A real local tapas-crawling journey based on traditional dishes. Over the course of three hours, we’ll visit four different spots: a market-cuisine restaurant, a well-known ice-cold beer bar popular with locals, a modern slow-food tavern, and a century-old bodega—all located in a high-quality, non-touristy tapas area that madrileños truly love. You’ll see people from Madrid enjoying real tapas, and you’ll feel like one of us. This experience is also a great option for teams, private groups, and team-building events, thanks to its fun, relaxed vibe and generous amount of food and drink. All the places we visit are family-owned, and I’m lucky to know the owners—José, Jesús, Josemi, and Paco—personally, for many years now. I grew up in this amazing district called Chamberí, and I’ve spent my life trying countless bars and dishes here, so I know them... in detail! There’s a lot of food included in the tour—10 to 12 tapas servings—so we recommend having just a light lunch beforehand! Madrid íntima: historia y comida en el casco antiguo (desde 2018)

Ven conmigo a un recorrido íntimo con una bonita mezcla de historia, arquitectura, divertidas anécdotas, algunas bromas y, realmente, comida sabrosa (¡no es la corriente principal, el cliché, la comida turística!). Comenzaremos en la Plaza Mayor y luego recorreremos el antiguo pueblo, parando en un mercado local para disfrutar de algunos platos principales y bebidas. Luego continúa nuestro viaje histórico por las partes más antiguas e interesantes del casco antiguo, para finalmente terminar ante el majestuoso Palacio Real. Después de dejar a un lado la historia, terminaremos el recorrido en un restaurante local realmente clásico donde podrás degustar diferentes comidas deliciosas y bebidas locales. Por supuesto, aparte de las golosinas, tendremos la oportunidad de relajarnos, conocernos mejor y compartir algunas risas.
