Experience the beauty of Korean pottery through a hands-on class where you can draw dancheong— an art of intricate patterns and vibrant colors often used in Korean architecture. You’ll create a small mug or a small jewelry box and explore the traditions of Korean ceramics, including • Learn to craft a small ceramic piece, step by step, from raw clay to the finished piece. Or you can also choose one of my studio-designed small ceramics. • Decorate a matching lid with one of your favorite dancheong patterns that is used in my art therapy program. • Sip Korean tea and enjoy the creative atmosphere of my studio. Once your small ceramic pieces are glazed and placed in the kiln, the process—from firing to cooling—can take three to seven days, depending on the schedule. The full cycle, including preparation and final unloading, typically takes two to three weeks. Note: You can arrange to pick up your finished art piece, or request overseas delivery for an additional shipping fee. Try somaek, a popular mix of beer and soju loved by locals and learn popular Korean drinking games. • Sip on makgeolli, traditional Korean rice wine, at the next stop, paired with Korean-style pancakes, or jeon, a classic anju (drinking food). ITINERARY DETAILED: 7h30 - 8h00: Our tourist bus will pick you up at your hotel lobby in Ha Noi Old Quarter for departure to Ninh Binh. 10h30 - 10h40: Arrive Hoa Lu ancient capital of Viet Nam. You will visit Dinh King temple and Le King temple in the 10th centery, finding out the heroic histories of this two king in Chinese Wars. 11h45: Have a buffet lunch in the restaurant with a lot of local foods such as meat, fish, chicken, fried rice…. Vegetarian foods are always available in the buffet lunch 13h00: Visit Trang An which was recognized by UNESCO as A World Heritage Site in 2014. Trang An has a wonderful tunnel cave system so Kong’s Movie Group chose this place for the New Version of Kong in 2016 – “Skull Island”. With 2 hours for the boat trip, you will be persuaded by the beauty here. 15h00: Continue the tour for 45 mins - cycling around the village to discover the life of the local people. 15h45: Get back to Limousine Bus then leave for Mua Cave (Dancing Cave). Walk up almost 500 steps, you can reach the top of Lying Dragon Mountain & have an amazing panoramic view of Tam Coc from here 16h55 - 17h00: Get on the tourist bus to return Ha Noi. 19h00 - 19h30: Arrive Ha Noi, drop off at your hotel in Ha Noi Old Quarter. Ongoing Promos -Cherry blossom season is upon us! Accepting bookings from March 20 until mid April! -Day time shooting is currently available upon request! I will show you guys the visuals of Shibuya, the views you can get of the Crossing from above. Off the beaten paths spots and major tourist spots you shouldn't miss. After that we will move to Shinjuku via the JR Yamanote Line (12 minute train ride) and show you the gritty side of Tokyo, showing you the tiniest of alleys and the main night-life spot. The tour/photoshoot is going to be around 2-3 hours. I will be providing you with 25-40 high resolution photos, post processed and ready to share to your friends and family.
