When we arrived at the apartment, Fabio was there to meet us and show us around the apartment. The apartment was lovely and bright with a great terrace overlooking the garden and pool area. Any questions or queries we had were dealt with promptly by Fabio. He speaks very good English and responds quickly to text messages. When leaving, Fabio arranged our taxi for us and also allowed us leave our luggage in the apartment until it was time to go (evening flight). The apartment was well equipped with everything one needs in the kitchen, washing machine, bathroom, etc. We would have no hesitation in booking this apartment again. Thanks Fabio for all your help.

A fabulous apartment in a great location, close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. It had plenty of room, was spotlessly clean and well equipped, we loved the fact that it’s got 3 balconies! Jesus and Gladys were on hand at all times and got back to me immediately when I messaged them. We will definitely be re-booking!

great apartment with pool and beach nearby, public transport right outside apartment to los christanons and all other destinations, supermarket right next door, only thing is hot water didn't stay hot for bath to run but in the heat it's not really a problem, overall great place definitely would return:)

We had a great stay here as a family of 5. The complex is brilliant: the heated pool, choice of pools and bar. Food and drinks there are excellent. Very secure and good to have a dedicated parking spot. The apartment is spacious and worth the money paid. The terrace gets the sun and there are 2 loungers if you don’t want to hang out at the pool. We had a car and so explored the island, sometimes chasing the sun. The restaurant round the corner is excellent osteria San gennaro. Highly recommended stay.

Wir haben sieben Tage in der Unterkunft verbracht und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Alles war sauber, alles war vorhanden, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine klare Empfehlung

Très bel appartement, propre et spacieux pour une famille de 5 personnes. La place de parking est appréciable tout comme la proximité de l autoroute pour visiter toute l ile. Il y a un supermarché Lidl accessible à pied ou en voiture. Le centre ville de Santa Ursula permet de se restaurer, avec de nombreux restaurants, à 15 minutes à pied de l appartement. Nous recommandons le restaurant Guachinche la Bodegas, un restaurant canarien excellent et abordable.Nous avons passé d excellentes vacances.

El apartamento ha respondido a nuestras expectativas y ha ayudado a que pasemos unos días estupendos en Palm-Mar. Por otra parte, Vidal ha sido muy amable y atento en todo momento.

Het is een mooi appartement, die van alle gemakken is voorzien. Een perfecte douche, een heerlijk bed, en het dak terras is geweldig. De mooiste zons ondergangen kun je zien. Er is altijd zon. Het balkon aan de voorkant heeft geen zon, maar dat was voor ons geen enkel probleem. Het zwembad is heerlijk. Julia is altijd bereikbaar. We hadden een probleem met de wasmachine, maar die is gelijk opgelost. Kortom wij hebben een super fijne tijd gehad.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb — perfect for both relaxing and working remotely. I spent a month and a half working remotely and we’re already considering coming back next year. The location is incredible — just a 2-minute walk from one of the best beaches on the island. Supermarkets and bars are also nearby. The pool was a great option for days when the sea was too rough, and the internet was outstanding — fast and reliable the entire time, which was essential for remote work. Iris, our host, was extremely helpful and kept in touch throughout our stay, letting us know if anything came up that might be of interest. If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be that a few pieces of furniture were a bit worn — nothing unexpected for a place with lots of guests. To be fair, we didn’t mention it to the host at the time, but based on how responsive they were, I’m sure they would have taken care of it right away. Overall, it was a great experience in a great location.

Apartament z pięknym widokiem. Bardzo czysty. Wyposażony we wszystko czego można sobie życzyć. Tuż obok sklep Dino, bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Na pasażu piekarnia, knajpka gdzie można wypić kawę, zjeść śniadanie. Polecam.

We have just come back from a month's stay at Luca's fantastic apartment and we cannot thank Luca enough for all his kindness and support throughout. Luca met us to get checked in and showed us around the apartment which was so helpful. The apartment is in a really lovely complex with a really nice pool and pool bar. Luca has equipped the apartment for anything you might need for however long you stay. It was lovely to have a day around the pool and come back to your own patio area and sit out on an evening. You have Netflix and English TV which was a bonus if you just wanted to have a chill out evening. The cooker and hob are easy to use and work really well for making meals. The apartment is spotless with plenty of towels, pool towels provided and extra bedding. It was like having a home from home and really made our stay. Do not hesitate to book this apartment you will not be disappointed and we will definitely be back. Thank you so much Luca.

