emplacement idéal près de la ligne U1 qui mène directement au centre historique de Vienne en quelques minutes. De plus l'appartement se situe proche de la gare férroviaire qui mène directement à l'aéroport. Beaucoup de commerces sont également disponibles à proximité. Everything was like described. The apartment is really cute and close to the center of the city. The only disadvantage for me is that there were stains at the couch, but other than that everything was ok!

Clean and nice apartment. The apartment has everything you need for your stay. It is located 5 minutes walk from the metro. The apartment has access to a terrace. Nearby there is a shop and a cafe with delicious food. It's really cool that there is a parking space under the house for the car. The host provides precise and clear instructions.

The absolute best find in Vienna! My group of 7 had plenty of space and felt right at home. Easy access to all the sights, and conveniently located near the Vienna Central Station. Comfortable beds and great air conditioning for the warmer afternoons. Extremely communicative hosts, too!! Loved this place - did not want to leave!!

Bewertung: Für unseren Wochenendtrip nach Wien war die Wohnung sehr gut! Sie sieht aus wie abgebildet, ist sehr sauber und geräumig. Das Reinigungspersonal war freundlich. Waschmaschine und Trockner waren super! Emilia antwortet schnell und ist sehr freundlich. Es gab keine Probleme mit dem Check-in und Check-out. Wir konnten unser Gepäck sogar früher abstellen. Auch mit Hund war es kein Problem, Urlaub in der Wohnung zu machen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe des Zentrums und der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und hat dadurch eine super Lage! Unmittelbar daneben befindet sich ein Supermarkt und ein Bäcker. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!
