Interacting w Miguel was super easy, no miscommunication and everything was just as listed. I really enjoyed staying at the apartment. Very convenient to breakfast places and cafes, evening restaurants/bars and pastry/bakery places. Would highly recommend if looking for great location w excellent amenities. Would happily stay again. Mein Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft war sehr angenehm. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend – dieser hat immer schnell auf meine Nachrichten geantwortet und war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft selbst war sauber, gut ausgestattet und bot alles, was wir benötigten. Die Lage war ebenfalls ideal – in nur 10-15 Minuten waren wir in der Stadt. Alles in allem eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich definitiv weiterempfehlen kann!

A great place to stay. so close to the beach and easy access to the rest of the island. Had a great stay and would recommend! Juan was very responsive throughout the booking and the trip itself. A superb host!

I can honestly say that the apartment was perfect for us. It was so spacious and bigger than many villas. the location was superb, with a 20 metre walk to the sea and surrounded by great places to eat. Antonia couldn't have been more helpful and we had great food at some of her recommendations. We would love to return and the only problem with this review, is that everyone will want to visit!

Fantastic stay here, superb sunny outdoor space that we made great use of and well equipped with outdoor furniture. Lovely quiet neighbourhood, 15 min walk to old town, loads of closer restaurants too. Bed was memory foam and extremely comfortable and we also made use of the free access to Prime video which was a bonus of an evening. Paula was very flexible with check in and check out time which was much appreciated Would love to return soon, thanks so much!

Tolle Unterkunft, direkt an der Fußgängerzone, aber dennoch ruhig. Lidl 20 min zu Fuß entfernt, Spar & Co. nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Klasse um mit dem Rad die klassischen Rennradtouren zu fahren. 5 min vom Hallenbad entfernt. Hunde sollte man mögen. Die waren super lieb, haben uns aber immer begrüßt. Handtücher wurden sogar 1x gewechselt. Ausstattung für 4 Personen ausreichend. Schlafplätze für 4 Personen kuschlig, aber absolut machbar. Sehr sehr gerne wieder 🫶🏼

So, rarely does a host match the quality of their home, he did! Firstly the balcony, lounge and kitchen all look out onto the sea, and the amazing sun rises. Easy, minimal feel to the place, with supermarkets close by, and the amazing restaurant at the top of the street, 3 min walk, if you can get a table in the summer season, perfect English spoken along with 3-4 other languages. It's a huge walk to the beach, it must be 30 steps, and the balcony allows an unrestricted view both ways for kilometres, and there's even a wooden boardwalk out to sea if you want to get further out for the photo of the frontage and beach from the sea. Water is clear and calm, but do expect a fairly constant wind...although on the balcony and the sun terrace above the property it's very sheltered, and a sun terrace with a permanant BBQ. Do expect to pay electricity and tourist tax fees on top of your payment but this is clearly managed> Two beds, two bathrooms, perfect. I'll be back

A nespresso machine would be great as I think it’s a pretty standard requirement also due to the very limited kitchen cooking facilities an air fryer would be a game changer and not to expensive a remedy for this

Die Unterkunft und Marc als Gastgeber ist absolut weiterzuempfehlen. Die Aussicht aus der Wohnung ist ein Traum! Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen, sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet. Es war ein Vergnügen in dieser Wohnung zu sein.

Wer keinen Pool braucht, keinen Aufzug und keinen 24 Stunden Service, für den ist das mit das Beste was man dort bekommen kann. Wunderschöner Garten der gleich an den Strand grenzt. Das Frühstück und auch die anderen Speisen sind unglaublich lecker. Vielen herzlichen Dank an alle. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Grüße Michael

Perfekte Unterkunft in schöner Umgebung :) Schlafzimmer und Balkon zeigen entlang der Bucht von Cala Pi, was wunderschön und entspannend ist. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und nach einem Frühstück auf dem Balkon kann man z.B. 5min zur Bucht spazieren und baden oder mit dem Auto die vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel erkunden. Toller Ort, sehr guter Kontakt, wir kommen gerne wieder! 10/10

appartement très bien situé avec un parc pour enfants juste à côté et le supermarché à deux rues. le logement est calme, agréable, la terrasse est un plus. nous avons très bien dormi.