Excellent location and all you need was within reach - as well inside the apartment. The only minor downside was no dishwasher, compensated by a lovely roof terrace and cute place in general. Also loved the 2 bathrooms. Would anytime go back!

El apartamento estaba muy bien, tal y como se describía en las fotos. El único pero es que si vas en coche, al estar ubicado en el centro, es complicado el aparcamiento. Pero salvo eso, todo perfecto.

An lovely flat in a beautiful location. Incredible views from the balcony, great place to watch the sun go down. Balcony has both an umbrella and a full awning for a bit of shade and extra privacy. Nice bedroom, bathroom, comfortable seating area with TV. Kitchen has easy to use oven, microwave, fridge, freezer etc as you would need on a holiday. As others have mentioned it's up a bit of a hill, but only five minutes stroll from lovely little town with shops, bars and restaurants. No problem for us with parking on the street directly outside. Had a great time!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden gerne wiederkommen !! José ist sehr hilfsbereit und unkompliziert, antwortet sehr schnell. Als wir den Schlüssel vergessen hatten hat er sich sehr schnell und freundlich gekümmert, vielen lieben Dank an die Mama die extra schnell mit Ersatz kam. Jose ist ein großartiger Gastgeber! Die Bucht ist beschaulich und familiär, nettes Café gutes Restaurant. Die Wohnung ist tip top in Ordnung, gut ausgestattet, modern. Viele Handtücher, sehr gute Matratze und angenehme Bettwäsche. Die Küche hat alle Annehmlichkeiten die man braucht und einen großen Tresen um Essen vorzubereiten und an dem man auch schön sitzen kann. Der Blick auf die Bucht ist großartig und die Sonne geht hinter dem Fels unter. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze und auch einen regelmäßigen Bus zum Busbahnhof Icod von wo aus man die ganze Insel erreichen und erkunden kann Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen!! 👍🥰💯

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf! Alles was aanwezig wat we nodig hadden! Wij vonden persoonlijk de hoofdkussens veel te hard en omdat het niet zo warm was, was het zwembad veel te koud! Vlakbij de zee (slechts 133 trappen verwijderd) waar je ook gezellig iets kan eten en waar het heel rustig is. Zalig verblijf!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider war das Wetter nicht so optimal so dass wir den schönen Pool nur wenig nutzen konnten. Die beiden Terrassen waren prima- wir konnten so je nach sonnenstand uns einrichten. Wir kennen uns in der Gegend gut aus und haben sehr viel unternommen. Prima war die Tiefgarage da es in Puerto äußerst schwierig ist einen Parkplatz zu finden. Wir würden in diese Wohnung gerne wieder kommen.

The apartment is a lovely place, the garden is the major bonus. Its an easy step into town if a little uphill on the way home. There is a good supermarket very close. There is some noise at night from some of the local bars but nothing that kept us awake. Lili & her colleagues were easy to reach and on time when we met at the start and the end of our stay. The only negatives were it is two singles beds rather than a double bed (good for sharers, not so good for a couple) and the shower head was a bit wonky. Sitting in the sun in the lovely garden is what makes the difference with this place. We would recommend and would happily stay at this apartment again.

Ich habe den Aufenthalt bei Sandra sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist perfekt, hat eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und eine super View über Costa Adeje vom Balkon. Sandra, vielen Dank für die Gastfreundlichkeit!

We had a very pleasant stay @ the appartement & everything was better then expected. We were a little bit delayed at arrival but could communicate very well. Location was top. View of the sea & next to the beach. close to all the sightseeings nearby. We could park the car in the closed parking lot so this was a unexpected bonus. Pool: excellent, clean & calm. Very kids friendly. The appartement had everything you need for a good stay & was just like on the pictures. Happy that we could stay here & a good recommandation for all.

Apartamento muy acogedor y muy limpio. Confortable y con un balcón,desde donde se podía escuchar el mar. El pueblo muy bonito y con todo lo necesario. Tahis muy atenta y amable. Una estancia estupenda.Repetiremos.