Appartement parfait pour 4 personnes, a 5 minutes à pied de la plage, d'un Lidl, et des divers restaurants avec des tapas, et quelques rues plus loin, des discothèques pour les jeunes (assez loin pour entendre du bruit). Internet marche très bien, et vous pourrez vous connecter à votre compte Netflix si vous le souhaitez. On vous conseille du bon pain français, des jus frais et des bons croissants et produits gourmets dans une petite épicerie qui se trouve à côté du Supermarché Eroski (a environ 2 km)

Highly recommendable apartment! It has all what is needed for a family stay. The neighborhood and the complex itself are calm with restaurants and shops and 2 beaches within short walking distance. Catalina is super friendly and easy to talk to. On the arrival day she even provided with a "start pack" of some food, water and wine which was great for our late night arrival. Thanks a lot!

Unser Aufenthalt war super, Appartement ist wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen. Schöner Ausblick auf die Bucht. Gute Matratzen haben super geschlafen. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Restaurants Supermarkt Shopping zuFuß in wenigen Minuten gut zu erreichen. Zu beachten ist nur, dass man über einem Lokal wohnt und morgens Geräusche zu hören sind bei geschlossenen Fenstern ok und wer einen festen Schlaf hat hört auch nichts 😉 super Kontakt Dankeschön

Maria provided the perfect stay for us. We were there for a week of cycling and the location is excellent. Easy access to every route on the island and there's even a lovely cycling based cafe across the street. The apartment is really nice with a lovely garden. It was had everything we needed including laundry facilities. The apartment is on a really quiet street but also everything is walkable. All the restaurants, bars and shops are 5/10min walk. Maria was also a really great host. Quick to respond, really helpful and also happy to accommodate any request we had. This will be the first apartment I look for if/when I return to Mallorca.

Nochmal ein riesiges Dankeschön für diesen tollen Urlaub mit einer schönen Empfangsüberraschung. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber, es hat an nichts gefehlt, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Betten sind bequem. Inken war jederzeit schnell erreichbar und sehr bemüht auf unsere Nachfragen einzugehen. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar ebenso die Strände. Parken war an der Unterkunft problemlos möglich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und freuen uns schon jetzt auf ein wiederkommen.

We had a wonderful stay at Michael's place. The pool was great, and the apartment had everything we needed. The complex is clean inside and on the grounds, and everyone was very friendly. There is a local shop and a few OK restaurants, but you might want to go further afield if you want something more Mallorcan. My kids made penpals with the neighbours, which is always a plus!

Wir hatten zu dritt sechs wunderbare Tage in dem Appartement. Besonders hervorzuheben die wundervolle große Terrasse direkt am Strand. Taxi und Bus fast vor der Tür, Supermärkte ebenfalls. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Vielen Dank an David!

Matthias und Martin waren alle Zeit für uns erreichbar. Die Kommunikation vor Ort verlief problemlos. Der Check in war sehr flexibel und unkompliziert gestaltet. Parkmöglichkeiten vor Ort waren super. Die Küche war standardmäßig mit Gewürzen und Wasser ausgestattet. Eine Waschmaschine und Trockner standen vor Ort gegen kleines Entgelt zur Verfügung. Badezimmer war sehr sauber, Handtücher wurden vor Ort ausreichend bereit gestellt. Eine dritte Freundin besuchte uns zwischenzeitlich für einige Tage, auch dies abzuklären und zu organisieren war kein Problem. Der Pool und die Außenanlagen waren der Hammer. Martin gab uns zahlreiche Tipps für Restaurants im Dorf sowie Trip und Ausflugsziele in Palma sowie in allen Hinmelsrichtungen auf der Insel.

Leopoldo’s place location is fantastic! Bang in the middle of one of the most known and beautiful pedestrian zones, couple of minutes to the shops, cathedral etc. You can get to it easily by taking bus from airport and getting off at last stop (fast, confortable and cheap)- We are very thankful for his tips on places to go and flexibility on checking in/out flexibility. Will definitely repeat.
